LED lamps are projected as prospective successors of incandescent lamps with high efficiency and a long lifetime. Therefore, there is a need to develop energy efficient LED driver topologies for achieving constant current regulation, despite the effects of temperature on the LED V-I characteristics. This paper presents the salient features of various LED driver topologies with a focus on power density, multi-string operation, renewable energy utilization, soft switching, optical wireless communication, reliability and size. The performance of the above topologies is analysed in terms of the number of components, converter switching frequency, galvanic isolation, power rating and efficiency. This paper takes a look at efficiency improvement methods while dwelling on aspects of lifetime and reliability prediction of LED drivers. The paper will anticipate some of the future trends associated with the adaptation of wide bandgap power semiconductor materials, smart LED lighting for the internet of things (IoT) and programmable LED lamp drivers. An adaptive feedback regulation scheme is proposed for the stabilization of average models of dc-to-dc power converters exhibiting unknown but constant resistive loads. The scheme is based on a dynamical feedback policy which suitably modifies the total energy of the closed-loop system while inducing appropriate damping injections on the desired stabilization error dynamics. 针对无刷双馈发电机提出了一种控制绕组采用开绕组拓扑(OW-BDFG)的馈电方案,将三相控制绕组两端打开分别连接变流器构成双两电平变流器(D-TLCs)馈电拓扑,对机侧变流器功率器件IGBT因故障切除后的容错控制策略进行深入分析,提出了功率偏差比较直接功率控制(PEC-DPC)的D-TLCs电压空间矢量优化方案。对比分析了8/4极25 kW样机的仿真及实验结果,表明:当机侧变流器1个或2个IGBT被切除后,所提OW-BDFG的PEC-DPC仍可实现变速恒频、最大功率点跟踪及单位功率因数控制,进一步提高了该发电机系统的可靠性和鲁棒性。 相似文献

Delay-controlled CMOS delay lines have been proved useful in a number of applications, notably the digitization of short time intervals. This paper introduces a new kind of CMOS delay line, in which the delay element is an array of capacitors controlled by a digital signal vector. This choice allows for a robust implementation of the circuitry controlling the delay generation, while the maximum speed attainable by the line is high compared to the maximum speed achieved by other delay line architectures. The delay line presented here was designed to produce an accurately tunable 16 × 0.5ns delay under large temperature, supply voltage, and technological process quality variations. 相似文献

The need for an improved industry standard leading to unification and standardization in this field is a very pressing requirement.
