阻尼胶囊的生产工艺研究

通过对胶料配方、工艺规程、模具结构的试验研究，成功地解决了胶囊制造过程中的难点问题。     

Vapor absorption by LiBr aqueous solution in vertical smooth tubes

Heat and mass transfer in a falling film vertical in-tube absorber was studied experimentally with LiBr aqueous solution. The presented results include the effect of solution flow rate, solution subcooling and cooling water temperature on the absorption in a smooth copper tube 16.05 mm I.D. and 400 mm long. The experimental data in the previous report for a 1200-mm-long tube was also re-examined and compared. It was demonstrated by the observation of the flow in the tube that the break down of the liquid film into rivulets leads to deterioration of heat and mass transfer at lower film Reynolds number or in longer tubes. An attempt to evaluate physically acceptable heat and mass transfer coefficients that are defined with estimated temperature and concentration at the vapor–liquid interface was also presented.     

Fatigue crack growth in SiC particulates reinforced Al matrix graded composite

The SiC/Al graded composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy processing and its fatigue crack growth behavior was studied. The volume percentage of SiC particulates was distributed from 5 to 30% layer by layer on the cross section. Since the aluminium was dissolved together, there was no evident interface between the two layers with different volume fraction of SiC particulates. Fatigue crack growth was in direction of from 5 to 30% SiC layers under sinusoidal wave-form. The retardation of fatigue crack growth was found when crack propagated from low volume fraction of SiC to high volume fraction of SiC. The crack deflection and branching between two layers were observed, which decreased crack growth rates. In view of crack tip driving force, the plasticity mismatch between the layers shielded crack tip driving force, i.e. decreased the effective J-integral at the tip of the crack as the plastic zone of the crack tip spread from the weaker material into the stronger material.     

WC/Cu复合材料制备及其高温性能

用机械合金化法结合冷变形，制备了WC／Cu复合材料，研究了冷变形后复合材料的组织特征和高温退火时韵性能变化。结果表明：烧结后的材料经冷变形，组织呈显著纤维状，WC颗粒弥散分布，密度明显提高，达到理论密度的99．2％；复合材料经600～900℃高温退火，强度和硬度略有下降，塑性则有大幅提高；900℃退火时未发生明显的再结晶，界面结合良好；所制备的WC／Cu复合材料有优良的综合性能。     

DC/DC电源中的电磁干扰及其对策

概述了电磁干扰(EMI)和电磁兼容(EMC)的基本知识，对DC／DC电源中的电磁干扰进行了综合分析，并给出了各自的解决方案。     

隔河岩水电站大坝廊道排水系统自动化改造

隔河岩水电站大坝廊道排水控制系统存在设备备品、备件不足,技术落后,系统软件工作不稳定等问题,不能按库坝管理要求对排水量进行监控,严重影响廊道排水系统的可靠性。为此,对该系统进行了综合自动化改造,采用TCP6IP通讯,PLC直接上网,异种CPU热备冗余等技术,提高了整个系统的运行可靠性,满足了“无人值班”的要求。     

串行及并行A/D转换器在高速数据采集中的采样差别性分析

串行和并行接口模式是A/D转换器诸多分类中的一种,但却是应用中器件选择的一个重要指标.在同样的转换分辨率及转换速度的前提下,不同的接口方式不但影响了电路结构,更重要的是将在高速数据采集的过程中对采样周期产生较大影响.本文通过12位串行ADC ADS7822和并行ADC ADS774与AT89C51的接口电路,给出二者采样时间的差异性.     

基于FPGA的ASI信号接收与发送的实现

提出了一种用FPGA芯片代替Cypress公司的CY78933和CY78923芯片来实现ASI信号接收与发送的方案，详细阐述了DVB—ASI接口的硬件组成与FPGA实现，该接口符合DVB—ASI的接口规范，可实现270Mbps的信号传输，已经得到实际运用。     

有线电视新型业务发布架构研究

本文对现有的有线电视业务发布系统进行了介绍,指出了现有系统的特点,并结合现有系统的分析提出了一种新型的业务发布架构：基于UCL标引的大规模并行数据广播系统.该系统源自李幼平院士的第五传媒的思想,即结合互联网（第四传媒）和电视广播网（第三传媒）的优点,取数字广播作信道,采用“细水长流”的小通道把网站内容整体推送到家,并以先进、廉价的存储技术整合“两大传媒”,通过家庭机顶盒内“镜像存储”自由取用.它继承前两种传媒的长处,又避免了各自短处,是一种全新的文化工具.这应是未来业务发布系统的方向.     

基于FPGA的CAVLC编解码器设计与实现

H．264标准在基本档次和扩展档次中采用CAVLC熵编码，完成对变换系数残差块的编码。提出一种基于FPGA的H．264标准的CAVLC编解码器，程序代码用verilog硬件描述语言编写，并在QuartusⅡ中进行了仿真验证，可以实现对每个残差块数据的编解码并将其按照宏块光栅扫描的顺序输出到存储器，因此适合于嵌入在最终的码流中。仿真结果表明此CAVLC编解码器达到H．264标准中基本档次和扩展档次level3．0的性能要求。
