Based on a memristive diode bridge cascaded with series resistor and inductor filter, a modified memristive canonical Chua’s circuit is presented in this paper. With the modelling of the memristive circuit, a normalised system model is built. Stability analyses of the equilibrium points are performed and bifurcation behaviours are investigated by numerical simulations and hardware experiments. Most extraordinary in the memristive circuit is that within a parameter region, coexisting phenomenon of multiple bifurcation modes is emerged under six sets of different initial values, resulting in the coexistence of four sets of topologically different and disconnected attractors. These coexisting attractors are easily captured by repeatedly switching on and off the circuit power supplies, which well verify the numerical simulations. 相似文献

This paper investigates and compares the performance of two GMPLS-based distributed control and management protocols for dynamic lightpath provisioning in future IP networks. The first protocol is a global information-based link state approach that consists of both an integrated RWA algorithm and a signaling algorithm. Two triggering mechanisms for the LSAs update procedures are considered; one is periodic-based and the other is threshold-based. Capacity Analysis for Connection Admission Control in Indoor Multimedia CDMA Wireless Communications
In this paper, the capacity analysis for connection admission control is presented for the reverse-link transmission of a packetized indoor multimedia wireless communication system using direct sequence code division multiple access (DS/CDMA). Since CDMA is interference limited, the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio criterion is used to check if there is enough system resources (i.e., the CDMA channels and received signal power) for each new connection request. Taking into account the stochastical nature of multimedia traffic, the effective bit rate is used to characterize the resources required by each mobile user and a linear approximation is then used to find the total resources required by all the mobile users already admitted to the system and the new connection request. Transmission errors due to both base station buffer overflow and wireless channel impairments are considered. The capacity of multimedia traffic is determined in such a way that the utilization of the system resources is maximized and, at the same time, the required transmission bit error rate and transmission delay of all users admitted to the system are guaranteed. The Digital Hydraulic Power Management System (DHPMS) is an innovation that is claimed to significantly improve the energy efficiency of hydraulic systems. It is based on digital pump-motor technology but has multiple independent outlets; hence, the transformer function can be realized as well. A new idea is to connect the outlets of the DHPMS directly into the cylinder chambers without any throttling valves in order to minimize hydraulic losses and to enable energy recovery. This article introduces the first experimental results of using this direct connection approach. Firstly, the system under study is presented and then a method for the displacement control is proposed. Open-loop position tracking responses with different loadings are presented, as is an analysis of the accuracy of steady-state velocity tracking. In addition, energy losses in the system are studied. The results show that the technique is valid. Moreover, the open-loop positioning error is under one percent in the measured trajectories, even though the DHPMS used has only six pistons. However, more pistons will be needed to improve the control of low velocities and to reduce the pressure ripple. On/off valve technology is a challenge, and compact, fast and leak-free valves with high flow capacity are required. 相似文献
