SERCOS Ⅱ在注塑机全电动设计中的应用

针对传统注塑机在加工精度、加工效率上的不足，提出一种全电子注塑机的控制方案，介绍了基于SERCOSⅡ实时系统的运动控制方法，分析了实现注塑过程的高速高精度的硬件体系。在试验样机3个月的连续工作中，当周期循环时间为4ms，注射量最大达到80cm^3时，产品的成型周期能够控制在15s以内，注出产品的质量、精度均满足要求，表明该设计切实可行。     

AXIAL PHASES DISTRIBUTION AND HOMOGENIZATION IN THREE-PHASE FLUIDIZED BEDS

We have investigated the axial distribution of the liquid phase in a three-phase fluidized bed in which the particles were glass beads of two different diameters, 710-850 μm and 2 mm. Two methods were used to reduce the axial heterogeneity and homogenize the bed: the use of packing elements and the addition of a small quantity of a high molecular weight polymer. The use of packing elements was shown to be very efficient in controlling phases distribution in the bed. The packing consisted of 1 mm thick steel horizontal plates punched and stretched to obtain parallelogram-shaped openings. The addition of a high molecular weight polyisobutylene (BASF Oppanol B246, M_u, =6.15 Lo⁶) on the phase distribution was also studied. Low polymer concentrations up to 397 ppm (based on the liquid phase) were investigated. The addition of the polymer reduced bubble coalescence and allowed for a better distribution of the phases.

淡盐水脱氯系统的改造

分析了青岛海晶化工集团有限公司由于淡盐水脱氯系统中的部分氯气溶解造成后续工序中Na2 SO3用量加大等问题。改造后Na2 SO3 的用量由原来的 12kt/ (t·NaOH)降低到 6kg/ (t·NaOH) ,降低了生产成本 ,提高了经济效益     

乙烯装置急冷系统的综合治理

针对北京东方化工厂乙烯装置汽油分馏塔、稀释蒸汽发生系统以及急冷水、酸性水pH值等在运行中出现的问题，说明了问题的原因所在。通过优化操作、改造等方式对系统进行了整改，阐述了整改后的效果。     

SEQUENTIAL LOOP CLOSING IDENTIFICATION OF MULTIVARIABLE PROCESSES USING THE BIASED RELAY FEEDBACK METHOD

Each controller in multiloop control systems for multivariable processes can be tuned sequentially with the ultimate information for the paired input and output while former loops have been closed, and hence, single-input single-output autotuning methods can be applied. In this sequential autotuning for multiloop control systems, several iterations are usually required for better control performances. Especially when pairings are undesirable, the autotuning sequences should be repeated with correct pairings, which result in long field experiments. Here, to avoid this drawback, a simple method to identify process models while loops are being sequentially tuned is proposed. The identified models can be used to correct pairings of multiloop control systems and to improve tuning performances without several field iterations. In addition, they can be used to obtain model-based control systems such as decoupling control systems.
