An experimental study was carried out to examine the stable Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film deposition of mixtures of polyaniline (PA) and arachidic acid (AA) at different concentration ratios, with the aim of developing a systematic methodology for the production of quality PA/AA film at the highest deposition speed. The quality of LB film was examined before, during and after the film deposition process. Images of the PA/AA composite materials at air-liquid interface, based on the Brewster angle microscopy, revealed that a 50/50 concentration ratio of PA/AA composite layer produced the best LB film structure. The feasibility of LB film deposition was determined from dynamic contact angles which were measured by a flow visualization technique. The quality of the deposited film was judged by the transfer ratio and the atomic force microscopy images. The effect of pH was also examined, and it was found that the LB film deposition for the PA/AA system could only be carried out in a narrow range of pH. It was found that the deposited LB film of the PA/AA system had a high transfer ratio and improved surface roughness at the deposition speed 30 mm/min. The interest in metal nanocrystals is focused on their nonlinear optical properties, as they are expected to have a large third-order nonlinear susceptibility. In order to explore the possibility of tuning the size and shape of metal nanocrystals, we implanted gold into fused silica substrate. The implantation energy was 1.1 MeV and doses were of 1, 3, and 6×1016 ions/cm2. All samples were subsequently annealed in air at 1000 and 1100 °C. Grazing incidence small-angle X-ray scattering was used to study the morphology and the distribution of gold nanoparticles formed in the substrate. The clustering process is evident already during the implantation itself. Upon annealing, the number of clusters, as well as their size is increased. The clusters are smaller in the vicinity of the surface, where the effective implant concentration is lower, regardless of the annealing temperature. A new method was introduced to fabricate porous coating and control its porosity by changing spray parameters. Two models were constructed to simulate the deformation of droplet and the deposition process of splats on substrate. Considering the gap-pore, step-pore and shield-pore in the presented models, the influence of spray angle on the porosity of coating was mainly investigated. The simulation and experimental results show that the presented method is suitable for fabricating controllable-porosity coating. The porosity of coating can reach 49%. When the spray angle is lower than 30°, the porosity of coating rapidly increases because of shielding effect. Moreover, powder size and impact velocity also influence the porosity. Besides, a new forming method of graded porous coating was simulated by continuously changing the spray angle. 相似文献

Both the asymptotical stability criterion and the bounded stability criterion of the coning motion for wrap around fin(WAF) rockets are proposed through the analy-sis of coning motion equations,which can be easily used to determine the exis-tence of the coning motion during the rocket design. The correctness of the crite-rions is verified by mathematical simulation examples of a WAF rocket with differ-ent setting angles.
