电动潜油泵多功能自动控制测试系统

为了提高电潜泵产品质量 ,延长电潜泵井的检泵周期 ,研制了电动潜油泵多功能自动控制测试系统。该系统由自动控制、参数测试、管线流程及电气控制 4部分组成 ,既能对电潜泵机组进行全面检测 ,又能对测试数据进行管理和跟踪 ,具有测试参数齐全、速度快、精度高、操作容易、安全性强、智能化程度高、测量范围广、容量大等特点 ,并在计算机自动调节井口压力、测试电动机转矩以及测控回路与计算机分离等方面具有创新。该系统能够模拟现场工况完成各种型号的电潜泵的测试 ,为电潜泵的理论设计及现场应用提供可靠的试验数据。     

Energy use in controlled temperature marine aquaculture

Temperature control offers benefits in land‐based marine aquaculture: stock growth rates may be enhanced by heating in winter; mortality rates in summer may be reduced by cooling. However, if the plant is not well designed, temperature control may create very large energy demands. This paper describes the application of temperature control in abalone aquaculture in New Zealand, with a focus on energy considerations in plant design. An abalone farm using a semi‐closed water conditioning system is used as a case study for which an energy model, based on a heat pump system, is developed. Augmentation of boiling heat transfer from horizontal cylinder to liquid by movable particles

This paper presents a series of experimental results on a passive augmentation technique of boiling heat transfer by supplying solid particles in liquid. A cylindrical heater 0.88 mm in diameter is placed in saturated water, in which a lot of mobile particles exist, and the nucleate and film boiling heat transfer characteristics are measured. Particle materials used were alumina, glass, and porous alumina, and the diameter ranged from 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm. Particles are fluidized by the occurrence of boiling without any additive power, and the heat transfer is augmented. The maximum augmentation ratio obtained in this experiment reaches about ten times the heat transfer coefficient obtained in liquid alone. The augmentation ratio is mainly affected by the particle material, diameter, and the height of the particle bed set at no boiling condition. 介绍了引黄工程泵站建筑物的结构特性、监测情况以及首次试通水期间 安全监测量的变化特点，指出了监测资料反映出的一些工程实际问题。通过定量分析，揭示 了建筑物承受的主要荷载以及监测量的变化规律，发现了工程问题发生和发展的原因，较为 系统、深入地从安全监测的角度研究了引水工程泵站地下洞室群的工作性态。     

分离式热管换热器在脱硫装置的应用

介绍了分离式热管换热器的工作原理及其在工业脱硫装置中的应用，并不其余热回收情况与传统的二次中热方法相比较，阐明了其节能及环保作用。     

液晶显示驱动电路中Fibonacci型电荷泵单元

本文中所设计的电荷泵将用于手机液晶显示驱动模块中.通过对Fibonacci型电荷泵上升时间的估算,对减小上升时间和动态功耗进行折中考虑,本文提出优化开关频率的方法.用1.2μm CMOS双阱工艺参数对所设计的电荷泵进行模拟,结果表明这个电荷泵具有较快的上升速度和较高的效率.通过提高V_GS电平和保证开关管的衬底始终接在最高电位上,文中提出了一种新型Fibonacci电荷泵,它可以正常工作在从1.2V到5V变化的多种电源电压下.     

罗茨真空泵机组抽气速率分析

罗茨真空泵机组因配用前级泵不同和所处工作压力范围的差异，相应其抽气速率变化较大，设计中应根据具体工况条件及真空系统使用要求，力求使罗茨真空泵机组体现好的适用性和经济性。     

喷射轧制Fe-4.5%Si硅钢片的组织和性能

采用喷射成形和轧制工艺制备了厚度为0.5mm的Fe-4.5%Si高硅钢片，并对其密度、显微组织和电磁性能进行了测试分析，研究结果表明：在最佳的喷射成形和轧制工艺条件下，所制备硅钢片的磁感应强度B25为1.544T、B50为1.641T；铁损P1050为1.437W/kg、P1550为3.43W/kg，说明喷射成形轧制技术可以制备出高磁感应强度、低铁损的高硅钢片。     

中小型渔船制冷技术的研究进展

远洋渔船带有制冷装置，而100吨以下的中小型渔船因其柴油机的限制，无法安装压缩机式制冷机。出海作业时，均需携带冰块做渔产保鲜。本文介绍压缩式渔船制冷的现状，回收渔船尾气余热的吸收式制冷系统，吸附制冷的冷冻水系统，吸附式制冰系统等实验装置。其中吸附式制冷系统具有良好的开发价值。
