??Aimed at relevancy chemical equilibrium, material balance and thermal equilibrium of the reaction stove and converter of Claus sulfur recovery by direct method, this paper establishes two nonlinear equations sets, and carries out numerieal calculation by use of the Newton-Raphson algorithm for derivation, measures the composition from the mouth of reaction stove and converter, and calculates the optimum air ration and the optimum reaction temperature. The related problems are discussed and some examples calculated are given.

介绍了一个用８０３１，ＤＲＡＭ和高速Ａ／Ｄ等芯片构成的快速数据采集系统。该系统使Ａ／Ｄ转换的数据不经ＣＰＵ“中转”，而直接存入ＤＲＡＭ中。它具有硬件结构简单、价格低廉、易实现大容量存储等优点。本系统对模拟信号的采集并将采集数据送入存储器的周期为８μｓ。

Parallel single-phase ac–dc–ac shared-leg converters: Modelling,control and analysis

Reversible single-phase to single-phase dc-link converters are proposed and analyzed in this paper. They are composed of paralleled rectifiers and inverters sharing one or two legs with one or two dc-links. Modelling and a control strategy of the systems including circulating currents are developed. Compared to the conventional single-phase to single-phase dc-link converter, the proposed topologies permit to reduce: (i) the current and power ratings of the power switches, (ii) the harmonic distortion, and (iii) the dc-link capacitor losses. Additionally, the semiconductor losses of the proposed converters are smaller than that of the conventional one. Simulated and experimental results are also presented to demonstrate the viability of the proposed circuits.

Brief of the technology using sliding gate for slag stopping during converter tapping in the steelmaking plant of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.

The sliding gate used to stop slag during converter tapping is similar to the control of slide gate in ladle,with the sliding gate device installed outside the BOF tapping hole tip.Owing to the quick opening and closing(in 0.5 s) of the sliding gate,it can not only effectively stop the pre - slag and post - slag during converter tapping but also automatically judge and stop slag with the help of AMEPA slag detecting and PLC control technology.Currently it is regarded as the best process to stop slag during converter tapping.
