压缩空气冷冻胶粉生产技术研究

介绍了利用新型离心式粉碎机和人字形槽动静压混合式气体轴承透平膨胀机，采用普冷与压缩空气膨胀制冷相结合来生产精细胶粉的工艺路线及关键设备。这种技术具有操作方便、车间干净卫生、能耗低、关键设备可靠性好、生产效率高等特点     

Recycling of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) waste. III. Processability of EPDM rubber compound containing ground EPDM vulcanizates

The rheological behavior of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) compounds containing ground EPDM waste (W‐EPDM) of known composition was studied by using a Monsanto processability tester in a temperature range of 90–110°C and a shear rate range of 306.7–1533.24 s^?1. It is found that the shear viscosity decreases slightly with increasing W‐EPDM loading because of wall slip that results from the migration of lubricants from the W‐EPDM. The addition of W‐EPDM to raw EPDM results in a decreased die swell at all temperatures and shear rates. SEM photomicrographs of the EPDM extrudate surface show improved surface smoothness and reduced extrudate distortion when EPDM is blended with W‐EPDM. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 地源热泵土壤热物性测试与分析

运用恒热流测试原理自主研发了岩土热物性测试仪,通过现场测试的方法,调整加热管的加热功率、埋管中循环水流量、埋管进出口水温随时间变化规律,利用线热源理论确定了地下岩土的热物性参数。实验表明,土壤初始温度的测量精度对于提高土壤的导热系数是至关重要的,在未扰动的土壤温度以及给定PE管材的条件下,测试时间为50小时左右时,土壤导热系数逐渐趋于稳定,收敛于3.109 W/(m.℃),整个测试过程平均导热系数为3.489W/(m.℃),该结果为地源热泵系统的准确设计提供了依据。     

2008-2009 年江苏省闪电特征分析及应用研究

统计了江苏省气象部门雷电探测系统2008-2009年闪电记录,对江苏省闪电强度、闪电频数等闪电特征进行分析,得出江苏省的雷电流强度和闪电分布都有明显的时空差异,并且闪电频数和强度在空间分布上基本呈相反分布;同时利用地闪记录与雷暴日数的关系,得出了适用于江苏13个地级市的地闪密度计算公式.     

起始水力梯度对真空预压下砂井地基固结过程的影响

针对粘土中孔隙水渗流存在起始水力梯度的现象,将考虑起始水力梯度的非Darcy渗流方程引入传统的砂井固结理论对其进行修正,并给出了真空预压下砂井地基固结近似解。探讨起始水力梯度对真空预压下砂井地基固结过程的影响,包括渗流前锋面的运动规律、孔隙水压力的分布变化规律和平均固结度的变化规律。结果表明,由于存在起始水力梯度,会延缓真空压力的传播,进而影响孔隙水的渗流和整个土层的固结速度。起始水力梯度越大,滞后现象越明显。此外,起始水力梯度的存在将使平均孔隙水压力逐渐趋于某一稳定值,但无法达到真空压力,所以最终平均固结度将小于100%,且其值随起始水力梯度的增大而减小。     

基于矩阵分解的唯一稳态消谐法在消除中性点接地电力系统铁磁谐振中的应用

唯一稳态消谐法是近年出现的消除非线性系统谐振新的分析方法.将这一方法应用在消除中性点接地电力系统的铁磁谐振的分析中,以矩阵分解为工具,利用向量比较原理,得到了相应的消谐条件.用数值模拟方法验证了该法的有效性.     

Numerical simulation study on the influence of the ground stress field on the stability of roadways

We adopt the concept of generalized plane strain to model a roadway in a stress field.This can avoid limitations caused by simplifying the stress analysis as plane strain.FLAC3D was used to investigate the maximum tensile stress and displacement of a roadway in a known stress field for angles,α,between the roadway axial direction and the maximum principal stress of 0°,30°,45°,60° and 90°.This theory was applied to the analysis of an engineering case.The results indicate that stress and displacement of the surrounding rock increase as the angle,α,increases.This provides some significant guidance for a reasonable layout of roadways in a known stress field.     

Strength of limestone-based non-calcined cement and its properties

A new type of cement was prepared with ground limestone powder, blastfurnace slag, steel slag and gypsum without calcination. The fraction of ground limestone powder in the cement was as high as 40 wt%–60 wt% without Portland clinker. All of its physical properties can meet the requirements of masonry cement standards. The impact of limestone content on physical properties of the cement and determined its impact on law was investigated. The steel slag can excit the aquation activity of this cement effectively, and the influence of its quantity on the strength of the materials was studied, which shows that the optimum quantity of mixing is 10%. By way of changing the different content of the lime stone by quartzy sample, the law of the compression strength and the PH value was determined, confirming that the lime stone can promote the early aquation of the slag and improve the early strength. The main hydration product of this cement is calcium aluminate hydrate, ettringite and calcium silicate hydrate, as indicated by XRD and SEM analysis.     

基于KPCA和SVM的火箭发动机试验台故障诊断方法

为了解决液体火箭发动机试验台的故障诊断问题,提出了一种基于核主元分析(KPCA)特征提取和支持向量多分类机(SVM)的故障诊断方法,该方法首先利用核主元分析对试验台标准故障样本进行特征提取,通过特征分析,建立适合于试验台故障状态识别的层次多分类支持向量机,并对其进行训练,然后将试验数据在主元上投影,输入到训练好的支持向量多分类器,对试验台故障状态进行识别.该方法充分利用了核主元分析强大的非线性特征提取能力和支持向量分类机良好的小样本泛化特性,解决了试验台故障诊断中的小样本、非线性模式识别问题.对试验台的试验结果表明,该方法是有效的、可行的.     

Aspects of surface and environment protection in German mining areas

Hard coal mining in the German Ruhr district has a tradition of more than 200 years. Starting in the south near the river Ruhr with mining of seams near to the surface, mining wandered to the north with coal seams deeper and deeper. In the same way all environmental effects of mining wandered from south to north, as there are abandoned mining sites, contaminated areas, burning mining dumps, subsided areas and gas accesses at day ground. This all happened in a very high populated area with more than four million inhabitants. Therefore Germany has a long tradition in solving environmental problems of mining activities. The very good interaction of mine authority, mining companies and the mine workers' union is the main reason why the problems of decreasing mining activities in Germany were solved without economic, environmental or social hazards.
