一种改进的二自由度PID控制器

根据目标值滤波器型二自由度PID控制器，提出一种新型二自由度PID控制器。实验表明该算法使用可靠、精度高，而且具有较强的抗干扰能力和鲁棒性，可大大提高系统的控制品质。     

The hierarchies of knowledge and the mathematics of discovery

Rather than attempting to characterize a relation of confirmation between evidence and theory, epistemology might better consider which methods of forming conjectures from evidence, or of altering beliefs in the light of evidence, are most reliable for getting to the truth. A logical framework for such a study was constructed in the early 1960s by E. Mark Gold and Hilary Putnam. This essay describes some of the results that have been obtained in that framework and their significance for philosophy of science, artificial intelligence, and for normative epistemology when truth is relative.I am indebted to Kevin Kelly for several years of happy conversation from which the perspective and views of this paper grew, for comments on a draft of the paper, and for constructing some of the illustrations. A fellowship from the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation provided the liberty to write this paper. It was first presented in the Turing Colloquium, 1990.

数字通信系统设计中FPGA的仿真

在大规模的FPGA设计中，由于逻辑过于复杂，给仿真与调试工作带来很大难度。本文结合“实用化综合接入系统”边缘路由器子系统的设计，结合仿真软件提供的接口，提出用测试程序自动生成测试向量，自动完成仿真结果检查的方法，大大降低了仿真与调试的工作量。     

Modeling the continuous melt transesterification of bisphenol-A and diphenyl carbonate in a continuous stirred tank reactor

A model of continuous melt transesterification of bisphenol-A and diphenyl carbonate in a continuous stirred tank reactor is developed using phase equilibria assumption and the method of molecular weight moments. The model equations can be simplified into a polynomial system that has 17 equations and 17 unknowns. Solution of the polynomial system gives out almost every aspects of the continuous transesterification process. Molecular weight and polydispersity index, end group ratio of hydroxyl to phenyl carbonate, contents of molecular species, and lost diphenyl carbonate fractions are studied in different operation parameters.     

Analytic computation of the photocurrent density in a n-6H-SiC/p-Si/n-Si/p-Si0.8Ge0.2 multilayer solar cell

In this work we conceived a model of a multilayer solar cell composed by four layers of opposite conductivities: an n-type 6H-SiC used as a frontal layer to absorb high energy photons (energy gap equals 2.9 eV), a p-type Si layer, an n-type Si layer and a p-type SiGe back layer to absorb low energy photons (Si_0.8Ge_0.2 with an energy gap equal to 0.8 eV). The impurity concentration in every layer of the model is taken equal to 10¹⁷ cm⁻³ to ensure abrupt junctions inside the cell. The optical properties of the separate layers have been fitted and tabulated to be used for thin films devices numerical simulation. We developed the equations giving the minority carrier concentration and the photocurrent density in each abscissa of the model. We used Matlab software to simulate and optimize the layers thicknesses to achieve the maximum photocurrent generated under AM0 solar spectrum. The results of simulation showed that the optimized structure could deliver, assuming 10⁵ cm/s surface recombination velocity, a photocurrent density of more than 53 mA/cm², which represents 88.3% of the ideal photocurrent (59.99 mA/cm²) that can be generated under AM0 solar spectrum.

本文着重探讨直流电动机换向火花的形成、征状以及使用的一些对其进行判别、调整的简单方法，并阐述其原理及效果。     

Molecular Simulation Study for CO2 Clathrate Hydrate

The present work has concentrated on the structure of CO₂ hydrate in the NPT ensemble using SPC (simple point charge) intermolecular potential model of water by the Monte Carlo (MC) molecular simulation. A mixture of water and CO₂ placed arbitrarily in a cubic cell has been used as a model system to simulate the CO₂ clathrate hydrate at temperatures ranging from 150–280 K and pressure up to 10 MPa. The result shows that the obtained MC simulation agrees well with the results obtained by molecular dynamic (MD) simulation. The present work is also directed to the study of structure with TIP4P potential model of water.
