Tandem organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) were fabricated with a hybrid organic charge generation layer (CGL) composed of bis(ethylenedithio)-tetrathiafulvalene (BEDT-TTF) doped 1,3,5-tris(N-phenylbenzimiazole-2-yl)benzene (TPBi), 1,3-bis(cabazol-9-yl)benzene (mCP), and 1,4,5,8,9,11-hexaazatriphenylene hexacarbonitrile (HAT-CN) in an attempt to enhance their current efficiency. While the operating voltage of the tandem OLEDs with a hybrid structure composed of BEDT-TTF-doped TPBi, mCP, and a HAT-CN CGL at 10 mA/cm2 was 1 V lower than that of the tandem OLEDs with a typical CGL composed of BEDT-TTF-doped TPBi and a HAT-CN, the corresponding the current efficiency of the tandem OLEDs with a hybrid CGL at 10 mA/cm2 was 2.9 cd/A higher than that of the tandem OLEDs with a typical CGL. The increase in the current efficiency and the decrease in the operating voltage of the tandem OLEDs with the hybrid CGL were attributed to enhanced electron injection due to the insertion of the mCP layer into the hybrid CGL. 相似文献

In this study, we have successfully explored the potential of a new bilayer gate dielectric material, composed of Polystyrene (PS), Pluronic P123 Block Copolymer Surfactant (P123) composite thin film and Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) through fabrication of metal insulator metal (MIM) capacitor devices and organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). The conditions for fabrication of PAN and PS-P123 as a bilayer dielectric material are optimized before employing it further as a gate dielectric in OTFTs. Simple solution processable techniques are applied to deposit PAN and PS-P123 as a bilayer dielectric layer on Polyimide (PI) substrates. Contact angle study is further performed to explore the surface property of this bilayer polymer gate dielectric material. This new bilayer dielectric having a k value of 3.7 intermediate to that of PS-P123 composite thin film dielectric (k ∼ 2.8) and PAN dielectric (k ∼ 5.5) has successfully acted as a buffer layer by preventing the direct contact between the organic semiconducting layer and high k PAN dielectric. The OTFT devices based on α,ω-dihexylquaterthiophene (DH4T) incorporated with this bilayer dielectric, has demonstrated a hole mobility of 1.37 × 10−2 and on/off current ratio of 103 which is one of the good values as reported before. Several bending conditions are applied, to explore the charge carrier hopping mechanism involved in deterioration of electrical properties of these OTFTs. Additionally, the electrical performance of OTFTs, which are exposed to open atmosphere for five days, can be interestingly recovered by means of re-baking them respectively at 90 °C. 相似文献

Although several hole‐transporting materials (HTMs) have been designed to obtain perovskite solar cells (PSCs) devices with high performance, the dopant‐free HTMs for efficient and stable PSCs remain rare. Herein, a rigid planar 6,12‐dihydroindeno[1,2‐b]fluorine (IDF) core with different numbers of bulky periphery groups to construct dopant‐free HTMs of IDF‐SFXPh, IDF‐DiDPA, and IDF‐TeDPA is modified. Thanks to the contributions of the planar IDF core and the twisted SFX periphery groups, the dopant‐free IDF‐SFXPh‐based PSCs device achieves a device performance of 17.6%, comparable to the doped 2,2′,7,7′‐tetrakis(N,N‐di‐p‐methoxyphenylamine)‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene (spiro‐OMeTAD)‐based device (17.6%), with much enhanced device stability under glovebox and ambient conditions. 相似文献

A highly reliable conductive adhesive obtained by transient liquid‐phase sintering (TLPS) technologies is studied for use in high‐power device packaging. TLPS involves the low‐temperature reaction of a low‐melting metal or alloy with a high‐melting metal or alloy to form a reacted metal matrix. For a TLPS material (consisting of Ag‐coated Cu, a Sn96.5‐Ag3.0‐Cu0.5 solder, and a volatile fluxing resin) used herein, the melting temperature of the metal matrix exceeds the bonding temperature. After bonding of the TLPS material, a unique melting peak of TLPS is observed at 356 °C, consistent with the transient behavior of Ag3Sn + Cu6Sn5 → liquid + Cu3Sn reported by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The TLPS material shows superior thermal conductivity as compared with other commercially available Ag pastes under the same specimen preparation conditions. In conclusion, the TLPS material can be a promising candidate for a highly reliable conductive adhesive in power device packaging because remelting of the SAC305 solder, which is widely used in conventional power modules, is not observed. 相似文献
