加氢催化剂器外再生技术(HCRT)的开发与应用

淄博恒基化工有限公司开发的加氢催化剂器外再生技术 (HCRT) ,具有工艺合理、再生催化剂物性恢复好、活性损失少等特点 ,该技术已达到国外器外再生技术的水平。近年来已再生全国 19个炼油厂、2 3个品种的催化剂 12 95t,工业应用均取得满意结果     

Fast‐scale bifurcation in power‐factor‐correction buck‐boost converters and effects of incompatible periodicities

In this paper, we derive the discrete‐time model for the power‐factor‐correction (PFC) buck‐boost converter in terms of a stroboscopic switching map. Fast‐scale instability is analysed through a fold diagram, which exposes the periodicity of the operation as well as the locations of the critical phase angles of the line voltage at which instability begins to occur along a half‐line cycle. The asymmetrical locations of the critical phase angles along a half‐line cycle is explained in terms of ‘under‐developed’ bifurcation. C5/C6异构化催化剂的首次工业应用

采用中石化金陵分公司研究院研制的CI-50(Pd/丝光沸石)作C5/C6烷烃异构化催化剂.详细介绍了该催化剂的工业放大试验装置的工艺流程、首次开工过程中技术问题及处理方法.     

薄相屏闪烁的数值分析

本文在弱闪烁条件下，利用广泛适用于星际闪烁、行星际闪烁和电离层闪烁的薄相屏理论，以行星际闪烁为算例，对薄相屏闪烁进行了数值分析。结果表明：垂直于介质运动方向上的不规则结构的大小对闪烁有着重要的影响，直接表现在频谱的变化趋势和振荡幅度的不同。尤其是当小于Ｆｒｅｓｎｅｌ尺度时，数值计算表明此时没有闪烁发生。     

3961连续重整催化剂性能考察

新一代高活性，高水热稳定性3961（PS－Ⅳ）型连续重整催化剂于1996年在上海石化芳烃厂400kt/a连续重整装置上首次进行工业应用试验。开工5a，催化剂跟踪分析结果表明，该剂保持了良好的物化性质和反应性能，表现为良好的比表面积稳定性和持氯能力，经过200个以上再生周期的催化剂未发现有明显的相变和金属分散度的变化。

研究了大中型风力发电机组的可靠性，讨论了可靠性指标的分配，可靠性设计的四个重要方面、可靠性试验计算机模拟。     

大型焦炉计算机优化控制系统

本文介绍一个大型焦炉计算机优化控制系统，它不仅实现了燃烧系统的ＤＤＣ控制，而且完成了结焦终点的在线预报和以焦炉能耗最小为目标的优化控制。     

Investigation of Scale Formation in Heat Exchangers of Phosphoric Acid Evaporator Plants

The primary problem in concentrating phosphoric acid is due to fouling on the tube‐side of the heat exchangers of the evaporator units. Scaling on the heat transfer surfaces occurs because of high supersaturation of phosphoric acid liquor with respect to calcium sulphate. A review of the existing literature reveals that no information is available on heat transfer and on crystallization fouling of industrial phosphoric acid solutions. In this investigation, the solubility of different calcium sulphate types in phosphoric acid solution was studied and its dependency on acid concentration and temperature was investigated. A large number of fouling experiments were carried out in a side‐stream of a phosphoric acid plant at different flow velocities, surface temperatures and concentrations to determine the mechanisms, which control the deposition process. After identifying the effects of operational parameters on the deposition process, a model was developed for prediction of fouling resistances. The reaction of calcium sulphate crystallization followed a second order rate with respect to the supersaturation. The activation energy evaluated for the surface reaction of the deposit formation was found to be 57 kJ/mol. The predicted fouling resistances were compared with the experimental data. Quantitative and qualitative agreement between measured and predicted fouling rates is good.     

大规模集成电路浮栅ROM器件总剂量辐射效应

提出了一种大规模集成电路总剂量效应测试方法:在监测器件和电路功能参数的同时,监测器件功耗电流的变化情况,分析数据错误和器件功耗电流与辐射总剂量的关系.根据该方法利用60Co γ射线进行了浮栅ROM集成电路(AT29C256)总剂量辐照实验,研究了功耗电流和出错数量在不同γ射线剂量率辐照下的总剂量效应,以及参数失效与功能失效时间随辐射剂量率的变化关系,并利用外推实验技术预估了电路在空间低剂量率环境下的失效时间.     

大空域机动巡航导弹的模糊PID控制器设计

针对大空域机动巡航导弹下降转平飞过程中出现的强非线性特点．在俯仰通道设计了模糊PID双模控制方案。以高度误差和该误差变化量为输入．以高度误差为阀限．在高度误差较大时采用响应迅速的模糊控制器．较小时采用稳态精度较高的PID控制器。最后通过仿真表明通过该方案所控制的弹道符合方案弹道．满足设计指标要求。
