本文围绕低截获概率雷达信号处理的特点和实时性的要求,设计了基于FPGA和DSP传统组合模式的LPI雷达信号检测处理平台。在一款基于Keystone构架的多核DSP处理板上,创新性地运用并行关联流水线体系结构和多层任务调度分配信号处理机制,构建了针对LPI雷达信号从预处理到检测结果输出的一整套信号处理模型。经过仿真实验验证,该信号处理模型适合在低信噪比条件下对LPI雷达信号进行检测,且系统资源分配合理占用逻辑资源少,具有实时检测LPI雷达信号的潜力。 相似文献

This paper proposes an effective composite image detection method that uses the feature inconsistency of image components of the composite image to detect tampered regions. The composite image is first divided into image components. Next, the variance of the noise remaining after de-noising in each image component is calculated and used as a feature. Finally, tampered regions are detected using this feature based on a tampering detection rule. Experimental results show that the proposed method has good composite image detection performance. 相似文献

This article presents a GPU-based single-unit deadlock detection methodology and its algorithm, GPU-OSDDA. Our GPU-based design utilizes parallel hardware of GPU to perform computations and thus is able to overcome the major limitation of prior hardware-based approaches by having the capability of handling thousands of processes and resources, whilst achieving real-world run-times. By utilizing a bit-vector technique for storing algorithm matrices and designing novel, efficient algorithmic methods, we not only reduce memory usage dramatically but also achieve two orders of magnitude speedup over CPU equivalents. Additionally, GPU-OSDDA acts as an interactive service to the CPU, because all of the aforementioned computations and matrix management techniques take place on the GPU, requiring minimal interaction with the CPU. GPU-OSDDA is implemented on three GPU cards: Tesla C2050, Tesla K20c, and Titan X. Our design shows overall speedups of 6-595X over CPU equivalents. 相似文献

Text in images and video contains important information for visual content understanding, indexing, and recognizing. Extraction of this information involves preprocessing, localization and extraction of the text from a given image. In this paper, we propose a novel expiration code detection and recognition algorithm by using Gabor features and collaborative representation based classification. The proposed system consists of four steps: expiration code location, character isolation, Gabor features extraction and characters recognition. For expiration code detection, the Gabor energy (GE) and the maximum energy difference (MED) are extracted. The performance of the recognition algorithm is tested over three Gabor features: GE, magnitude response (MR) and imaginary response (IR). The Gabor features are classified based on collaborative representation based classifier (GCRC). To encompass all frequencies and orientations, downsampling and principal component analysis (PCA) are applied in order to reduce the features space dimensionality. The effectiveness of the proposed localization algorithm is highlighted and compared with other existing methods. Extensive testing shows that the suggested detection scheme outperforms existing methods in terms of detection rate for large image database. Also, GCRC show very competitive results compared with Gabor feature sparse representation based classification (GSRC). This paper presents a methodology for comparing the performance of model-reduction strategies to be used with a diagnostic methodology for leak detection in water distribution networks. The goal is to find reduction strategies that are suitable for error-domain model falsification, a model based data interpretation methodology. Twelve reduction strategies are derived from five strategy categories. Categories differ according to the manner in which nodes are selected for deletion. A node is selected for deletion according to: (1) the diameter of the pipes; (2) the number of pipes linked to a node; (3) the angle of the pipes in the case of two-pipe nodes; (4) the distribution of the water demand; and, (5) a pair-wise combination of some categories.The methodology is illustrated using part of a real network. Performance is evaluated first by judging the equivalency of the reduced network with the initial network (before the application of any reduction procedure) and secondly, by assessing the compatibility with the diagnostic methodology. The results show that for each reduction strategy the equivalency of networks is verified. Computational time can be reduced to less than 20% of the non-reduced network in the best case. Results of diagnostic performance show that the performance decreases when using reduced networks. The reduction strategy with the best diagnostic performance is that based on the angle of two-pipe nodes, with an angle threshold of 165°. In addition, the sensitivity of the performance of the reduced networks to variation in leak intensity is evaluated. Results show that the reduction strategies where the number of nodes is significantly reduced are the most sensitive.Finally this paper describes a Pareto analysis that is used to select the reduction strategy that is a good compromise between reduction of computational time and performance of the diagnosis. The supremacy of online white supremacists – an analysis of online discussions by white supremacists
A content analysis was conducted on five different white supremacist online forums to observe the discourse and types of activities occurring within. In addition, web link analysis was conducted on the forums to identify the presence of external links being posted and discussed by members. We found that members used the forums primarily for information provision, recruitment and networking. Based on these results, we discuss the implications that online hate speech have within offline settings, and the affects these activities have on Canadian citizens in light of the recent repeal of section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act (1985), the primary tool in Canada with which to deal with hate speech and other activities observed. The insights extracted from this research have provided novel insight into the sentiments and activities of the white supremacist movement online, a relatively unexplored venue of hate speech and propaganda online. 相似文献

The advent of the Internet and social media has revolutionized the way society communicates, the speed in which news is disseminated, and the approach that people take in their daily decision-making. Online reviews are now common place on nearly every consumer-related website. Consequently, attorneys are also being publicly scrutinized by their clients on a range of topics from price, competence, satisfaction, personality, communication, and effectiveness. On one side of the coin, this new phenomenon can be very rewarding since attorneys were previously limited to receiving a small number of referrals from the word-of-mouth promotion before the creation of online reviews. However, the exact opposite is true. Negative online reviews, whether accurate or not, may deter potential clients from even giving the attorney a second thought. As a result, a firm's business can feel the immediate impact of negative reviews. Attorneys, who legitimately need and want to protect their business and reputation, cannot speak freely online to defend their honor. Rather, an attorney must be mindful of not disclosing confidential client information or crossing other ethical lines that may then expose the attorney to potential discipline. There are several interests that must be considered such as allowing attorneys to exercise their First Amendment right to free speech, respect and adherence to the ethical rules of non-disclosure of confidential information, allowing attorneys to preserve their reputation, and protecting an attorney's marketability and means of generating income. This article explores the trend in offering reviews online in a variety of industries, including legal services, the statistical findings regarding the prevalence of this information and consumers' reliance on the information while making a purchasing decision. This article also considers the positive and negative implications of the reviews being so widely spread, while highlighting unique considerations as it relates to the practice of law and factors that may greatly skew a reviewer and reader's perceptions. Next, this article outlines the ethical considerations of attorneys if they want to respond to negative online feedback, such as disclosure of confidential information. Then, this article analyzes the American Bar Association (ABA) and several US states' ethics opinions for guidance for attorneys who wish to respond negative reviews. Finally, this article details the author's recommendations for attorneys, the ABA, and the US states and propose the areas where additional ethics opinions, rules and guidelines should be focused to establish a proper balance between the valuable insights discovered from a client's review and attorneys' legitimate interests in protecting their reputation and livelihood from inaccurate, malicious, or erroneous postings. 相似文献

针对传统的航空雷达网络面临的入侵威胁,以及雷达网络存在的入侵诊断检测效率较低,数据匹配速度较慢等问题,提出了一种基于双向联想记忆网络的航空雷达在线入侵诊断方法,构建航空雷达在线入侵诊断模型,对航空雷达网络中的外部数据进行预处理,并获取数据特征以及数据特征的可辨识属性矩阵和决策辨识函数,计算测试参数集的所有特征向量,从而使入侵检测算子的匹配量减少,以此提升数据匹配效率,实现对外部入侵数据的过滤检测,从而对雷达数据网络进行在线监控,有效抵御外部异常数据的入侵,保证了航空雷达网络的安全性;仿真结果表明文章方法有效提高了航空雷达网络的在线数据检测匹配速度,诊断准确率达到93.3%,且对航空雷达的入侵诊断检测效率、误报率、漏报率等方面都有明显改善. 相似文献
