基于LabVIEW的航空火警控制盒测试设备

航空火警控制盒测试设备是一套主要用于火警控制盒、火警探测器、主告警控制盒、告警控制盒等的校验、故障诊断的设备。介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的航空火警控制盒测试设备的方法,利用PC机中的LabVIEW图形化编程软件采用随机数读取并且显示,再对信号进行分析,对超限信号起到报警功能。     

Hopen机顶盒软件平台设计与实现*

针对IBM STBX25XX机顶盒的硬件结构特点,设计了Hopen机顶盒软件平台.通过对Hopen嵌入式实时操作系统内核的移植、各功能部件驱动的定制和开发,使得Hopen机顶盒软件平台可以运行在PowerPC架构的硬件上,完成了数字电视节目的播放功能,从而拓宽了Hopen的应用领域.     

Design,Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Steroidal Glycoconjugates as Potential Antiproliferative Agents

To systematically evaluate the impact of neoglycosylation upon the anticancer activities and selectivity of steroids, four series of neoglycosides of diosgenin, pregnenolone, dehydroepiandrosterone and estrone were designed and synthesized according to the neoglycosylation approach. The structures of all the products were elucidated by NMR analysis, and the stereochemistry of C20-MeON-pregnenolone was confirmed by crystal X-ray diffraction. The compounds′ cytotoxicity on five human cancer cell lines was evaluated using a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, and structure–activity relationships (SAR) are discussed. 2-deoxy-d -glucoside 5 k displayed the most potent antiproliferative activities against HepG2 cells with an IC₅₀ value of 1.5 μM. Further pharmacological experiments on compound 5 k on HepG2 cells revealed that it could cause morphological changes and cell-cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase and then induced the apoptosis, which might be associated with the enhanced expression of high-mobility group Box 1 (HMGB1). Taken together, these findings prove that the neoglycosylation of steroids could be a promising strategy for the discovery of potential antiproliferative agents.     

变形体温度场和位移场的计算

本文用热源法对简单热传导问题进行了解析解的计算，并应用PDE工具箱求解热传导偏微分方程得到数值解。通过两种温度场的计算结果求出相应的位移场结果，比较可知MATLAB中PDE工具箱对难以用解析法求解的热传导问题有一定的指导作用。

Group‐in‐a‐Box Meta‐Layouts for Topological Clusters and Attribute‐Based Groups: Space‐Efficient Visualizations of Network Communities and Their Ties

An important part of network analysis is understanding community structures like topological clusters and attribute‐based groups. Standard approaches for showing communities using colour, shape, rectangular bounding boxes, convex hulls or force‐directed layout algorithms remain valuable, however our Group‐in‐a‐Box meta‐layouts add a fresh strategy for presenting community membership, internal structure and inter‐cluster relationships. This paper extends the basic Group‐in‐a‐Box meta‐layout, which uses a Treemap substrate of rectangular regions whose size is proportional to community size. When there are numerous inter‐community relationships, the proposed extensions help users view them more clearly: (1) the Croissant–Doughnut meta‐layout applies empirically determined rules for box arrangement to improve space utilization while still showing inter‐community relationships, and (2) the Force‐Directed layout arranges community boxes based on their aggregate ties at the cost of additional space. Our free and open source reference implementation in NodeXL includes heuristics to choose what we have found to be the preferable Group‐in‐a‐Box meta‐layout to show networks with varying numbers or sizes of communities. Case study examples, a pilot comparative user preference study (nine participants), and a readability measure‐based evaluation of 309 Twitter networks demonstrate the utility of the proposed meta‐layouts.     

描述逻辑FL0概念及术语公理集的表达能力刻画

表达能力和推理复杂性是一个逻辑的两个重要特征,也是一对相互制约的关系。解释之间的互模拟关系是从语义的角度刻画逻辑表达能力的一个有效途径,其代表性的结果是命题模态逻辑表达能力的刻画定理-van Benthem刻画定理。文中给出了描述逻辑FL0(含构造子:原子概念、顶概念、概念交、全称量词约束)的模拟关系,建立了FL0中概念和术语公理集的表达能力刻画定理,即一阶逻辑公式与FL0概念和术语公理集等价的充分必要条件。上述结果为寻求表达能力与推理复杂性之间的最佳平衡提供了有效的支持。     

基于双矩形框标定的改进TLD算法

鉴于基于单个矩形框标定的Tracking-Learning-Detection(TLD)算法无法兼顾跟踪目标的"重点性"和"完整性",提出了一种基于双矩形框标定的改进算法。在标定整个目标区域的矩形框的基础上,算法在目标变化相对稳定的区域标定另一个矩形框,以指示跟踪的重点区域。在提取跟踪点时,采用分配权重的方法使重点区域产生更多的跟踪点,从而提高算法对局部变化的适应能力。实验表明,改进后的算法在跟踪局部保持稳定而其余部分有所变化的目标上有较高的性能提升;而对于不存在稳定局部区域的目标,跟踪效果没有明显改善。     

结合图像特征的多视拼接数据的消冗处理

在不丢失非重叠区域数据的情况下, 对多视拼接重合区域的三维点云数据进行消冗处理是三维拼接中的一个难题。针对这一难题, 提出了一种结合二维图像信息查找和消除冗余数据的新方法。算法首先查找位于拼接重叠区域的三维点云数据, 结合三维点的K近邻约束和对应像素特征描述的相似度, 对重叠区域的点云数据进行冗余查找和消除。实验表明, 该方法能够准确判断并消除冗余点, 没有造成更改或丢失非重叠区域三维数据点的不良效果, 消冗速度也有所提高。
