移动增值业务在全球的发展速度依然很快,非话音收入占电信总收入的比重越来越大.在移动增值业务的发展上,日本遥遥领先,韩国紧随其后.在中国,虽然短信业务收入开始下降,但无线应用协议(WAP)、交互式语音回应(lVR)等业务收入快速攀升,从而保证了移动增值业务在中国的发展速度.由于中国信息产业部整顿收费混乱的移动增值业务市场,使服务提供商/内容提供商(SP/CP)的暴利时代成为过去,增值业务市场进入精耕细作期.随着用户对移动增值业务新的需求的不断增长,整首音乐下载、移动E-mail以及手机电视等业务将成为未来全球最有前途的移动增值业务.     

The social consequences of expressive suppression.

At times, people keep their emotions from showing during social interactions. The authors' analysis suggests that such expressive suppression should disrupt communication and increase stress levels. To test this hypothesis, the authors conducted 2 studies in which unacquainted pairs of women discussed an upsetting topic. In Study 1, one member of each pair was randomly assigned to (a) suppress her emotional behavior, (b) respond naturally, or (c) cognitively reappraise in a way that reduced emotional responding. Suppression alone disrupted communication and magnified blood pressure responses in the suppressors' partners. In Study 2, suppression had a negative impact on the regulators' emotional experience and increased blood pressure in both regulators and their partners. The five elements and chinese-american mortality.

D. P. Phillips, T. E. Ruth, and L. M. Wagner (1993) reported that 1969-1990 California mortality data show that Chinese Americans are particularly vulnerable to diseases that Chinese astrology and traditional Chinese medicine associate with their birth years. For example, because fire is associated with the heart, a Chinese person born in a fire year (such as 1937) is more likely to die of heart disease than is a Chinese person born in a nonfire year. However, many diseases were excluded from this study, some diseases that were included have ambiguous links to birth years, and the statistical tests were indirect. A more complete statistical analysis and independent California mortality data for the years 1960-1968 and 1991-2002 did not replicate the original results. 嵌入式Web服务器在中小水电信息采集系统中的应用

中小水电站大多数建在偏远山区，并网管理难度非常大，解决中小水电站的信息传输是主要的技术难点之一。随着计算机技术的发展，嵌入式Web服务器技术在远程监控和实时通信系统中的应用越来越广泛。将Web技术引入中小水电站信息采集系统中，可以实现对中小水电站基于浏览器方式的远程监控。文中结合中小水电站通信结构，介绍了嵌入式Web服务器技术在中小水电站信息采集系统中的应用。     

The Minimum PAPR Code for OFDM Systems

In this letter, a block code that minimizes the peak‐to‐average power ratio (PAPR) of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signals is proposed. It is shown that peak envelope power is invariant to cyclic shift and codeword inversion. The systematic encoding rule for the proposed code is composed of searching for a seed codeword, shifting the register elements, and determining codeword inversion. This eliminates the look‐up table for one‐to‐one correspondence between the source and the coded data. Computer simulation confirms that OFDM systems with the proposed code always have the minimum PAPR.     

Weak coin flipping with small bias

This paper presents a quantum protocol that demonstrates that weak coin flipping with bias ≈0.239, less than 1/4, is possible. A bias of 1/4 was the smallest known, and followed from the strong coin flipping protocol of Ambainis in [33rd STOC, 2001] (also proposed by Spekkens and Rudolph [Phys. Rev. A 65 (2002) 012310]). Protocols with yet smaller bias ≈0.207 have independently been discovered by Ambainis (2001) and Spekkens and Rudolph [Phys. Rev. Lett. 89 (2002) 227901]. We also present an alternative strong coin flipping protocol with bias 1/4 with analysis simpler than that of Ambainis [33rd STOC, 2001].     

稀土改善09CuPTiRE耐候钢耐蚀性的作用机理

应用扫描电镜(SEM)、离子探针(IMA)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和交流阻抗法研究含不同稀土耐候钢稀土提高耐大气腐蚀作用机理。结果表明,合适的稀土含量可显著提高钢的耐腐蚀性,稀土能促进Si、Cu和P在内锈层中以Si~(4+)、Cu~+和P~(5+)形态富集,并观察到锈层中的稀土。钢中加入稀土形成了致密连续厚而粘附性好的含硅铜稀土的复合铁锈层,从而提高了抗大气腐蚀性能。     

基于可编程逻辑阵列的RS232至RS422的串行口扩展电路

介绍了利用可编程逻辑阵列把1路RS232扩展至4路RS422的串行口电路设计方法。该扩展电路不占用PC系统资源，同时具有结构简单，使用方便，通用性和可补性强等特点，可广泛应用于主从式多机通讯系统中。
