试生产中产品的可靠性保证

阐述了试行产中产品质量和可靠性的主要保证方法，由于这些做法来自于工厂的生产实践，所以，对承制方，订购方等各级，各类人员都有借鉴意义。同时对理论工作者也有一定的参考价值。     

给定拓扑结构的网络的可靠性设计

本文首先讨论了网络链路堵概率的加权平均值，提出了网络分配的一般准则，并在考虑了网络链路生存链路概率的因素后，提出了更一般的网络链路堵塞概率的加权平均值，以此为基础，分别讨论了网络在给定点的费用条件下，使得网络可靠性最大的网络设计问题，以及在给定网络可靠性指标的前提下，使得网络费用最小的网络设计问题。     

CIMS装配和拆卸生产线的可靠性分析

本文对ＣＩＭＳ装配线和拆卸线的可靠性问题进行研究。文中分析了它们的运行状况，求出了两种生产线的稳态可用度，并用一个例子加以说明。     

Barrier layer effect of tantalum on the electromigration in sputtered copper films on hydrogen silsesguioxane and SiO2

As IC devices scale down to the submicron level, the resistance-capacitance (RC) time delays are the limitation to circuit speed. A solution is to use low dielectric constant materials and low resistivity materials. In this work, the influence of underlying barrier Ta on the electromigration (EM) of Cu on hydrogen silsesquioxane (HSQ) and SiO₂ substrates was investigated. The presence of a Ta barrier not only improves the adhesion between Cu and dielectrics, but also enhances the crystallinity of Cu film and improves the Cu electromigration resistance. The activation energy obtained suggests a grain boundary migration mechanism and the current exponent calculated indicates the Joule heating effect.

Reliability and Validity of the Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale in a French-Canadian Sample.

The aim of this study was to examine the reliability and validity of a French version of the Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale (RCMAS). A sample of 2,666 school-age French-Canadian children completed the questionnaire. With regard to factor structure, the 5-factor model found in U.S. normative samples was confirmed. The internal consistency of the 5 scales and of the 2 global scales was good to excellent. Test-retest reliabilities after a 6-month period were also similar to those of the original version. Finally, the concurrent validity, assessed by a correlation with the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children, was also found to be good. Results of the present study show that the French version of the RCMAS is a good instrument to assess anxiety in children. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)

Layout-Specific Circuit Evaluation in 3-D Integrated Circuits

In this paper, we describe a comprehensive layout methodology for bonded three-dimensional integrated circuits (3D ICs). In bonded 3D integration technology, parts of a circuit are fabricated on different wafers, and then, the wafers are bonded with a glue layer of Cu or polymer based adhesive. Using our layout methodology, designers can layout such 3D circuits with necessary information on inter-wafer via/contact and orientation of each wafer embedded in the layout. We have implemented the layout methodology in 3DMagic. Availability of 3DMagic has led to interesting research with a wide range of layout-specific circuit evaluation, from performance comparison of 2D and 3D circuits to layout-specific reliability analyses in 3D circuits. Using 3DMagic, researchers have designed and simulated an 8-bit encryption processor mapped into 2D and 3D FPGA layouts. Moreover, the layout methodology is an essential element of our ongoing research for the framework of a novel Reliability Computer Aided Design tool, ERNI-3D.     

潜油电泵易损零部件失效分析方法

通过对大庆油田近5 a潜油电泵易损零部件的数据统计,应用可靠性分析理论和方法研究了易损零部件的失效规律,得出4大部件的故障率占整个机组系统的91.7%,其可靠度由小到大的次序为电机、保护器、电泵和分离器。在这4大部件中,可靠度较低的零件主要有泵轴、叶导轮、扶正轴承、胶囊和保护器轴,其中泵轴、叶导轮、扶正轴承的主要失效模式是磨损,连接螺栓的主要失效模式是断裂失效。     

Information-Based Evaluation Criterion for Classifier's Performance

In the past few years many systems for learning decision rules from examples were developed. As different systems allow different types of answers when classifying new instances, it is difficult to appropriately evaluate the systems' classification power in comparison with other classification systems or in comparison with human experts. Classification accuracy is usually used as a measure of classification performance. This measure is, however, known to have several defects. A fair evaluation criterion should exclude the influence of the class probabilities which may enable a completely uninformed classifier to trivially achieve high classification accuracy. In this paper a method for evaluating the information score of a classifier's answers is proposed. It excludes the influence of prior probabilities, deals with various types of imperfect or probabilistic answers and can be used also for comparing the performance in different domains.
