多级泵站老化的模糊评价模式

多级泵站是一个包括各级泵站及泵站内各种设施的复杂系统，系统内各个泵站的老化直接影响整个泵站系统的正常运行，采用单元化方法将多级泵站系统单元伦，引和泵站老化评价指标，建立了多级泵站老化的模糊评价模式，并对甘肃省景泰高扬程提水灌区多级泵站系统进行分析，提出了评价多级泵站老化程度的排序方法。     

Reliability‐based estimation of the survival of Listeria monocytogenes in chorizos

Reliability analysis is especially important when critical decisions are to be made involving potentially severe adverse consequences such as foodborne illness. Owing to uncertainty associated with the parameters controlling survival of Listeria monocytogenes in chorizo (a Mexican‐style sausage), the time needed to reduce the count by a certain number (n) of logs (t_nD) is probabilistic. In this paper the first‐order second‐moment (FOSM) method based on Taylor series expansion is used to derive the expected value and standard deviation of t_nD as function of the operating conditions (random variables) affecting survival, namely initial water activity (a_w0) of the sausage batter, storage temperature (T) and airflow velocity (F), along with their uncertainties characterised by their means and coefficients of variation. For any given n the derived t_nD probability distribution enables one to determine an estimate of t_nD for any desired level of reliability or confidence level, such as 50% (median value), 95%, 99%, etc. Among the conclusions drawn were: (i) the variability associated with T and F has a minor effect on estimating uncertainty in t_nD, whereas the reliability of t_nD estimation is greatly influenced by the uncertainty in a_w0; and (ii) the uncertainty in a_w0 has the greatest impact when a_w0 of the sausage formulation exceeds 0.90. The approach used and discussed in this paper can be applied to any survival/inactivation study to incorporate the effect of uncertainty in the various extrinsic and intrinsic parameters on the survival kinetics of the pathogen in a food system under evaluation. 原油沥青质沉积引起储集层损害的室内评价

防止沥青质沉积造成的储集层损害是渤海稠油油藏开发生产中遇到的技术难题之一。结合渤海SZ36-1油田实际情况，使用岩心流动实验装置，建立沥青质沉积导致储集层岩心渗透率下降的室内评价方法，并应用SARA法对稠油发生沥青质沉积的可能性进行预测。评价实验结果表明，损害程度与沥青质沉积量和储集层岩心的原始渗透率有关。沉积量越大，原始渗透率越低，则损害越严重。表5参12     

我国抽水蓄能电站发展问题探讨

抽水蓄能电站在电力系统中担负着调峰填谷、调频、调相、事故备用等重要任务，是电网经济而有效的调控手段。但以电量为唯一评价指标，其动态效益不能转化为财务效益，严重影响抽水蓄能电站的财务生存能力。建议借鉴国外经验，结合中国国情，加强对这一课题的研究，以充分发挥抽水蓄能电站的作用和效益。     

Immobilized α-amylase from Bacillus licheniformis: a potential enzymic time—temperature integrator for thermal processing

Biphasic and nth-order models were tested as to their usefulness to fit experimental inactivation data of Bacillus licheniformis α-amylase, immobilized on glass beads, and were discussed with respect to their suitability to characterize the considered enzymic system as a time—temperature integrator (TTI) to evaluate heat processes. Both isothermal and non-isothermal inactivation experiments were carried out. Model (kinetic) parameters (rate constant k, activation energy E_A and reaction order n) were estimated using a non-linear regression procedure. The results obtained, especially the activation energy of about 293 kJ mole^–1, indicated a potential use of this system as a TTI for heating processes in the temperature range of 96–108°C.

Modified CIELAB formula tested using a textile pass/fail data set

The proposed new color-difference formula of CIE TC 129, which is a modified version of CIELAB, was tested with a recently published data set of textile pass/fail judgments. Goodness of fit is improved, if the parameter of lightness is set near 2, and if, additionally, a weight function for lightness is defined that reduces the weight of a lightness difference with lightness level in relation to chroma or hue scaling. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
