点动式自动取样机的研制及其在生产中的应用

以电磁铁为原动力,根据杠杆原理来驱动取样器机构运作,研制了点动式自动取样机。点动式取样机不仅适应了选矿厂的取样环境,而且取样技术满足选矿技术要求,解决了当前选矿厂取样工作不规范和工人劳动强度大的问题,对强化企业管理和增加效益具有十分重要的现实意义。     

Markov Random Fields in Pattern Recognition for Semiconductor Manufacturing

Under the most general conditions of an anisotropic Markov random field, we model the two-dimensional spatial distribution of microchips on a silicon wafer. The proposed model improves on its predecessors as it stipulates the spatial correlation of different strengths in all eight directions. Its canonical parameters represent the intensity of failures, main effects, and interactions of neighboring chips. Explicit forms of conditional distributions are derived, and maximum pseudo-likelihood estimates of canonical parameters are obtained. This numerical characteristic summarizes general patterns of clusters of failing chips on a wafer, capturing their size, shape, direction, density, and thickness. It is used to classify incoming wafers to known root-cause categories by matching them to the closest pattern.     

计算机技术在桥式自动采样系统中的研究与应用

本论文主要介绍了利用计算机和PLC控制系统,实现对矿粉等各种粉末原材料样品的自动采集实现的方法,并着重介绍了自动采样系统地组成以及控制功能,该系统组成主要有Siemens 300系列PLC控制系统,MicroMaster440系列变频器,绝对式编码器,三相异步电机及其他各种辅助设备。该系统的实现解决了原料厂人工采集样品的现状,在更好的完成生产的需要的同时,实现故障率低、准确、效率高、节省劳动力等诸多优点,使职工的工作环境大大提高,其重要性随着生产应用将更加突出。     

高灵敏度CCD光电信号检测系统的设计

高灵敏度线阵CCD常用于光谱仪的精密科学仪器中,设计优良的光电信号检测系统有利于充分发挥高灵敏度CCD的作用.为了充分发挥高灵敏度CCD的作用,提高脉动光谱信号的质量和仪器的性能,本文在埋沟道型IL-C6-2048C线阵CCD基础上,根据CCD的输出信号是负极性的离散模拟信号并且混杂有幅度较大的复位脉冲干扰的特点,设计电路对CCD输出信号进行适当的预处理.对于预处理后的信号含有1/f噪声和低频噪声的问题,本文采用了相关双采样技术提高了动态光谱检测系统的信噪比.为了提取信号的特征及对信号进行后期处理,本文设计了高速的ADC对CCD信号采集.整套系统可以大幅度提高CCD信号的质量与精度.     

降低锅炉飞灰可燃物含量实例分析

通过对锅炉进行空气动力场试验以及进行包括取样器分析、煤粉细度、挥发分含量、一次风率等方面的现状调查分析,认为造成某热电厂#4炉飞灰可燃物含量高的主要原因一方面在于火焰中心偏且不集中,另一方面在于取样装置漏风。经过对喷燃器补焊及取样装置改造实施后,燃烧动力场得到了明显改善,飞灰值含量低于设计值。     

An iterative Gibbsian technique for reconstruction of m-ary images

The reconstruction of m-ary images corrupted by independent noise is treated. The original image is modeled by a Markov Random Field (MRF) whose parameters are unknown. Likewise, the probabilistic structure of the noise is unknown. This paper presents an iterative procedure which performs the parameter estimation and image reconstruction tasks at the same time. The procedure that we call Gibbsian EM algorithm, is a generalization to the MRF context of a general algorithm, known as the EM algorithm, used to approximate maximum-likelihood estimates for incomplete data problems. A number of experiments are presented in the case of Gaussian noise and binary noise, showing that the Gibbsian EM algorithm is useful and effective for image reconstruction and segmentation.     

建立分离器流出气体均流流场的模拟试验

采用维托辛斯基曲线收敛器，在油气分流器的气出口处建立的流流场，进行了建立了流器气出口外建立的均流流场，进行了建立流场的模拟试验。模拟试验装置主要是由分流罐，扩散器、稳定筒，整流器、测量试段等组成。试验结果表明，收敛器出口处圆管截面上的气速不均匀度最大不超过２％，基本达到建立均充场的目的。     

The Development of an Automatic Soil Sampler

A recently introduced EC Directive requires that soils receiving sewage sludge should be sampled to a greater depth (250 mm) than previously.
The Water Research Centre foresaw the difficulties that could arise for responsible Authorities if they were to cope with the extra workload and maintain the quality of sampling, and therefore it funded the development of an automatic sampler.
This report traces the development of the sampler which was mounted on an all-terrain vehicle, and illustrates its suitability for the task by reporting one year's operating experiences. Work rates have been up to eight times those with hand sampling.
A production machine from the first batch is also described.     

A NOVEL DETECTOR FOR UPLINK CDMA SYSTEM WITH UNKNOWN INTERFERENCE

In this letter, the detection of asynchronous DS-CDMA signal with multipath fading and interference from neighboring cells is studied. A novel multiuser detector based on Gibbs sampler is proposed, in which Gibbs sampler is employed to perform the Bayesian multiuser detection according to the linear group-blind decorrelator output. Since Gibbs sampler is dependent of parameter estimation that can be improved by the output of the detector, an enhanced Gibbs sampier based detector using the improved parameter estimation is put forward. The novel multiuser detection technique has the advantages of high performance and wide applications. Computer simulations show its effectiveness.     

易挥发油品采样器的研制及其性能

介绍了一种新的、适合于含气油样采样分析的采样器。研究结果表明:在取样精度、分析数据重现性、存放稳定性等主要方面均明显优于传统的玻璃小瓶取样器,并具有耐压、易携带、易操作、可反复使用等优点。
