Enhancement of islanding-detection of distributed generation systems via wavelet transform-based approaches

In this paper, a wavelet transform-based approach is proposed to detect the occurrence of islanding events in distributed generation systems. Thanks to time–frequency localization capabilities exhibited by wavelet transform, the approach embedded with this transform technique has grasped the appearance of the islanding event in a highly effective manner. Moreover, for those regions which are in need of a better visualization, the proposed approach would serve as an efficient aid such that the mains power disconnection can be better distinguished. To validate the feasibility of this approach, the method has been validated through several scenarios. Test results supported the effectiveness of the method for the application considered.     

噪声测量作为筛选光电耦合器件的一种方法

本文针对目前用于光电耦合器件筛选方法的不足，提出了用测量耦合器件噪声功率谱的方法来筛选掉噪声值大的器件，给出一批光电耦合器件的测量统计结果及在不同工作点时的噪声功率谱，并给出相应的筛选标准，实验结果表明，这种方法是有效、可行的。     

一种低耐压器件实现的压电陶瓷驱动电源

介绍采用普通低耐压器件三端可调集成稳压块实现的３００Ｖ输出的压电陶瓷驱动电源的设计思想，电路原理，设计计算及安装调试等内容，该设计的特点是电路简单，可靠性好，经济实用。     

Mesh data structure selection for mesh generation and FEA applications

The data structure representing a mesh and the operators to create and query such a database play a crucial role in the performance of mesh generation and FE analysis applications. The design of such a database must balance the conflicting requirements of compactness and computational efficiency. In this article, 10 different mesh representations are reviewed for linear tetrahedral and hexahedral meshes. A methodology for calculating the storage and computational costs of mesh representations is presented and the 10 data structures are analysed. Also, a system for ranking different data structures based on their computational and storage costs is devised and the various mesh representations are ranked according to this measure. 江口水电站是芙蓉江干流开发中的骨干工程。为认真履行江口工程的设计合同，确保优质、高效地完成江口工程的各项设计工作，长江委设计院实行全面质量管理，建立了一套规范化的统计管理程序，制订详细的设计计划，落实江口工程项目各级责任人的质量责任制，采取特殊技术措施，对工程设计过程中的各项质量活动进行全过程的管理，使江口工程在满足质量标准、合同进度的情况下，工程投资最省。     

Disparity field and depth map coding for multiview 3D image generation

In the present paper techniques are examined for the coding of the depth map and disparity fields for stereo or multiview image communication applications. It is assumed that both the left and right channels of the multiview image sequence are coded using block- or object-based methods. A dynamic programming algorithm is used to estimate a disparity field between each stereo image pair. Depth is then estimated and occlusions are optionally detected, based on the estimated disparity fields. Spatial interpolation techniques are examined based on the disparity/depth information and the detection of occluded regions using either stereoscopic or trinocular camera configurations. It is seen that the presence of a third camera at the transmitter site improves the estimation of disparities, the detection of occlusions and the accuracy of the resulting spatial interpolation at the receiver. Various disparity field and depth map coding techniques are then proposed and evaluated, with emphasis given to the quality of the resulting intermediate images at the receiver site. Block-based and wireframe modeling techniques are examined for the coding of isolated depth or disparity map information. Further, 2D and 3D motion compensation techniques are evaluated for the coding of sequences of depth or disparity maps. The motion fields needed may be available as a byproduct of block-based or object-based coding of the intensity images. Experimental results are given for the evaluation of the performance of the proposed coding and spatial interpolation methods.

本文提出励磁电流可自动控制的他励式双高调速系统设计方案。系统在提升特别是在下放重物时，具有较硬的机械性；在负载１０－１００％的变化范围内，可实现最大偏差Δｎｍａｘ／ｎｍｉｎ１００％≤１０％，调速范围Ｄ≥１０；在满载运行条件下，可节约电能８０％以上。
