二甲苯是一种重要的人为源 VOC, 也是城市地区 SOA 的重要前体物。二甲苯光氧化形成的 SOA 受多种环 境因素影响, 而 NH3 对该反应形成的 SOA 生成产率及反应机制的影响尚不清楚。基于室内烟雾箱模拟系统, 探讨了 NH3 对二甲苯光氧化形成 SOA 质量浓度、物理特性及化学组成的影响。研究表明, 在低浓度条件下, NH3 对二甲苯 光氧化生成 SOA 具有明显的促进作用, 结合气溶胶质谱结果发现 NH3 促进醛酮类物质进入颗粒相以及含氮有机物的 生成是导致 SOA 质量浓度增加的主要原因。此外, NH3 能够提高邻二甲苯生成 SOA 的吸光度, 但是对对二甲苯无明 显影响。分析表明, 相较于对二甲苯, 邻二甲苯光氧化会生成大量醛类物质, NH3 与醛类发生美拉德反应是导致 SOA 吸光性增加的主要原因。  相似文献

The primary goal of cloth simulation is to express object behavior in a realistic manner and achieve real-time performance by following the fundamental concept of physic. In general, the mass–spring system is applied to real-time cloth simulation with three types of springs. However, hard spring cloth simulation using the mass–spring system requires a small integration time-step in order to use a large stiffness coefficient. Furthermore, to obtain stable behavior, constraint enforcement is used instead of maintenance of the force of each spring. Constraint force computation involves a large sparse linear solving operation. Due to the large computation, we implement a cloth simulation using adaptive constraint activation and deactivation techniques that involve the mass–spring system and constraint enforcement method to prevent excessive elongation of cloth. At the same time, when the length of the spring is stretched or compressed over a defined threshold, adaptive constraint activation and deactivation method deactivates the spring and generate the implicit constraint. Traditional method that uses a serial process of the Central Processing Unit (CPU) to solve the system in every frame cannot handle the complex structure of clothmodel in real-time. Our simulation utilizes the Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) parallel processing with compute shader in OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL) to solve the system effectively. In this paper, we design and implement parallel method for cloth simulation, and experiment on the performance and behavior comparison of the mass–spring system, constraint enforcement, and adaptive constraint activation and deactivation techniques the using GPU-based parallel method.  相似文献

为对电动汽车动力电机馈能效率进行研究,方便馈能效率的测量,提出一种基于滑模控制算法的PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor)馈能研究方法,即通过控制电动机的输入电压与电流来驱动相同性能的电动机发电。首先以馈能理论为基础,建立包含滑模变结构控制、空间矢量、PMSM等模块的PMSM馈能系统仿真模型,并进行离线仿真分析。结果表明:采用所提出的馈能方法可达到70%左右的馈能效率,具有一定的可行性。同时,建立PMSM馈能系统dSPACE硬件在环试验平台,对其进行硬件在环试验验证。试验结果表明:电动机馈能效率在60%~80%的范围内,与离线仿真所得结果较为接近。这不仅验证了所建立的馈能仿真模型的正确性,且进一步证明了纯电动汽车动力电机自身馈能在节能方面的可行性。所提出的馈能方法能够为目前现有馈能方式提供更多选择,硬件在环试验研究也能够为后续的PMSM台架和实车试验研究提供一些技术支持。  相似文献

为探究电连接器接触件插拔过程中各监测量变化情况,并分析接触件不同结构参数对电连接器插拔特性的影响,利用ANSYS对接触件插拔过程进行仿真,得到了插拔过程中插孔簧片变形、应力分布以及插拔力和接触压力的变化情况,分析了接触件不同结构尺寸时接触压力等参量的变化规律。分析得知缩口量变化对各监测量影响最大,其次是插孔簧片长度和厚度,开槽宽度对接触件的影响很小。结果表明,有限元法能较好地模拟接触件插拔过程中各监测量的变化情况。该方法能为电连接器接触件的设计和可靠性测试提供依据。  相似文献

Due to air turbulence, large areas of coal will fall when the special coal-transportation trains pass the tunnel exits and entrances. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost of manual cleaning for long distance coal cleaning in the tunnel, a new railway tunnel fallen coal dust collection device which was composed of a main conveying coal feeding pipe and multiple branch pipes of coal suction was designed. It was used to clean the small particles and lightweight railway tunnel fallen coal. Firstly, the gas-solid two-phase flow model based on the Euler-Lagrange approach for the design of the main conveying coal feeding pipe was established in the coal conveying pipelines. Secondly, the effect of the coal particles' incident angle and multiple branch pipe spacing on the main coal conveying pipe flow field, which was based on Fluent finite element simulation software, was studied. What was more, the optimal angle of incidence and the optimal value of the number of branch coal suction pipe, which was installed on the main conveying pipe, were analyzed. Finally, the finite element simulation was verified by field test. Simulation and experimental results showed that it was more conducive to the railway tunnel fallen coal transportation when coal particles' incident angle was less than 45° and the branch pipe spacing was in the vicinity of 750 mm. For that when incident angle was less than 45°, the main conveying coal pipe pressure-drop became weaker and particle flow could obtain large horizontal transport velocity. And when the branch pipe spacing was in the vicinity of 750 mm, the horizontal transport velocity had a smaller fluctuation range and the transportation of coal was larger than that of the other groups. The research results are of great significance to improve the structure of the main conveying coal pipe, increase the efficiency of tunnel coal conveying and optimize the railway tunnel coal dust collection device.  相似文献

针对全断面硬岩隧道掘进机(hard rock tunnel boring machine,简称TBM)在撑靴以设定压力撑紧围岩后支撑推进系统存在较大流量损失的问题,设计出一种具有负载敏感、恒压控制和蓄能器辅助支撑功能的支撑推进(简称LSCPGT)系统。利用AMESim软件搭建了LSCPGT系统模型,仿真分析了LSDRGT系统在变推进负载下的压力流量响应,并对比分析了在支撑工况下LSCPGT系统和恒压控制泵型支撑(constant pressure gripper,CPG)系统,以及在推进工况下LSCPGT系统与负载敏感泵型推进(load-sensing thrust,LST)系统和定量泵型推进(ration thrust,RT)系统的压力流量响应.结果表明:LST系统和LSCPGT系统在推进过程中都没有流量损失;CPG系统在支撑工况下存在流量损失,而LSCPGT系统由于蓄能器的保压作用没有流量损失;相对于LST系统+CPG系统的支撑推进系统,LSCPGT系统在撑靴达到设定压力后效率至少可提高43.5%。所设计的LSCPGT系统在满足支撑推进要求的同时,避免了流量损失,具有较好的节能效果。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to analyse the void reduction behaviour of porous asphalt mixture under load. A three-dimensional discrete element model of porous asphalt mixture based on aggregate gradation and void gradation was built in PFC3D software. The parameter of the model was obtained from creep test. The rutting test was simulated using this discrete element model. And a new method was developed to obtain and analyse the void structure in discrete element model. The simulation results were compared with one of the laboratory test. The comparative analysis indicates that, the discrete element method can be used to simulate the creep response and void reduction behaviour of porous asphalt mixture. Further research shows that porosity, effective porosity, number of connected components and section pores have a good correlation with strain of porous asphalt mixture. With the increase in strain, the proportion of section pores with diameter less than 2 mm increases. In the initial stage of loading, the void reduction is the main reason for rut increment of porous asphalt mixture. In the later stage, the void structure is almost incompressible; the lateral deformation of mixture becomes the domination factor.  相似文献

The warehouse order-picking operation is one of the most labour-intense activities that has an important impact on responsiveness and efficiency of the supply chain. An understanding of the impact of the simultaneous effects of customer demand patterns and order clustering, considering physical restrictions in product storage, is critical for improving operational performance. Storage restrictions may include storing non-uniform density stock keeping units (SKUs) whose dimensions and weight constrain the order-picking operation given that a priority must be followed. In this paper, a heuristic optimisation based on a quadratic integer programming is employed to generate a layout solution that considers customer demand patterns and order clustering. A simulation model is used to investigate the effects of creating and implementing these layout solutions in conjunction with density zones to account for restrictions in non-uniform density SKUs. Results from combining layout optimisation heuristics and density zoning indicate statistical significant differences between assignments that ignore the aforementioned factors and those that recognise it.  相似文献

One of the key functions of Workload Control is order release. Jobs are not released immediately onto the shop floor – they are withheld and selectively released to create a mix of jobs that keeps work-in-process within limits and meet due dates. A recent implementation of Workload Control’s release method highlighted an important issue thus far overlooked by research: How to accommodate re-entrant flows, whereby a station is visited multiple times by the same job? We present the first study to compare the performance of Workload Control both with and without re-entrant flows. Simulation results from a job shop model highlight two important aspects: (i) re-entrant flows increase variability in the work arriving at a station, leading to a direct detrimental effect on performance; (ii) re-entrant flows affect the release decision-making process since the load contribution of all visits by a job to a station has to fit within the norm. Both aspects have implications for practice and our interpretation of previous research since: (i) parameters given for work arriving may significantly differ from those realised; (ii) increased workload contributions at release mean that prior simulations may have been unstable, leading to some jobs never being released.  相似文献

The ability to predict performance of manufacturing equipment during early stages of process planning is vital for improving efficiency of manufacturing processes. In the metal cutting industry, measurement of machining performance is usually carried out by collecting machine-monitoring data that record the machine tool’s actions (e.g. coordinates of axis location and power consumption). Understanding the impacts of process planning decisions is central to the enhancement of the machining performance. However, current methodologies lack the necessary models and tools to predict impacts of process planning decisions on the machining performance. This paper presents the development of a virtual machining model (called STEP2M model) that generates machine-monitoring data from process planning data. The STEP2M model builds upon a physical model-based analysis for the sources of energy on a machine tool, and adopts STEP-NC and MTConnect standardised interfaces to represent process planning and machine-monitoring data. We have developed a prototype system for 2-axis turning operation and validated the system by conducting an experiment using a Computer Numerical Control lathe. The virtual machining model presented in this paper enables process planners to analyse machining performance through virtual measurement and to perform interoperable data communication through standardised interfaces.  相似文献
