Well-dispersed single-walled carbon nanotube/polyaniline composite films

Single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT)/polyaniline (PANI) composite films with good uniformity and dispersion were prepared by electrochemical polymerization of aniline containing well-dissolved SWNTs. The results of atomic force microscopy (AFM) and UV-Vis adsorption spectroscopy show that aniline can be used to solubilize SWNTs via formation of donor-acceptor complexes. The electrochemical deposition of SWNT-aniline solutions have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The results show that SWNT-based aniline solutions exhibit a drastic increase in peak current within the potential scanning region. The doping effect of SWNTs on PANI films was investigated by electrochemistry and FTIR spectroscopy. The results indicate that the enhanced electroactivity and conductivity of the SWNT/PANI composite films may be due to the strong interaction between SWNTs and PANI, which facilitates the effective degree of electron delocalization.

SERCOS Ⅱ在注塑机全电动设计中的应用

针对传统注塑机在加工精度、加工效率上的不足，提出一种全电子注塑机的控制方案，介绍了基于SERCOSⅡ实时系统的运动控制方法，分析了实现注塑过程的高速高精度的硬件体系。在试验样机3个月的连续工作中，当周期循环时间为4ms，注射量最大达到80cm^3时，产品的成型周期能够控制在15s以内，注出产品的质量、精度均满足要求，表明该设计切实可行。     

Kynar—500涂装工艺与涂层性能研究

介绍了Kynar－500涂料的涂装工艺，并对涂层的性能作了试验与分析。     

淡盐水脱氯系统的改造

分析了青岛海晶化工集团有限公司由于淡盐水脱氯系统中的部分氯气溶解造成后续工序中Na2 SO3用量加大等问题。改造后Na2 SO3 的用量由原来的 12kt/ (t·NaOH)降低到 6kg/ (t·NaOH) ,降低了生产成本 ,提高了经济效益     

乙烯装置急冷系统的综合治理

针对北京东方化工厂乙烯装置汽油分馏塔、稀释蒸汽发生系统以及急冷水、酸性水pH值等在运行中出现的问题，说明了问题的原因所在。通过优化操作、改造等方式对系统进行了整改，阐述了整改后的效果。     

SEQUENTIAL LOOP CLOSING IDENTIFICATION OF MULTIVARIABLE PROCESSES USING THE BIASED RELAY FEEDBACK METHOD

Each controller in multiloop control systems for multivariable processes can be tuned sequentially with the ultimate information for the paired input and output while former loops have been closed, and hence, single-input single-output autotuning methods can be applied. In this sequential autotuning for multiloop control systems, several iterations are usually required for better control performances. Especially when pairings are undesirable, the autotuning sequences should be repeated with correct pairings, which result in long field experiments. Here, to avoid this drawback, a simple method to identify process models while loops are being sequentially tuned is proposed. The identified models can be used to correct pairings of multiloop control systems and to improve tuning performances without several field iterations. In addition, they can be used to obtain model-based control systems such as decoupling control systems.

CO气氛中液相催化COS水解活性的研究

在鼓泡反应器中，采用液相催化剂，对高浓度CO气氛中高浓度COS的水解反应进行考察，研究催化剂浓度、气液体积比、温度的变化对COS水解转化率及催化体系稳定性的影响，得出最佳工艺条件，并对反应机理进行初步探讨。结果表明,COS水解转化率随气液体积比增大而降低，随催化剂浓度增大而升高；在常温、常压和气液体积比为150 h^－1的条件下，质量分数为10%的催化剂水溶液中COS的水解转化率可达100%，连续使用20 h转化率不变。
