TMS320F240串口通信特征及其应用

主要论述了TMS320F240串行外设接口模块的特点，并通过与MCS5l单片机通信，实现液晶显示。     

Aggregate States and Energetic Disorder in Highly Ordered Nanostructures of para‐Sexiphenyl Grown by Hot Wall Epitaxy

We report on photoluminescence (PL) and thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) in highly ordered nanostructures of para‐sexiphenyl (PSP) grown by hot wall epitaxy (HWE). A low‐energy broad band is observed in the PL spectra that can be attributed to the emission from molecular aggregates. While the intrinsic exciton emission in steady‐state PL dominates at low temperatures, the emission from aggregates increases with elevating temperature and its magnitude depends sensitively on film preparation conditions. Time‐resolved PL measurements showed that the aggregate emission decays with a life‐time of ≈ 4 ns, which is approximately an order of magnitude larger than the lifetime of singlet excitons. TSL data suggests the presence of an energetically disordered distribution of localized states for charge carriers in PSP films, which results from an intrinsic disorder in this material. A low‐temperature TSL peak with the maximum at around 30 K evidences for a weak energy disorder in PSP films, and has been interpreted in terms of a hopping model of TSL in disordered organic materials.     

TRVs and fault clearing stresses in extra-high-voltage radial networks

To cope with the high rate of increase of power demand in the main industrialized districts in Japan, 550-kV transmission systems covering the districts have been reinforced, with most of the main power plants connected directly to these systems. Through 550-/300-kV substations, the majority of power to the districts is supplied by 300-kV systems. To limit the excess short-circuit capacity in the 300-kV systems, they tend to be reconstructed as so-called radial networks. In radial networks with high short-circuit capacity and relatively small number of transmission lines connected to the substation busbars, the rate of rise of TRV can be far higher than standard value. This paper analyzes the transient recovery voltages (TRV) in such extra-high-voltage radial networks in Japan, together with the relevant stresses to circuit-breakers during fault clearings. Future system conditions have also been introduced. As the typical rate of rise of the TRV values, more than twice that of today's standard ones are probable.     

丙烯酸酯与甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚及性能研究

采用悬浮聚合法，以丙烯酸－２－乙基－己酯与甲基丙烯酸十二酯为单体，合成了共聚型高吸油性树脂。研究了共聚单体的配比、交联剂用量、引发剂用量诸因素对高吸油性树脂的性能影响。制得的树脂可以吸其自身质量的１１．８倍的煤油、１４．７倍的苯、６．５倍的泵油。     

高放废液中^147Pm的测定

建立了高放废液中~(147)Pm的测定方法。用HDEHP萃取稀土,再用HDEHP萃淋树脂柱分离AM和稀土。然后用高效液相色谱法将~(147)Pm从Eu、Ce等其它稀土中分离出来,用液体闪烁法测量~(147)Pm的放射性活度。     

Flow of solutions of hydroxypropyl guar-poly(ethylene oxide) mixtures through a porous medium

Summary In flow through porous media, solutions of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) exhibit extension thickening, whereas hydroxypropyl guar (HPG) solutions are shear-thinning at high concentrations. The results show that the extension-thickening exhibited by PEO solutions becomes less critical with increasing flow rate as the concentration of HPG in the solution is increased. At high concentrations of HPG, the presence of PEO inhibits the shear-thinning behaviour, without increasing the apparent viscosity of the solution. The presence of HPG reduces the rate and extent of degradation of PEO in the flowing solution.     

锇(Ⅷ)-N-(8-喹啉基)-N’-苯甲酰基硫脲(QBTU)络合物吸附波的1.5次微分极谱研究

于0.025mol/LNaOH溶液中,Os(Ⅷ)-QBTU体系产生—明晰的极谱波,其1.5次微分峰电流与浓度在1.0×10~(-7)～4.0×10~(-5)mol/L范围内呈线性关系。研究了极谱电流的性质、反应机理及电极过程等后确认:络合物的组成为[OsO_4(OH)_2·QBTU]·Na_2并吸附于滴汞电极表面,配体QBTU在不离解出的情况下发生电还原,获得络合物吸附波,电极过程不可逆,[OsO_4(OH)_2·QBTU]~(2-)离子的条件稳定常数8.5×10~5。     

DCPTA合成新方法的研究

ＤＣＰＴＡ是近年来新发现的一种植物生长调节剂。对农作物具有明显的增产增质效果。文中就其新的合成方法进行了研究。     

ST-102C式NaI(Tl)晶体中KX射线逃逸率的计算

本文对ST-102C式NaI(Tl)晶体中碘原子K层X射线的五种主要成分K_(α1)、K_(α2)、K_(β1)、K_(β2)和 K_(β3)的逃逸率分别进行了计算,然后根据五种 X 射线的相对强度进一步计算了加权平均逃逸率。计算中所选用的初始入射 X 射线能量在33.5—1000keV 之间。     

Short fibre elastomer composites: effect of fibre length,orientation, loading and bonding agent

A series of short fibre reinforced styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) composites were prepared by incorporating sisal fibres of different lengths and different concentrations. The vulcanization behaviour and the properties of the vulcanizates were measured by the relevant ASTM procedures. The processing characteristics such as green strength and mill shrinkage were improved by the addition of fibres. The properties like tensile strength, tear strength, moduli at 10% and 20% elongations were found to be maximum for composites containing longitudinally oriented fibres of length 6 mm. Mixes containing 35 phr loading of fibres and bonding agent showed better mechanical performance than others. The failure behaviour of tensile and tear specimens have been analysed by scanning electron microscopy techniques. Paper presented at the poster session of MRSI AGM VI, Kharagpur, 1995
