PECVD方法用于梯度薄膜材料的研究

本文研究了ＰＥＣＶＤ方法制备Ｓｉ－Ｏ－Ｍ系梯度薄膜材料，并运用计算机控制技术成功地制备了涂层折射率随膜深成正弦波形式连续变化的Ｒｕｇａｔｅ单通带滤波器样品。结果表明，采用ＰＥＣＶＤ方法可以制备性能上乘、结构复杂的梯度薄膜材料，ＰＥＣＶＤ方法在研究、开发高级光学涂层领域有着宽广的应用前景。     

FAST MEASUREMENT OF ASH CONTENT IN COAL WASHING PLANT

The coal filter cake is a product of fine coal after floatation which has an ash content of 7-13%, water content of 30±2%, and a particle size of less than 1 mm. The ash content was measured by the intensity of the single backscattered gamma-ray, and its accuracy is mainly dependent on the energy of the gamma-ray. The 238Pu low energy photon source is selected in this work. The energy of its gamma-ray is 15 keV, which can result not only in the best sensitivity, but also in the lowest contribution to the environment radiation. The root mean square deviation of the ash measurement is±0.33% (±1σ).     

Bag filters for TPP

Cleaning of TPP flue gases with bag filters capable of pulsed regeneration is examined. A new filtering element with a three-dimensional filtering material formed from a needle-broached cloth in which the filtration area, as compared with a conventional smooth bag, is increased by more than two times, is proposed. The design of a new FRMI type of modular filter is also proposed. A standard series of FRMI filters with a filtration area ranging from 800 to 16,000 m² is designed for an output more than 1 million m₃/h of with respect to cleaned gas. The new bag filter permits dry collection of sulfur oxides from waste gases at TPP operating on high-sulfur coals. The design of the filter makes it possible to replace filter elements without taking the entire unit out of service. __________ Translated from élektricheskie Stantsii, No. 3, March 2007, pp. 43–46.     

高浓度钢渣粉尘环境发动机空气过滤系统的改进与维护

针对液压挖掘机在高浓度钢渣粉尘作业环境下,钢渣粉尘对发动机的损害,分析了发动机空气滤清器的作用,阐述了传统空气过滤系统存在的问题,提出了改进的方案与维护措施.

随着我国经济的迅速发展,能源消耗不断增加,节约能源、降低能源消耗势在必行,余热利用是节约能源的一个重要环节,冶金行业高炉冲渣水作为采暖热媒可以节约大量能源。     

有源滤波器非线性行为分析及其电磁干扰的抑制

对具有结构不稳定性的有源滤波器的非线性问题进行了研究，通过对绝缘栅双极型晶体管（IGBT）器件开关过程产生的瞬态电流脉冲的传播过程进行分析，将IGBT器件的控制电压引起的结构稳定问题的抑制转化为该瞬态电流脉冲传播通路的阻断。利用仿真和实验对正激式与反激式开关变换器进行抗干扰能力的研究，说明反激式开关变换器用于有源电力滤波器(APF)的辅助开关电源，更有利于APF对非线性问题的抑制。     

光纤定时恢复器用声表面波低损耗滤波器

介绍了定时恢复器对声表面波滤波器的基本要求及实现低损耗的方法，并给出了实验结果。     

Nonlinear suboptimal filtration of pseudorandom sequences

The critical importance of studies of alternative methods of representation and processing of signals constructed from pseudorandom sequences of maximal period is demonstrated. For the first time, it is proposed that a multidimensional nonlinear finite-difference representation of an arbitrary pseudorandom sequence be employed. A suboptimal algorithm for nonlinear discrete Kalman filtration of a pseudorandom sequence is obtained. A numerical example of filtration of a sequence formed on the basis of a given recurrence rule is considered and its efficiency is demonstrated.     

Author's reply to “Comments on ‘Performance evaluation of UKF-based nonlinear filtering”’

It is stated in the above-mentioned comment that the main result of the paper Xiong, Zhang, et al. [(2006). Performance evaluation of UKF-based nonlinear filtering. Automatica 42(2), 261-270] can be extended to a class of filters, such as the extended Kalman filter (EKF). As we show here, this belief can be justified in a rigorous way, even for the nonlinear stochastic system with a nonlinear measurement equation.     

Nonlinear parametric identification based on the criterion of minimum probability of estimation error

The importance of studies of alternative (as compared to traditional) methods of nonlinear stochastic parametric identification is demonstrated. Synthesis of a procedure of identification of the parameter, “discrete observer,” with the use of the criterion, “minimum probability of estimation error,” is proposed for the first time. A model example that demonstrates the efficiency of the proposed approach is considered.
