江苏复杂断块高含水单元改善水驱效果的技术对策

在分析高含水开发单元特点的基础上,针对该阶段剩余油的品位、分布和油水关系极为复杂、挖潜难度大的技术难点,提出了适合江苏复杂断块油田高含水开发单元改善水驱开发效果的思路和工作程序、技术对策,并在真武油田高含水开发单元进行了实际应用,取得了良好的效果.     

OPGW应用问题的探讨

根据多年的光纤复合架空地线(0PGW)应用经验与实践，从0PGW结构及组成、光纤余长、线路配合、金具配套、0PGW安装等方面，对0PGW应用中的若干问题进行详细的探讨。     

An integrated biodesulfurization process,including inoculum preparation,desulfurization and sulfate removal in a single step,for removing sulfur from oils

BACKGROUND: A single‐stage reactor, in which the growth of bacterial culture, induction of desulfurizing enzymes, and desulfurization reaction are carried out in a single step, was adopted to investigate desulfurization of dibenzothiophene (DBT) at high cell densities. Rhodococcus erythropolis, IGTS8 was used as the biocatalyst. Optimal conditions for bacterial growth and DBT desulfurization were investigated. RESULTS: Optimization of fermentation conditions was necessary to obtain high cell densities including controlling accumulation of acetate. Under optimal operating conditions, the maximum optical density at 600 nm (OD₆₀₀) was measured to be 26.6 at 118 h of cultivation. When biodesulfurization of DBT in model oil with a high cell density culture of IGTS8 was investigated, accumulation of sulfate was found to limit the extent of desulfurization. A sulfate removal step was added to obtain a single‐stage integrated biodesulfurization process. Sulfate removal was achieved via an aqueous bleed stream and use of a separation unit to recycle the organic phase. CONCLUSION: A proof of principle of a complete system capable of biocatalyst growth, induction, desulfurization and by‐product separation was demonstrated. This system enables simplification of the biodesulfurization process and has potential to lower the operating cost of the bioprocess. Copyright © 2008 Society of Chemical Industry

新器件条件下对行输出级电路计算公式的修正与补充(Ⅵ)

当彩色显示器使用初级线圈电感量L_P较小的新逆程变压器时,流过饱和导通行输出管的集电极电流I_(CP),不但包括偏转线圈L_Y中的正向锯齿波电流I_(YCP),还有不能忽略的FBT初级线圈中的正向锯齿电流I_(FCP),即CGA卡时峰值电流I_(CP)(6.1A)=I_(YCP)(3.9A)+I_(FCP)(2.2A)。因此有必要对行输出级电路的电流计算公式作相应的修正和补充。     

基于运动误差约束的平面定位平台拓扑优化设计

针对传统平面定位平台拓扑优化设计过程中无法预先了解输入输出位移映射矩阵的问题,基于固体各向同性材料惩罚法,采用遗传算法优化得到具有最大运动空间时的平面并联机构雅克比矩阵作为平面定位平台输入输出期望位移映射矩阵,在相同输入条件下,建立以机构实际运动与期望运动间误差最小为目标函数和以机构体积为约束函数的平面定位平台拓扑优化模型并求解。通过3D打印方式得到实验样品,实验与仿真分析表明:采用运动误差约束的平面定位平台拓扑优化设计方法,在一定偏差范围能够得到输入输出位移映射矩阵与给定期望映射矩阵相一致的平面定位平台,表明该方法对平面定位平台设计具备有效性,为其后续研究提供基础。

白油加氢装置技术改造

对抚顺石油化工分公司石化三厂白油加氢装置进行技术改造，通过调整加氢工艺，采用一段加氢工艺生产高品级的加氢尾油，再经分馏系统生产出多种优级品的白油，满足了市场需求，并创造了可观的经济效益和社会效益。     

悬浮床催化精馏合成支链烷基苯的模拟

Suspension catalytic distillation (SCD) has been developed recently as an innovative technology in catalytic distillation. In this paper, a brief introduction to SCD is given and an equilibrium stage (EQ) model is developed to simulate this new process for synthesis of linear alkylbenzene (LAB) from benzene and 1-dodecene.Since non-ideality of this reaction system is not strong, EQ model developed could be applied to it successfully.Simulation results agree well with experimental data, and indicate some characteristics of SCD process as an advanced technology for the production of LAB: 100% conversion of olefins, low temperature (90-100℃) and low benzene/olefin mole ratio.
