山西电网黑启动方案研究

尽管目前日趋合理而又更加复杂的电网采取了各种各样保障电网安全稳定的技术措施，但电网发生超过校核水平的严重故障仍可能演变成全网的灾难性事故。作为电力系统安全运行的重要措施之一，研究系统故障全停后的启动方案(即黑启动)显得十分重要，对大电网事故后的快速恢复意义重大，必将产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

分析了鼓风机的起动过程，给出了起动时间的计算方法，讨论了电压波动和起始静态阻矩对起动过程的影响，以把握煤气鼓风机的开车起动过程。

通过马钢40000m^3/h制氧机调氩过程的探索，对全提取制氧装置氩系统的调试获得了一定经验，并与常规流程调氩进行了比较分析，对重要注意点进行了阐述。

详细介绍了SMS公司设计并成功用于铝带冷轧机的边部吹扫装置的组成及各部分作用,简要介绍了标定和调试步骤。对解决带材边表面带油问题,具有很好的借鉴和推广意义。     

Experimental validation with field circuit by changing start voltage of salient pole synchronous motor

This paper reports on the experimental validation characteristics of a salient pole synchronous motor with the starting field circuit in contact. The starting characteristics were experimentally evaluated at voltages of 100%, 75%, and 50% using a 1.5 kVA salient pole synchronous motor. The signal for pulling into step was applied to the field circuit by using the control module for all test conditions. The results confirmed the proper pulling into step at 100% of voltage, and the results of the tests at 50% and 75% of voltage revealed that the pulling into step under these conditions becomes stable at the suitable slip condition.     

Property specification,process verification,and reporting – A case study with vehicle-commissioning processes

Testing in the automotive industry is supposed to guarantee that vehicles are shipped without any flaw. Respective processes are complex, due to the variety of components and electronic devices in modern vehicles. To achieve error-free processes, their formal analysis is required. Specifying and maintaining properties the processes must satisfy in a user-friendly way is a core requirement on any verification system. We have observed that there are few property templates that testing processes must adhere to, and we describe these templates. They depend on the context of the processes, e.g., the components of the vehicle or testing stations. We have developed a framework that instantiates the templates of properties at verification time and then verifies the process against these instances. To allow an automatic verification we develop a transformation of the commissioning process to a Petri net. Using a novel approach, we are able to report the found violations to the user in a user-friendly way. Our empirical evaluation with the industrial partner has shown that our framework does detect property violations in processes. From expert interviews we conclude that our framework is user-friendly and well suited to operate in a real production environment.     

基于软启动变频技术的煤矿掘进机控制系统设计

电力传动特性复杂,导致电机启动过程经常处于过负荷运转,引起电力波动。探讨了变频调速在煤矿掘进机中节能控制中的应用,设计了基于CPLD的软启动变频器,分析了变频器与控制器的接口技术。实践表明,该方法工作可靠,波形良好。     

水电站电动盘车启动电流的理论计算及问题处理

水轮发电机组轴线的测量与调整是机组总装完成后的一道关键性工序,机组轴线的测量与调整一般通过电动盘车来完成。工程中常采用经验公式来计算电动盘车时加入定转的电流值,多个电站的实践证明,运用经验公式计算出的启动电流与实际加入的电流偏差较多,而采用电磁学推导公式计算的启动电流与实际加入的电流值比较接近。详细阐述了电动盘车启动电流的计算过程和实际应用效果,同时,对电动盘车因不平衡磁拉力及剩磁现象对盘车带来的影响,进行了专项技术分析并采取了相应的解决措施。研制的对应措施在多个水电站得到了运用,经过长时间的运行,发现机组的振动、摆度均在允许的范围内且运行情况良好。研究中推导的电动盘车计算公式及相关问题的处理方式,对水电站轴线的调整有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
