Monolithically integrated CoP nanowire array: An on/off switch for effective on-demand hydrogen generation via hydrolysis of NaBH<Subscript>4</Subscript> and NH<Subscript>3</Subscript>BH<Subscript>3</Subscript>

The issues of hydrogen generation and storage have hindered the widespread use and commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.It is thus highly attractive,but the design and development of highly active non-noble-metal catalysts for on-demand hydrogen release from alkaline NaBH4 solution under mild conditions remains a key challenge.Herein,we describe the use of CoP nanowire array integrated on a Ti mesh (CoP NA/Ti) as a three-dimensional (3D) monolithic catalyst for efficient hydrolytic dehydrogenation of NaBH4 in basic solutions.The CoP NA/Ti works as an on/off switch for on-demand hydrogen generation at a rate of 6,500 mL/(min.g) and a low activation energy of 41 kJ/mol.It is highly robust for repeated usage after recycling,without sacrificing catalytic performance.Remarkably,this catalyst also performs efficiently for the hydrolysis of NH3BH3.     

大规模定制整体衣柜结构设计规范化

目的探讨大规模定制整体衣柜单元组合设计的规范及组合方法。方法通过市场调研、观察研究和理论分析的方法,在对整体衣柜定义、整体衣柜设计要素和整体衣柜设计原则探讨的基础上,通过将整体衣柜分解成若干个单元、能随意组合和内部功能的划分、通用五金连接和组装便可实现多样化的结构形式,对大规模定制整体衣柜结构设计规范化进行研究,主要包括整体衣柜的用材构成、基本结构构成设计、最合理化尺寸设计、大规模定制整体衣柜结构设计规范化的实施过程。结论对大规模定制家具的实践和整体衣柜结构设计开发具有一定的参考价值。     

封装材料对单触发开关的性能影响研究?

针对单触发开关高导通电流和高导通速率的要求,本文在制备肖特基二极管(SBD)单触发开关的基础上,采用环氧类树脂胶、有机硅胶以及端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)橡胶3种不同类型的材料封装单触发开关,分析比较其对开关峰值电流、延迟时间和上升时间的影响。试验结果表明,对于3种封装材料,单触发开关的峰值电流大小的顺序为:AB胶HTPB橡胶704胶;同时,AB胶封装的开关延迟时间最短,分析原因是其能够约束住肖特基二极管电爆炸产生的电弧。封装材料对开关的上升时间没有显著影响。     

基于能量自采集的无线传感器网络网关切换机制研究

针对野外传感网系统中采用太阳能供电的网关因天气变化而产生能量供给失效的问题,研究了基于历史能量采集信息和实时气象信息的多网关切换方法。首先基于气象信息决定需要切换的网关和网关切换的时机;其次提出了一种网关选择算法(Easi GS),根据候选网关剩余工作时间让节点先验式选择网关接入,以避免网关失效带来的数据丢失问题,并通过最优网关接入方法降低系统中采集节点的整体能耗;最后根据实际应用关注的数据发送频率、网关恢复时间、节点与候选网关之间的传输距离等信息,通过概率统计的方法对Easi GS的计算开销进行了进一步优化。仿真实验表明,Easi GS能使系统整体能耗达到最优,并且优化后的Easi GS能够有效降低节点上的计算量。     

Engineering High‐Performance MoO2‐Based Nanomaterials with Supercapacity and Superhydrophobicity by Tuning the Raw Materials Source

Herein, a simple self‐assembly method is proposed for the fabrication of MoO₂‐based superhydrophobic material with record high contact angles (contact angle up to about 173°) for conductive metal oxides on hard/soft substrates. The spin‐coated surface demonstrates excellent oil–water separation efficiency (>98%) after 50 cycles and robust corrosion resistance after immersion into different pH solutions for 20 d. These water‐resistant coatings retain excellent superhydrophobicity after oil immersion, knife‐scratch, and long‐cycle sandpaper abrasion, which is not observed on most artificial surfaces. Meanwhile, the functionality switching from superhydrophobicity to supercapacity, which have an inverse relationship in aqueous solutions because of poor electrode wettability, is achieved simply by editing the raw materials source. Tuning of the raw materials leads to the same product MoO₂/graphitic carbon with different morphologies and functionalities. Different from superhydrophobic MoO₂/carbon ball flowers, MoO₂ nanotubes with carbon exhibit excellent supercapacity with a large gravimetric capacitance and great cycling stability.     

基于数字兆欧表自动切换档位的研究与实现

随着电力、电气设备的日益复杂化,对于其安全性能也有了更高的要求,数字兆欧表作为测量绝缘阻值的重要工具,已在工业领域中广泛应用;为了满足测量精度以及兆欧表的可靠性,通过基于S3C2440的嵌入式平台,提出了一种基于数字兆欧表的自动切换档位的实现方案,以达到更加精确的测量;此方案通过判断采集到的电压值选择相应的采样电阻来实现,并结合硬件平台和软件设计,分别介绍了驱动程序和应用程序的编写与测试,并很好地应用到了实际电路中;经测试,能够达到预期的效果,测量精度高,测量误差控制在±2%。     

基于PXI接口多通道信源卡设计

多通道信号源是多路采集系统自检与测试系统的重要组成部分,为提高信号源的通用性,可靠性,可扩展性及小型化,结合PXI总线技术,设计出多通道信源卡;详细介绍了波形再生硬件模块,外部SRAM存储波形模块及满足设计要求边沿时间短的矩形波的软硬件设计,同时使用VHDL语言编写了数据通信协议模块,实现FPGA与计算机之间的正常通信。     

基于单片机和模数转换器的实用测试系统

介绍了测试系统的基本原理、硬件组成部分,应用DSC转换技术模拟出空中飞行时的各种复杂的飞行信号;提出了一种改进的单片机与DSC转换器的接口设计方法,应用于航空仪表的日常维护、维修及测试中;系统实现了测试航空仪表时所需要的三相同步模拟信号的产生,并将这些信号信息在数码管上直观的显示,提高了测试过程的自动化和智能化水平以及测试的效率和精度,能够有效保证航空仪表设备在空中飞行时的准确性和可靠性,具有较高的实用价值.
