Optimizing tape‐burnishing/wiping process of magnetic recording media through Taguchi method

For the ever‐increasing recording density in hard disk drives, ultra‐low gliding height media are required. It is an immense challenge for the tape‐burnishing/wiping process of media to reduce the asperities effectively and efficiently while no scratches occur. The purpose of this paper is to characterize and then optimize the tape‐burnishing/wiping process as so to minimize the asperities without leaving any scratches on the media surface. A Taguchi experiment design method is adopted to analyze the data and acquire an optimal level combination of process parameters. The resulting optimal combination is practically implemented in tape‐burnishing/wiping the several magnetic recording media, which reveals that the average pass ratio of 5 nm glide avalanche testing increases nearly doubly to a level of 96%. 丁基橡胶压敏胶粘带的制备及其性能研究

以丁基橡胶为主要原料研制出了丁基橡胶压敏胶粘带,讨论了丁基橡胶、增黏剂、增塑剂和填料用量等对胶粘带性能的影响,研究了其对三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材接缝的粘结作用。     

Finite element analysis of the localised thermal quench of an HTS tape

In this work, we perform a finite element method (FEM) analysis of the localised thermal quench of a high temperature superconducting (HTS) tape. One 3D thermo-electric coupling FEM model, which is constructed to address the actual development of the localised thermal quench occurred in the HTS tape, has been proposed. One quench experiment is performed to validate this model. It is shown that the mode can quantitatively reflect the dynamic and static quench characteristics when comparing the results of the experiment with the model. The FEM model generates an estimate of the location of the highest temperature and visualisation of the quench dynamics.     

螺旋焊管机组中开卷机的技术改进

介绍了八钢金圆钢管公司￠1020mm螺旋焊管机组中双锥头开卷机的备卷、上卷、开卷等结构和性能的改进,改善了开卷机不能满足大吨位钢卷使用的状况,减少了停机时间,提高了工作效率。     

VHS录相机走带系统抖晃特性测试分析及软件

应用数字信号分析中关于预处理,谱分析的技术,可以对录象机抖晃信号进行较快的和较全面的测试分析。我们使用多功能的HP—3562A、CF—920分析机,对日产松下录象机及国产仿松下机进行了对比试验,分析了VHS型录象机走带系统与抖晃有关的特性。在此基础上,我们编制了对抖晃信号预处理、谱分析的软件,在AppLe Ⅱ微机上通过,以适应生产现场的需要。本文还阐述了在AppLe Ⅱ微机上对抖晃信号进行预处理、计权、抖晃总量和分量显示、谱分析及故障珍断一次测试完成的可行性。     

一种旋转面天线的测量方法

天线主面精度测量在天线安装过程中占据重要位置,在总结、借鉴经纬仪-带尺法及双经纬仪前方交会法测量原理的基础上,提出了一种较为新型的旋转面天线测量方法———仿双经纬仪法,阐述了该方法的测量原理,同时对该方法的系统误差进行了分析。     

P－Ⅲ型分布参数估计的地区贝叶斯方法

提出了一种分阶段，分层次地估计Ｐ－Ⅲ型分布的均值ＥＸ、变差系数ＣＶ和偏态系数ＣＳ的地区贝叶斯方法（ＲＢＭ）。统计试验结果表明，ＲＢＭ的统计性能要优于传统的优化适线法和概率权重矩法等参数估计方法。     

Study on Properties of LSGM Electrolyte Made by Tape Casting Method and Applications in SOFC

Solid oxide fuel cell is attracting more attention in recent years for its lower pollution emission and high energy convert efficiency. La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ is a new kind of electrolyte for intermediate temperature SOFC. In this paper, La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ (LSGM) was prepared by solid state reaction method and formed by tape casting process to make a planar electrolyte. The appropriate amount of the dispersive was obtained by viscosity test. The densities of sintered samples increase with the increasing sintering temperature. It was found that the relative density of electrolyte can approach the value of 95% by the isostatic pressing treatment of the green tape. The average thermal expansion coefficient of the LSGM is 11.4×10-6/℃ at temperature range (200～1200 ℃). Measurements of the current-voltage and power-current characteristics of the H2-Air cell show that the open-circuit voltage is 1.067 V at 800 ℃, peak current density is 0.56 A·cm-2 and the maximum power output is 0.147 W·cm-2.     

Mechanical and AC loss properties in mono-and multi-filamentary Bi-223 Ag-sheathed tapes

The evaluation of the bending strain tolerance and AC loss properties for monoand multi-filamentary Bi-2223 Ag-sheathed tape were carried out at liquid nitrogen temperature. For tapes with a filament number of over 19, the critical current (I_c) was maintained at the same values up to the bending strain of 0.3%, although the I_c of the mono-filamentary tape at the condition of 0.2% strain degraded to 90% of the value for the no-strain condition. The AC loss of the monofilamentary tape was the hysteresis type. On the contrary, the AC loss of the multi-filamentary tape was substantially dominated by the eddy current loss in the Ag matrix.
