First-principle investigation on mechanism of Ca ion activating flotation of spodumene

Different hypotheses of the activation mechanisms of metallic ions for silicate minerals flotation were stated in this work. Spodumene and Ca ion were taken to illustrate this issue. Flotation test results and diagram of Ca ion species distribution vs pH show that the dominant hydrolyzed species are Ca（OH）？and Ca（OH）2, which is in correspondence with the maximum flotation recovery of spodumene. Density functional theory（DFT） calculation results reveal further that the precipitation of calcium hydroxide on spodumene surface is the effective process to activate the flotation of spodumene.     

构件动态热作用计算分析

叙述了构件动态传热的原理;介绍了ISO 13786国际标准对构件动态热作用的计算方法,对动态传热系数等参数的定义和计算公式给予了详细的描述;并通过6种典型墙体热工参数的计算,与我国目前构件动态热作用计算方法的分析对比,可以看出当选定构件动态传热系数小于0.5 W/(m2·K)作为隔热设计标准时,可以满足GB 50176给出的房间自然通风条件下构件的隔热要求;提出应参考ISO 13786的方法,改进我国构件动态热特性计算体系及评价方式。     

钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术在太原地区粉土中的应用

以鼎太风华项目为依托,对场地的工程地质概况作了分析,选择了钻孔灌注桩后注浆桩基方案,并对桩基进行了计算设计,阐述了桩基的施工要点、检验要点及后压浆提高单桩竖向承载力的原理,为推广应用该技术奠定了基础。     

满液式蒸发器低温低应力工况下的设计探讨

在满液式蒸发器的设计过程中,应按设计温度、设计压力进行强度计算及应力校核,然后在最低使用温度（加50℃后,应高于-20℃）相对应的饱和压力下进行低温低应力工况的强度计算及应力校核,以确定不必遵循＂低温压力容器＂的设计参数。

曲柱式框架墩构件类型的选择

通过对某轻轨高架桥曲柱式框架墩的力学性能分析,根据相关混凝土结构设计原理,对帽梁中间部分、帽梁悬臂部分、曲柱墩等构件的受力进行了分析,提出了各构件建议采用的构件类型,并对其配筋细节进行了说明,指出设计者应根据具体情况确定采用的构件类型。

本文对柳州市强容路立交桥高大模板工程专项方案的设计、分析、验算等方面进行了阐述。并通过实践检验,使专项方案中的模板与其支架安全、可靠,保证了工程的施工质量及施工安全。     

Influence of various surface treated silica nanoparticles on the electrochemical properties of SiO2/polyurethane nanocoatings

Various organosilane-treated SiO₂ nanoparticles were dispersed in a 2-pack polyurethane coating. The influence of surface modification and silica content on the electrochemical behaviour of the resultant nanocoatings was investigated. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and open circuit potential (OCP) variations were examined. The surface chemistry of nanoparticles and its effect on the resultant nanocoating morphology were also studied utilising FTIR, and TEM analyses. The results reveal that the presence of more hydrophobic groups and longer-lengthed hydrophobic chains on the surface of nanoparticles, greatly improves the interfacial interactions at the polymer/filler interfaces resulting in a better corrosion performance.
