基于虚拟仪器的汽车变速器计算机测控系统的设计

本文介绍了汽车自动变速器检测实验台的测控系统硬件组成,并采用Labview开发出测控系统的软件。可对汽车自动变速器综合性能与液压控制阀体进行测试操作和性能分析,实现检测对象测控的自动化。

介绍了新设计炉子的总体结构和主要参数；对炉子中的升降机构，电热元件，砌砖体等部分的设计构想和结构特点分别作了阐述。炉子经过制造和使用表明，制作容易，维修方便，使用性能良好。     

GIL机械故障诊断与预警技术研究

为了有效诊断气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)的机械故障,搭建了110 kV GIL试验平台并设计了3种典型机械故障,通过互补集合经验模态分解(CEEMD)模糊熵值与鲸鱼优化极限学习机(WOA-ELM)模型联合方法对GIL机械故障模式进行识别与诊断。首先,利用CEEMD方法对振动信号进行分解,引入正负白噪声组对信号进行处理,得到含有故障信息的模态分量(IMF)。其次,利用模糊熵计算模态分量特征值,得到能表征故障特征的模糊熵值。最后,结合WOA-ELM模型对特征向量集进行模式识别,根据聚类结果与自适应阈值对GIL设备机械故障进行诊断和预警。结果表明,利用CEEMD与模糊熵对GIL振动信号特征进行分析,可以有效避免模态混叠和冗余噪声分量的干扰,得到能够表征故障特征的特征值;利用WOA-ELM模型可以有效实现GIL设备机械故障诊断与预警。     

X射线透射成像技术原位追踪混凝土吸水过程

为了表征二维混凝土的传输过程,制备厚度为1 mm的混凝土薄片. 采用X射线透射成像（TXR）技术,联合扫描电镜、背散射和能谱分析技术（SEM/BSE/EDS）原位追踪水在2维混凝土薄片中的毛细自吸过程. 测试不同质量分数CsCl溶液对X射线透射图像的增强效果. 结果表明,CsCl能够提高吸水过程中混凝土薄片的TXR图像对比度,使得水在混凝土中的渗流路径更清晰、可辨. 水泥浆体在吸收CsCl后,扫描电子背散射图像的对比度显著增强. 不同位置铯原子的EDS能谱结果验证了TXR技术确定吸水前锋位置的准确性.     

关于输气管线内衬聚乙烯管可防止其腐蚀的商榷

本文参照德国一实例，即利用多种类型PE衬层，在一定温差及有气体扩散阻挡层和无气体扩散阻挡层的条件下，详细地叙述了高压酸性气体对其进行长期渗透作用的试验。结果显示：水蒸气和腐蚀性气体（如H2S）的渗透作用是不能忽视的，甚至当PE层为5mm时亦有一定渗透性；此外，在衬层底部尚产生了化学腐蚀作用，从而促使人们必须考虑须正确选择PE下边的防腐底层。     

Characterization of the Functional Cross-Talk between Surface GABAA and Dopamine D5 Receptors

The γ-aminobutyric acid type A receptor (GABA_AR) plays a major role in fast inhibitory synaptic transmission and is highly regulated by the neuromodulator dopamine. In this aspect, most of the attention has been focused on the classical intracellular signaling cascades following dopamine G-protein-coupled receptor activation. Interestingly, the GABA_AR and dopamine D5 receptor (D5R) have been shown to physically interact in the hippocampus, but whether a functional cross-talk occurs is still debated. In the present study, we use a combination of imaging and single nanoparticle tracking in live hippocampal neurons to provide evidence that GABA_ARs and D5Rs form dynamic surface clusters. Disrupting the GABA_AR–D5R interaction with a competing peptide leads to an increase in the diffusion coefficient and the explored area of both receptors, and a drop in immobile synaptic GABA_ARs. By means of patch-clamp recordings, we show that this fast lateral redistribution of surface GABA_ARs correlates with a robust depression in the evoked GABAergic currents. Strikingly, it also shifts in time the expression of long-term potentiation at glutamatergic synapses. Together, our data both set the plasma membrane as the primary stage of a functional interplay between GABA_AR and D5R, and uncover a non-canonical role in regulating synaptic transmission.     

The effect of α phase on the deformation mechanisms of β titanium alloys

The effects of α and β phase interactions on the tensile and creep deformation behavior of β titanium alloys was studied using Ti-6.0wt.% Mn and Ti-8.1wt.%V as the model two-phase alloys, and Ti-13.0wt.%Mn and Ti-14.8wt.%V as the single-phase β alloys. The β phase of α-βTi-8.1V deforms by stress-induced hexagonal martensite (α′), while slip and twinning occurs in the single-phase β alloy with the same chemistry as the β phase. No stress-induced martensite was observed in the β or α-βTi-Mn alloys. This behavior is modeled in terms of a number of factors, including elastic interaction stresses between the α and β phases, coherency between the α phase and hexagonal martensite, and β phase stability. This paper was presented at the Beta Titanium Alloys of the 00’s Symposium sponsored by the Titanium Committee of TMS, held during the 2005 TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition, February 13–16, 2005 in San Francisco, CA.

本文介绍利用Visual Basic工具开发金属切削机床主传动非常规变速系统的设计总体结构，功能和方法，以重复转速的传动系统为例，重点介绍转速图的拟定过程，本系统具有界面美观，操作方便，易于理解的特点。
