江苏复杂小断块油藏老井侧钻实践与认识

利用停关、低效井实施老井侧钻,其条件包括油藏、井身及技术经济等3个方面。侧钻效益的好坏与油藏类型、侧钻目标有着很大关系,侧钻断块油层、挖掘构造高部位剩余油成功率高,边底水、高渗透油藏侧钻效果好。实践表明,老井侧钻是提高江苏复杂小断块油藏开发效果,降低投资、提高效益的一项重要手段。     

Allocentric Versus Egocentric Spatial Memory After Unilateral Temporal Lobectomy in Humans.

Thirty patients who had undergone either a right or left unilateral temporal lobectomy (14 RTL; 16 LTL) and 16 control participants were tested on a computerized human analogue of the Morris Water Maze. The procedure was designed to compare allocentric and egocentric spatial memory. In the allocentric condition, participants searched for a target location on the screen, guided by object cues. Between trials, participants had to walk around the screen, which disrupted egocentric memory representation. In the egocentric condition, participants remained in the same position, but the object cues were shifted between searches to prevent them from using allocentric memory. Only the RTL group was impaired on the allocentric condition, and neither the LTL nor RTL group was impaired on additional tests of spatial working memory or spatial manipulation. 反铁磁晶体的红外频率特性

研究了红外频段非线性s偏振表面波在反铁磁晶体和电介质交界面上的频率特性，求出了非线性色散方程，揭示了非线性s偏振表面波存在一个临界频率，低于这个频率，非线性s偏振表面波的频率范围，发现功率不再是决定导波频率范围的唯一因素，两种材料的介电常数比在这里起了至关重要的作用。     

MIM隧道发光结的负阻现象

本文介绍了薄膜隧道发光结的基本结构、发光机理，阐述了其Ｉ－Ｖ特性中的负阻现象。简单介绍了ＭＩＭ结构负阻的几种解释，根据热像仪照片和低温测试结果分析，再结合Ｄｅａｒｍａｌｅｙ导电模型，我们提出了ＭＩＭ负阻的物理模型，理论与实验符合较好，最后分析了负阻现象的应用前景。     

Efficiency improvements in US office equipment: Expected policy impacts and uncertainties

We create a business as usual scenario for office equipment electricity use from industry forecasts of equipment sales, surveys of equipment densities by building type, measured data on wattage and usage by equipment type and projected lifetimes for equipment. We then calculate electricity used by building type and equipment type for Energy Star and advanced scenarios and explore the sensitivity of these results to variations in key input parameters. According to our analysis, the Energy Star programme will save the US almost US$1 billion annually starting in the year 2000, with minimal expenditure of public funds.     

THE STATISTICAL DISTRIBUTION OF EXTREME VALUES OF WAVE-CURRENT FORCES ACTING ON SLENDER CIRCULAR CYLINDER IN IRREGULAR WAVES

Based on model test,the statistical distribution of extreme values of wave-current in-line forces acting on vertical circular cylinder is analyzed in this paper.It is shownthat the results calculated by the simplified method,proposed by authors,agree well with the testdata;Weibull distribution is also adoptable in the region of high KC number, and the shapeparameter a and scale parameter β are related well with KC number respectively.

Nonreactive atom/molecule-surface scattering within the finite basis wave packet method

A quantum wave packet code for studying nonreactive scattering of closed-shell atoms or diatomic molecules from a rigid surface is described. The time evolution relies on the Chebychev propagator. Up to 5 collider degrees of freedom, 3 in translation and 2 in rotation, are treated in a pseudospectral way with the momentum or finite basis representation as the primary space. Potential matrix elements are efficiently evaluated by means of sequential 1D transformations between momentum and coordinate spaces. Fast Fourier transforms are performed for the translational and azimuthal coordinates whereas a Gauss-Legendre transform is used for the polar coordinate. This pseudospectral strategy minimizes memory requirements because no off-diagonal Hamiltonian matrix elements need to be stored. In addition, a wide variety of physical systems can be studied since no particular functional form is imposed for the interaction potential.     

Microwave Communication to Moving Parts Inside Machines

Cables to moving parts on a linear actuator in production machines, such as pick-and-place machines, are a source of unreliability owing to the possible breaking of a cable. They further reduce the positioning precision of the actuator owing to additional forces. Slotted waveguide systems for rail vehicles based on 2.4 GHz transmission frequency are well known, but transmitters/receivers and waveguides are bulky. The paper reports on the reduction in size of the equipment, adapted to 5.8 GHz using a commercial off-the-shelf RadioLan communication module. Further, the efficient termination of the wave-guide and a new way to reduce standing-wave effects is also discussed.
