Effects of Neodymium on Growth, Pectinase Activity and Mycelium Permeability of Fusarium oxysporum

The diameter of the colony of Fusarium oxysporum in solid medium, and the mycelium growth, pectinase activity, and mycelium permeability of Fusarium oxysporum in liquid medium under varying concentrations of Nd^3＋ （0, 2, 4, 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 300, and 400 mg·L^-1） were measured. The results indicated that the growth of Fusarium oxysporum was stimulated in solid medium when the concentration of Nd^3＋ ranges from 2 to 180 mg·L^-1, whereas it was inhibited when Nd^3 ＋ concentration was greater than 200 mg· L^-1. The colonies were fewer and smaller when Nd^3 ＋ was used in the solid medium. The growth of Fusarium oxysporum was inhibited in liquid medium when Nd^3＋ was used. The inhibition rate showed by the dry weight of mycelium ranged from 4.83% to 52.18% and inereased with Nd^3 ＋ concentration. The pectinase activity decreased compared with that of controls. When the concentration of Nd^3 ＋ was 10 and 400 mg· L^- 1, the pectinase activity decreased by 95 % at both concentrations. Mycelium cell membrane permeability increased when Nd^3 ＋ concentrations ranged from 10 to 400 mg· L^-1 but decreased when Nd^3＋ concentration was 2 mg· L^-1.     

力标准机独立加码与逆程交换研究

静重式力标准机在施加递增或递减负荷过程中，当砝码进行逆程交换时会出现逆负荷现象。为此，提出了力标准机独立加码的概念与方法，建立并讨论了独立加码方法的驱动方式、砝码加卸过程的运动规律、加卸过程中吊挂受力变化、加载稳定性和工作效率问题。研究了通过少量砝码的合理组合与交换，实现多力级等力值间隔加载的技术方法。当砝码进行逆程交换时，为减小以至消除逆负荷现象进行了理论分析和实验验证。结果表明，提出的方法是可行的和有效的。为力基、标准机的技术发展和提高提供了一种新的理论方法和试验依据，对力值计量检测技术的进步具有重要意义。     

供电企业对非居民客户信用度的评价模型

根据供电企业的实际业务流程和经营环境,将供电企业对非居民客户的信用度评价指标体系分为缴费信息、履约信息、违章窃电、经营状况、发展潜力、客户设备产生谐波信息等6个方面。同时针对每个客户用计算机程序先将这6个指标分别评出信用度等级(A、B、C类),然后运用基于多名专家优化综合评分的AHP模型来分析出这6个指标的权重。最后运用评价准则得出每个客户的综合信用度,以便于供电企业采取相应的管理措施。     

中文网页分类的研究与实现

描述了一个完整的中文网页分类系统的设计和实现过程,重点介绍了网页分类中的网页净化、特征加权、KNN分类等关键技术.并结合网页的特征,对分类中的特征加权公式进行了一定的改进.实验结果表明改进后的特征加权公式取得了较高的分类准确率.     

Determination of the dopant weight fraction in polyaniline films using a quartz-crystal microbalance

The electrical conductivity of polyaniline depends on factors such as degree of oxidation, type of protonation, and dopant weight fraction. The last of these factors is connected with the loss of mass during the deprotonation of polyaniline, and can thus conveniently be determined in situ by the use of a quartz microbalance. This is illustrated in the present paper which concerns the determination of the weight fraction of acid in thin polyaniline films prepared by the chemical oxidation of aniline in the aqueous solutions of sulfuric and phosphoric acids. It is illustrated that the deprotonation-reprotonation processes are fast, complete, and reversible. Polyaniline has sulfate counter-ions in 0.1 M sulfuric acid while, in 0.5-1 M sulfuric acid, hydrogen sulfate counter-ions are present. The quartz microbalance involving polyaniline films can be used in the sensing of the acidity.     

Reliability of a computer network in case capacity weight varying with arcs, nodes and types of commodity

The computer network can be modeled as a capacitated-flow network. This paper concentrates on a two-commodity capacitated-flow network with three characters: (1) nodes as well as arcs have multiple possible capacities and may fail, (2) each component (arc/node) has both capacity and cost attributes; and (3) the capacity weight varies with arcs, nodes and types of commodity (or named file). We study the possibility that a given quantity of two types of files can be transmitted through this network simultaneously under the budget constraint. Such a possibility is named the system reliability which is a performance index to measure the quality level of supply demand systems such as computer, telecommunication, electric-power transmission and transportation systems. The approach of minimal paths is applied to describe the relationship among flow assignments and capacity vectors. A simple algorithm in terms of minimal paths is proposed to evaluate the system reliability.     

汽车动态称重信号的自适应校正应用研究

提出一种通过自适应补偿提高长秤台汽车动态称重系统精度的方法。根据汽车动态称重两自由度模型，利用零、极点对消原理，设计校正滤波器，改善信号响应特性，使信号快速达到平稳状态。实验结果表明，本方法能有效地缩短信号衰减时间，改善称重精度，并具有很好的自适应性。
