The corrosion of Mg alloys is a provocative topic and it is still a challenge to find a solution for the improvement of their degradation rate into solution found in human body (Simulated Body Fluid, SBF). The aim of the present paper is to coat AZ31B alloy by hydroxyapatite (HAp) as a possible solution in order to change its degradation behaviour for medical implants. Since the Mg alloy is sensible to temperature while the HAp properties depend on the deposition temperature, in this study, the effect of deposition temperature on the properties of the AZ31Balloy was evaluated. The HAp coatings were prepared using the RF magnetron sputtering technique, ranging the temperature from the room one to 400 °C. It was found that the grain size of the investigated Mg alloy increased more than 100% when the deposition temperature was increased. By increasing the temperature, the hardness level was reduced of about 15%. All HAp coatings revealed corrosion behaviour much better than the uncoated AZ31B alloy; in particular, the coating deposited at 200 °C exhibited the best corrosion behavior. Moreover, the best protection to the corrosive attack of SBF was found for the HAp coating deposited at 200 °C (97.3%), which was also characterized by the lowest porosity. To conclude, HAp coatings can be used to improve the properties of AZ31B alloys, but just up to 200 °C; beyond this temperature, the mechanical and the anticorrosion properties are lost.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to reproduce the delayed (secondary) cerebral energy failure previously described in birth-asphyxiated newborn infants and to investigate relationships between primary insult severity and the extent of the delayed energy failure. Phosphorus (31P) magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) at 7 T was used to study the brains of 12 newborn piglets during an acute, reversible, cerebral hypoxic-ischemic episode which continued until nucleotide triphosphates (NTP) were depleted. After reperfusion and reoxygenation, spectroscopy was continued for 48 h. High-energy metabolite concentrations returned to near normal levels after the insult, but later they fell as delayed energy failure developed. The time integral of NTP depletion in the primary insult correlated strongly with the minimum [phosphocreatine (PCr)]/[inorganic orthophosphate (Pi)] observed 24–48 h after the insult. (Linear regression analysis gave slope –8.04 h–1; ordinate intercept=1.23;r=0.92;P<0.0001.) This model is currently being used to investigate the therapeutic potential of various cerebroprotective strategies including hypothermia.  相似文献

In the oxidation of cyclohexene with H2O2in monophasic tri-n-butylphosphate (TBP) solution catalyzed by Keggin-type 12-heteropolyacids, i.e., H3PMo12-xW x O40(x=0–12), several peroxo species were observed by 31P-NMR spectroscopy in lower field than the original heteropolyacids. Their composition varied regularly with that of the starting catalyst. The P-containing peroxo species formed was deduced as [PM4O8(O2)8]3-(M = Mo, W). The peroxo species formed more easily with a decrease in the W content, x of H3PMo12-xWxO40. It was further indicated from the reactivity with cyclohexene and the comparison with catalytic performance that W-rich peroxo species were catalytically more active than Mo-rich peroxo species for the oxidation of cyclohexene in this reaction system.  相似文献

Schizochytrium limacinum sp. was commercially utilized to produce single cell oil (SCO), but its detailed lipid profile remains unknown. In order to analyze the composition and structure of SCO produced by Schizochytrium limacinum SR31, the SCO extracted at stationary growth phase was separated into neutral lipids (NL), polar lipids and glycolipids by using silica gel column chromatography. The result of lipid classes in NL revealed that triacylglycerol (TAG) was the primary glyceride (93.81 %). Fatty acid (FA) analysis by gas chromatography–mass spectrometer (GC–MS) proved that palmitic acid (29.78 %) and docosahexaenoic acid (25.64 %) were the major FA. Quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry in electrospray ionization mode coupled with ultra‐performance liquid chromatography was carried out to investigate TAG structures. More than 80 species were identified. Positional distribution of FA in TAG might contribute to further study of the FA shifts during the lipid turnover stage and nutritional evaluation of the SCO.  相似文献

The deformation behavior of AZ31B magnesium alloy as extruded under hot compression conditions was characterized in the temperature range of 200 - 400 ℃ and strain rate range of 0. 001 - 1 s^-1. The processing maps were obtained at different strains. The results show that the map exhibits flow instabilities as two domains. The domain at beyond 300 ℃ and strain rate of 1 s^-1 appears with a peak efficiency of power dissipation about 56% occurring. This domain is expected to happen in a hot process, such as hot rolling, hot extrusion and hot forging. There is high efficiency of power dissipation at temperature beyond 350 ℃ and strain rate 0. 001 s^-1. Such domains suggest the occurrence of superplastic deformation.  相似文献

Microstructure and mechanical properties of pure magnesium and AZ31 alloy with Ca/Si based refiner addition were investigated. The results indicate that addition of Ca/Si based refiners to pure magnesium and AZ31 alloy results in remarkable microstructure refinement. With proper amount of refiner addition, the grain size in as cast ingots can be one order of magnitude lower than that without refiner addition. Small amount of refiner addition to AZ31 alloy increases both ultimate strength and yield strength significantly,while the ductility of the alloy with refiner addition is similar to that without refiner addition. Addition of refiner improves the deformability of AZ31 alloy and extruded or hot rolled specimens (rods or sheets) with refiner addition exhibit higher surface quality and mechanical properties than those without refiner addition.  相似文献
