Biparametric Models for Elastic Wedge Foundation

In this paper, some biparametric models for an elastic foundation are proposed. It is assumed that the foundation has the shape of the wedge. The modeling procedure starts from the linear elasticity equations into which we introduce some simplifying assumptions based on the conceptions of decay functions. The simplified models are described by the ordinary differential equations. Stationary and nonstationary Green’s functions for the foundation considered are obtained by applying the Hankel and Laplace transform methods. An example of the interaction between the rigid plate and the elastic wedge foundation is studied.

A new ‘Tailor-made’ methodology for the mechanical behaviour analysis of rubber-like materials: II. Application to the hyperelastic behaviour characterization of a carbon-black filled natural rubber vulcanizate

The purpose of this paper is the modelling of the mechanical behaviour of an elastomeric material, through detailed experimental and numerical procedures, specific to large strains. The experimental technique is based on in-plane kinematics measurements using a speckle extensometer, from which the whole two-dimensional field of in-plane displacements is obtained by a digital image processing [Polymer (2002)]. This part of the work concerns the identification of the constitutive equation for a carbon black natural rubber (NR) vulcanizate. We start by quoting some theoretical considerations relative to rubber elasticity and stress-softening effect, which is the counterpart of the filler reinforcement. Then, we describe the experimental procedure and present data for both non-preconditioned and preconditioned samples. Next, the identification of the constitutive law parameters using a minimization algorithm is driven. Finally, we present the validation of the constitutive model, by its implementation into the finite element code SYSTUS and the numerical simulation of the response of a double edge notched tensile (DENT) specimen.     

低乙烯含量抗冲聚丙烯的结构表征

采用二甲苯为溶剂，将不同乙烯含量（５％￣１５％质量）的抗冲聚丙烯用特定程序进行分级，将各样品分为室温下可溶于甲苯和不可溶于甲苯的两部分。使用＾１３Ｃ－ＮＭＲ方法和ＦＴ－ＩＲ方法对各组分进行表征，明确了乙烯链段在聚丙烯链上的分布，并在此基础上提出了产生这种链结构的聚合工艺的特点。     

双环戊二烯聚合反应热力学和动力学研究

研究了ＤＣＰＤ－ＷＯＣｌ４－ＡｌＥｔ３体系前阶段的反应动力学，采用ＧＣ法分析了不同反应条件下的动力学数据，发现ｌｇ（［ＤＣＰＤ］０／［ＤＣＰＤ］）￣ｔ存在线性关系，说明该体系在前段的聚合反应为一链式反应符合二级反应模型。同时还对该体系聚合反应热力学也进行了研究；对聚合反应的ΔＨｐ、ΔＳｐ、ΔＧｐ进行了讨论。     

A simple correlation for gas bubbles rising in power‐law fluids

Recently, the author (Rodrigue, 2001 a, b) proposed a generalized correlation for the steady rise of gas bubbles in uncontaminated viscous Newtonian fluids of infinite extent. It is the purpose of this note to show that this model can be modified for inelastic non‐Newtonian power‐law fluids. Using data taken from six different studies, it is shown that the modified model can predict quite nicely the bubble velocity for these non‐Newtonian inelastic fluids.     

Walk－off型光隔离器的隔离度和插入损耗分析

本文介绍了与偏振无关的ｗａｌｋ－ｏｆｆ型光隔离器的原理和结构，从理论和实验两方面分析了影响隔离度和插入损耗的因素，定量计算了加工、调整误差、消光比等对隔离度和插损的限制，给光隔离器的选材、加工和调整提供了依据。     

SIMILARITY LAW OF FLUCTUATING PRESSURE WITHIN HYDRAULIC JUMP AREA

Through a series of model tests of five scales for 2-D free hydraulic jump, the da-ta of fluctuating pressure acting on the floor level within the hydraulic jump were obtained. Dur-ing the experiments, Froude number varied from 2.94 to 8.61, and Reynolds number rangedfrom 2×10~4 to 6×10~5. Experiment results indicate that the amplitude scale of fluctuating pres-sure is the length scale of model, i. e. P'=L, which agrees with gravity similarity law: Thefrequency scale of the fluctuating pressure is a unity i. e., f=1, which does not satisfy thegravity similarity law.     

金属－橡胶硫化粘接过程中分子取向行为的间接证据

对金属－橡胶热硫化粘接复合体的剥离行为进行了研究，同一粘接试样的双向１８０°剥离试验显示出了巨大的差异。本文分析了弹性材料在硫化过程中的分子行为，并提出了相应的新假设，认为这是由于金属－橡胶在硫化粘接过程中分子取向交联行为所致。这种双向１８０°剥离破坏现象可被看作是金属－橡胶硫化粘接过程中分子取向行为的间接证据。     

脉冲波形对流化床性能的影响

本文从理论上分析了矩形波和正弦脉波气流对流化床操作性能的影响，发现矩形波在一定条件下优于正弦波的规律，并用实际进行了验证。
