The multi-structure of oxidized-reduced tungsten carbide surface(s)

The XPS of bulk tungsten carbide, partially oxidized WC surfaces at 373 and 573 K as well as tungsten trioxide have been reported. Bulk WC has been prepared from WO₃ as a starting material in a mixture of CH₄ (20%) and H₂ (80%) at 1150 K for 4 h, while partially oxidized WC surfaces were prepared by oxygen chemisorption on a clean WC surface at 200 K, then the temperatures were raised to 373 and 573 K respectively. The XPS of a freshly prepared WC reveals the presence of a small amount of WO₃ on the surface and a slightly higher concentration in the bulk. The oxygen-exposed fresh WC surfaces and surfaces treated at temperatures higher than 373 K show the presence of WO₃ in a considerable quantity depending on the length and the treatment temperature. Ar⁺ bombardment of this partially oxidized surface reduces WO₃ to WO₂ and W(0), while WC is partially reduced to W(0). Isomerization reactions of alkanes on oxygen-exposed WC surface occurs in reality on a composite surface structure containing WC, WO₃, WO₂ and elemental W(0).

基于像素拓展的图形分割与合成的方法研究

提出了一种新的图像分割与合成方法。对于图像的分割,提出了新的分割算法,先是手工将一些明显属于物体和明显属于背景的像素分割出来,然后创建一个小矩形区域进行像素拓展迭代,迭代到图像边界为止。对于图像的合成,采用平均法,设计了新的算法,使物体的基本颜色保持不变的同时,降低了合成图像中从源图像分割的物体与新背景的差异,并使得其饱和度、色度、强度更加自然真实。     

A Heuristic Approach to the Discovery of Macro-Operators

This paper describes a heuristic approach to the discovery of useful macro-operators (macros) in problem solving. The approach has been implemented in a program, MACLEARN, that has three parts: macro-proposer, static filter, and dynamic filter. Learning occurs during problem solving, so that performance improves in the course of a single problem trial. Primitive operators and macros are both represented within a uniform representational framework that is closed under composition. This means that new macros can be defined in terms of others, which leads to a definitional hierarchy. The representation also supports the transfer of macros to related problems. MACLEARN is embedded in a supporting system that carries out best-first search. Experiments in macro learning were conducted for two classes of problems: peg solitaire (generalized Hi-Q puzzle), and tile sliding (generalized Fifteen puzzle). The results indicate that MACLEARN'S filtering heuristics all improve search performance, sometimes dramatically. When the system was given practice on simpler training problems, it learned a set of macros that led to successful solutions of several much harder problems.     

Gurum Seeds: A Potential Source of Edible Oil

Cucurbitaceae family seeds are mostly discarded as agro-industrial wastes. Gurum (Citrullus lanatus var. colocynthoide) is an underutilized wild cucurbit plant, closely related to desert watermelon, which is grown abundantly in some African countries. Gurum seeds can play a significant role in health and nutrition due to their high oil content. This review describes the nutritional composition of gurum seeds and their oil profile. Gurum seeds are a good source of oil (27–35.5%), fiber (26–31%), crude protein (15–18%), and carbohydrates (14–17%). Gurum seeds oil is extracted by supercritical CO₂ (SFE), screw press, and solvent extraction techniques. The gurum seeds oil is composed of unsaturated fatty acids with a high proportion of linoleic acid (C18:2) and oleic acid (C18:1). Gurum seeds oil contains various bioactive compounds, such as tocopherols, phytosterols, and polyphenols. It is reported that solvent extraction gives a higher yield than the screw press and SFE, but the SFE is preferred due to safety issues. More studies are required for producing better quality gurum seeds oil by using novel extraction techniques that can increase oil yield.     

砂岩翻砂废砂在水泥生料配料中的应用

我公司拥有2×2 500 t/d新型干法水泥生产线,在生产中逐步以废砂来替代砂岩进行生料配料,本文探讨了废砂的使用对水泥生产过程、熟料质量性能以及成本效益等方面的影响。结果表明：使用废砂替代砂岩进行水泥生料配料煅烧硅酸盐水泥熟料,未对熟料煅烧过程及熟料性能产生不良影响,烟气排放指标和熟料质量技术指标均符合国家标准要求。按我公司目前年产熟料110万t、掺加量按5.8%计算,年消耗废砂约10.0万t,每年节约成本约100万元,经济效益明显。     

低熔点Cu-P基中间合金及其变质效果

利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和金相显微镜等手段对Cu-P基中间合金进行了研究。结果表明，在二元共晶Cu-P中间合金中加入一定量的Sn可制成低熔点的Cu-16Sn-8P中间合金；在此基础上研制出一种熔点为630℃左右的低熔点的多元Cu-P基中间合金。与Cu-P中间合金相比，该低熔点多元Cu-P基中间合金对过共晶AI-24Si合金具有更好的变质效果。同时，该中间合金对ZL109合金也具有良好的变质效果。
