为了定量分析碳酸盐岩接触变质作用形成的CO2,研究了松辽盆地东北缘碳酸盐岩接触变质带常量元素和稀土元素的元素分配关系。认为碳酸盐岩接触变质过程中主要体现为硅的富集和钙、碳的亏损,并且CaO、SiO2与ΣREE呈线性关系;随着变质程度增高,元素的含量、稀土元素的分布型式和分馏程度越趋向花岗岩,其主要原因是碳酸盐岩与侵入流体的混染作用、碳酸盐岩硅化及矿化过程引起的稀土变化、碳酸盐岩重结晶对轻稀土元素的富集。计算得出了CO2释放量与岩石体积比(2.7~256.7)。证明了碳酸盐岩接触变质作用是无机成因CO2形成的机制。 相似文献

Inserting a Mn-doped TiO2 layer for improving performance of pentacene organic thin-film transistors
Device performance of pentacene organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) was significantly improved via inserting a Mn-doped TiO2 layer between pentacene semiconductor and the source–drain electrodes. In comparison with the OTFTs with only-Au electrodes, the introduction of a thin Mn-doped TiO2 layer leads to saturation current increasing from 31.9 μA to 0.22 mA, effective field-effect mobility improving from 0.24 to 1.13 cm2/V s, and threshold voltage downshifting from −11 to −2 V. These performance enhancements are ascribed to the significant reduction of contact resistance and smoothed surface of pentacene layer. This work may provide an effective approach to improve the performance of the pentacene based OTFTs by inserting a Mn-doped TiO2 layer. 相似文献

Experimental investigations for magnetohydrodynamic flows in rectangular ducts are performed using GaInSn as model fluid. Measurements of electric potential on channel walls and inside the flow show reproducible discrepancies compared to analytical results. These discrepancies can be ascribed to the formation of oxide layers causing a contact resistance between the electrically conducting duct walls and the liquid metal. An exact analytical solution for pressure drop, velocity and potential distributions has been derived taking into account the presence of a contact resistance. Analytical results for velocity and potential profiles and for pressure drop are discussed for different values of contact resistance and strength of the applied magnetic field. A comparison of measured potential with data from the analytical solution allows estimating the order of magnitude of the contact resistance in the present experiments. 相似文献

Contact lens wear continues to be the highest single risk factor for microbial keratitis, particularly when worn in the extended wear modality. For microbial keratitis to occur, the presence of at least a bacterial load as well as a break in the corneal surface is required. One such break occurs in the case of a corneal erosion. These well-circumscribed areas of full thickness epithelial loss can occur both with and without contact lens wear, however the risk of infection is greater in the presence of a lens due to its capacity to provide a vector for the entry of bacterial pathogens. While erosions in non-contact lens wearers are thought to result from defective epithelial basement membrane anchoring, the underlying causes during contact lens wear are yet unknown. This article sets out to review corneal erosions associated with contact lens wear, their associated risk factors such as extended wear, the mechanisms that may be responsible for their formation and the factors that differentiate them from other contact lens related adverse events. Appropriate diagnosis and understanding of the relevant pathophysiology is important to the effective treatment and an understanding of the aetiological factors responsible for erosions is critical to the development of preventative strategies and effective clinical care. 相似文献

This paper presents a study of the stability of biocompatible nanostructured TiO2 surfaces prepared on a Ti6Al4V alloy by anodic oxidation, and it considers changes in the contact angles of ethylene glycol and distilled water. In the first stage, we measured the changes in the contact angles of the TiO2 surfaces before and after sterilization. Then we examined the changes in the temporal contact angles of TiO2 surfaces in different environments. The surface energy was calculated from the measured contact angles according to the Owens - Wendt model. A method of extraction of source and drain resistances in linear mode of operation from a single transistor is described. The proposed method can also be used to measure source resistance over the entire operating range from linear to saturation mode of operation. The method uses two floating probes outside the channel, one adjacent to the source and the other to the drain to sense the voltage under these contacts. Using transmission line analysis, the source and drain resistances are directly extracted from these measurements. 2D numerical simulation results confirm the validity of the proposed technique and sensitivity analysis shows that the method is more accurate than the conventional gated four probe technique, especially, when the source resistance is much smaller than the channel resistance. Experimental results obtained with Pentacene top-contact transistors are used to illustrate the proposed technique. Analysis of two devices with very different source resistance is carried out to highlight the ability of the proposed technique to offer insight into the different contributing factors. Current crowding under the source contact and accurate estimation of mobility without the distorting effects of source resistance are also described. 相似文献

Direct structuring techniques are an indispensable need for future low-cost applications of organic semiconductor materials in e.g. active matrix displays or integrated circuits. We demonstrate direct structuring of a small molecule organic semiconductor by a photo-lithography lift off process under ambient conditions. To show compatibility of this process, we fabricate organic thin film transistors (OTFT) containing the benchmark electron transporting semiconductor C60 as active material in a top-contact geometry. C60 as electron transporting semiconductor serves as good indicator for contamination and degradation caused by the structuring procedure. To disclose influences of structuring, we discuss the OTFT performance for different channel lengths from 100 μm down to 2.7 μm. In particular, we show that lithography processing gives rise to increased contact resistances. Apart from that, mobility of C60 as material parameter is only weakly affected which underlines the compatibility of the suggested structuring procedure. The potential of this structuring procedure for future integration of driving transistors in active matrix displays is demonstrated. 相似文献

The sessile drop technique was used to investigate the evolution of the physicochemical properties of cedar wood as a function of contact time with the Penicillium expansum spores. The most important finding showed that the impact of different contact periods (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 24 hr) on the wood surface were very indicative. In fact, after 2 hr of contact, the results have shown a significant impact of the bioadhesion of spores to the substrate on both the hydrophobic character (θW = 108.5°; ΔGiwi = ?28.25 mJ/m2), the electron donor (γ? = 13.63 mJ/m2), and the electron acceptor (γ+ = 4.35 mJ/m2) parameters that were significantly reduced compared to the initial wood (θW = 118.5°; ΔGiwi = ?6.29 mJ/m2; γ? = 32.1 mJ/m2; and γ+ = 9.1 mJ/m2). In addition, this decrease of parameters continued over time to stabilize after 10 hr of contact. Indeed, after 24 hr, the acid/base properties were almost zero and the contact angle with water decreased to 30°. Moreover, it was found that the coefficient of correlation (r2) was strong between the contact angle with water, the surface energy, and the electron acceptor character with the contact time parameter with values (r2 = 0.65), (r2 = 0.79), and (r2 = 0.68), respectively. 相似文献
