反应堆材料热物性数据库管理系统

衡量一个数据库的质量，不以要看其所包含的数据还应考虑数据库管理系统的使用功能。为了更有效地实施ＩＡＥＡ的ＣＲＰ（ＣｏｏｒｄｉｎａｔｅｄＲｅｓｅａｒｃｈＰｒｏｇｒａｍｍｅ）中有关建立反应堆材料热物性数据库的计划，并考虑到能使所收集的数据方便地为用户服务和进行广泛的国际交流，为此设计并编制了该数据库的软件管理系统ＴＰＳＹＳ。这个系统可在ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ（３８６，４８６）等兼容机上运行，采用人机对话、菜单提示、全屏幕操作。其主要功能有：数据库维护、数据检索、与大型计算程序ＭＡＴ－ＰＲＯ接口和与国际上现有的数据库ＴＨＥＲＳＹＳＴ接口。     

The TDCPR Management Mode of Engineering Equipment

The Three Gorges Project is a very large project,and its structure is very complex.Interna-tional advanced engineering equipment is broadly used.The state of equipment running directly influ-ences project building qualities and limited time.According to the factud conditions of the Three Gor-ges Project,the characteristics of engineering equipment are analyzed.At the same time ,some theories about equipment management are induced ,and the TDCPR management mode of engineering equip-ment of the Three Gorges Project is put forwared in order to gain the aim of managing and using equip-ment well and speeding up the project construction.     

美籍华裔专家讲通信工程技术新动态

本文扼要介绍１９９５年北京中美工程技术研讨会通信组五位美籍华裔专家关于通信技术新动态的专题报告。一是宽带综合业务数字网的同步数字系列（ＳＤＨ）和异步转移模式（ＡＴＭ）；二是光纤通信系统的光放大器（ＯＦＡ）、波分多路（ＷＤＭ）、光电子集成（ＯＥＩＣ）、色散补偿和新型光纤；三是蜂窝网车载移动通信和全国性个人通信业务（ＰＣＳ）、时分多址（ＴＤＭＡ）和码分多址（ＣＤＭＡ），四是智能网（ＩＮ）体系结构、概念模型和业务管理系统（ＳＭＳ）；五是数字传输网的恢复（ＦＡＳＴＡＲ）、维护（ＴＭＰ）和供应（ＴＳＮＯＷ）三种管理平台，及综合网络管理系统（ＩＮＭＳ）。     

SMS——智能网的业务管理系统

本文叙述了智能网的业务管理系统所实现的３种功能：业务管理功能，网络管理功能和业务管理访问功能，还介绍了业务管理和网络管理之间的关系，ＳＭＳ的集中式和分布式两种体系结构及业务管理功能的设计方法和进一步研究方向。     

峒室爆破CAD设计方法研究

本文对峒室爆破断面布药计算机辅助设计参数驱动方法进行了探讨围绕断面布药主要参数的变化，提出一种基于参数驱动的计算机辅助设计方法，利用ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ操作系统下的动态数据交换特性，对断面布药进行布药参数优化，实现了交互调整布药，形成一套断面布的计算机软件，为工程爆破设计实现计算机提供了一种可行的方法。     

离散Hopfield神经网络和联想记忆的开关电流技术实现

研究了离散Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ神经网络（ＤＨＮＮ）和联想记忆神经网络的开关电流技术实现，利用多权输入跨导，开关电流延迟器（ＳＩＤ）和可编程电流比较器（ＰＣＣ）实现了离散Ｈｏｐｉｅｌｄ神经网络，并提出了利用离散Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ神经网络实现自联想记忆时相应的开关电流电路，所提出了开关电流神经网络适宜于超大规模集成，能在低电压（如３．３Ｖ）下工作。     

Selecting a waste management option using a life-cycle analysis approach

Solid-waste management, and in particular the disposal of used packaging, is currently the subject of much topical debate. This is driven by both consumer and legislative pressures. Consumers see used packaging as a highly visible element of municipal solid waste, complaining of excessive packaging and low levels of recycling. Legislators, perhaps in pandering to the views expressed by consumer bodies, have been active within the CEC and individual Member States by introducing (or proposing) legislation or similar regulatory tools and targets to facilitate a greater diversion of used packaging from disposal by landfill to alternative solid-waste management practices, in particular recycling, which are widely accepted to have a lower impact on the environment. In this paper the relative environmental profiles of pursuing alternative solid-waste management practices to disposal by landfill are explored, focusing not just on solid waste per se but also on associated considerations of energy consumption and emissions, which are invariably overlooked as factors contributing to the environmental impact of solid-waste management practices.     

Electronic data acquisition forms in construction management

Effective management of construction projects depends on good access to and control of data, especially data pertaining to cost and schedule control functions. However, the proper design and development of automated mechanisms have not had the facility to acquire and store quality data in a timely manner. The purpose of this paper, then, is to discuss a prototype, automated data acquisition system that was developed to support an integrated project management system. The data acquisition system is composed of an integrated set of electronic forms used in conjunction with a bar coding data-entry tool.

本文分析讨论了在ＭＳ－Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ操作系统下的应用程序间的数据交换的概念及方法，并给出了这些方法的选用策略。这些方法包括裁剪板，动态数据交换（ＤＤＥ），对象的连接及嵌入（ＯＬＥ），动态连接库（ＤＬＬ）。
