This article considers the delay-dependent H control problem for linear neutral systems with both discrete and distributed delays. The problem we address is to design a state feedback controller such that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and satisfies a prescribed H performance level. First, a delay-dependent sufficient condition for the solvability of the problem is obtained in terms of matrix inequalities. Then, by using the cone complementarity linearization approach, an H controller is developed based on the solvability condition. Finally, numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper provides a new delay-dependent stability criterion for systems with a delay varying in an interval. With a different Lyapunov functional defined, a tight upper bound of its derivative is given. The resulting criterion has advantages over some previous ones in that it involves fewer matrix variables but has less conservatism, which is established theoretically. This paper deals with the problem of passivity analysis for neural networks with both time-varying delay and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties by employing an improved free-weighting matrix approach. Some useful terms have been retained, which were used to be ignored in the derivative of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. Furthermore, the relationship among the time-varying delay, its upper bound and their difference is taken into account. As a result, for two types of time-varying delays, less conservative delay-dependent passivity conditions are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), respectively. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.  相似文献

Some delay-dependent absolute stability criteria for Lurie control systems with time-varying delay are derived, in which some free-weighting matrices are used to express the relationships between the terms in the Leibniz-Newton formula. These criteria are based on linear matrix inequality(LMI) such that the upper bound of time-delay guaranteeing the absolute stability and the free-weighting matrices can be obtained through the solutions of the LMI. Moreover, the Lyapunov functional constructed by the solutions of these LMIs is adopted to guarantee the absolute stability of the systems. This paper deals with th e problem of robust stability for continuous-time sin gular systems with state delay and parameter uncerta inty.The uncertain singular systems with delay consi dered in this paper are assumed to be regular and impulse free.By decomposing the systems into slow and fast subsystems,a robust delay-dependent asymptotic stability criteria based on linear matrix inequality is proposed,which is derived by using Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals,neither model transformatio n nor bounding for cross terms is required in the derivation of our delay-dependent result.The r obust delay-dependent stability criterion proposed in th is paper is a sufficient condition.Finally,numerical examples and Matlab simulation are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献
