Construction of human monoclonal single-chain Fv antibodies against small-cell lung cancer by phage display libraries derived from cell-immunized SCID mice engrafted with human peripheral blood lymphocytes

In this study, we describe a phage display strategy to obtain human monoclonal single-chain Fv (scFv) antibodies binding target cancer cell surface proteins. By developing a cancer cell immunization protocol for SCID mice engrafted with human peripheral blood lymphocytes in combination with an antibody phage display method, we have isolated phage antibodies binding small-cell lung cancer cell line H889 by subtractive selection. One of the isolated scFv antibodies, 12EAb, recognized the E2 component of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDC-E2) by immunoprecipitation according to MALDI-TOF MS analysis. Furthermore, we have confirmed the plasma membrane localization of PDC-E2 in small-cell lung cancer cells by immunocytochemistry and cell surface protein biotinylation, although PDC-E2 is usually located in the mitochondrial matrix. These results, including unique localization of identified antigens, were obtained by proteomic approaches. The present methods can be applied to generate human monoclonal scFv antibodies against tumor cells and to identify new molecular targets for immunotherapy and markers for diagnosis.     

混凝土养护期间HRB400钢筋钝化行为研究

为了研究HRB400钢筋在模拟养护阶段混凝土孔隙液中表面钝化膜的生长过程,采用3种电化学测试技术(开路电位、电化学阻抗谱、动电位极化曲线)研究钢筋表面钝化膜的性能随着浸泡时间的变化特征,此外通过XPS对稳定钝化膜的成分与结构进行分析。结果表明,同传统钢筋材料一样,HRB400钢筋在模拟混凝土养护条件的溶液中展现出良好的耐蚀性能,浸泡5 d后便能够生成稳定钝化膜。XPS分析发现钢筋钝化膜为双层结构,内层以二价铁离子化合物为主,外层主要由三价铁离子化合物组成。

基于西门子S7—400PLC的包钢转炉自动化系统设计与实现

该文针对包钢220吨转炉设计并实现了一套完整的自动控制系统。主要介绍了该系统的结构与硬件配置以及对所采用的软件的评估,还就系统中的数据通信、氧枪定位、汽包三冲量调节、系统的监控等问题进行了讨论,并详细分析了有关控制回路的调试和实施。     

Parameterized complexity of control problems in Maximin election

Elections are a central model in a variety of areas. This paper studies parameterized computational complexity of five control problems in the Maximin election. We obtain the following results: constructive control by adding candidates is W[2]-hard with respect to the parameter “number of added candidates”; both constructive and destructive control by adding/deleting voters are W[1]-hard with respect to the parameter “number of added/deleted voters”.     

基于Cell多核处理器的层次化运行时支持技术

基于Cell处理器的异构多核架构及软件显式管理的多级存储层次,使其面临编程困难和性能难以有效发挥等问题.现有基于Cell/B.E.的编程模型多侧重于支持类似于流处理的批量访存(bulk data transfer)应用,传统非规则访存应用性能较低.通过扩展Cell/B.E.访存库增强协处理单元的自主作用,以协处理单元为中心建立Cell计算平台上的MPI和弱一致性Pthread分层并行编程运行时支持.分层的运行时支持结构及扩展后的Cell/B.E.访存库使模型具有更好的效率和可扩展性,并且提高了非规则应用的性能;模型中的MPI方便了大量传统并行应用向新架构的移植及开发,而弱一致性Pthread则为MPI提供高效的任务运行时管理支持及为系统级用户提供对架构全面控制的编程接口.实验结果表明,提出的运行时支持技术不仅可适应不同应用的要求,同时借助访存库中的剖分优化机制可有效地挖掘Cell/B.E.架构性能.     

Guiding students to the right questions: adaptive navigation support in an E‐Learning system for Java programming

Rapid growth of the volume of interactive questions available to the students of modern E‐Learning courses placed the problem of personalized guidance on the agenda of E‐Learning researchers. Without proper guidance, students frequently select too simple or too complicated problems and ended either bored or discouraged. This paper explores a specific personalized guidance technology known as adaptive navigation support. We developed JavaGuide, a system, which guides students to appropriate questions in a Java programming course, and investigated the effect of personalized guidance a three‐semester long classroom study. The results of this study confirm the educational and motivational effects of adaptive navigation support.     

低功耗温室无线测量节点的设计

为了提高温室环境参数的监测效果,采用射频SoC芯片nRF9E5、数字温湿度传感器SHT11及光强度传感器TSL2560D,设计了无线温湿度及光照度监控系统的测量节点;并根据无线通信系统的特点设计了系统的软硬件结构,其低功耗无线传输模式降低了节点的能耗.经调试和试验运行,系统具有可靠性高、使用方便、通信节点容量易扩展等优点,这对较大空间的温湿度及光照度的监控具有良好的应用价值.     

Efficient analysis of wireless communication antennas using an accurate [Z] matrix interpolation technique

An accurate impedance matrix interpolation technique based on the surface integral equation (SIE) is presented for the analysis of wireless communication antennas over wide frequency bands. The first‐order derivative of the impedance matrix at the internal frequency is considered in the cubic polynomial‐based interpolation scheme, thus the novel impedance matrix interpolation scheme will provide high accuracy and high efficiency over a frequency band. To demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method, numerical results for planar inverted F antennas (PIFA) and a wideband E‐shaped patch antenna are presented. Good agreement among the interpolation results, exact MoM solutions, finite element method (FEM) solutions, and measured data is observed over the bandwidth. Besides, dimensions of the feeding probe are also studied to investigate their effect on the input impedance and radiation patterns. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 一种无线传感器监测系统的设计和研究

给出了一种无线传感器监测系统的设计与开发,结合MEMS微传感器和无线通信技术,研究了MEMS微加速度计检测信号的测量与无线传输技术,设计了系统电路,并完成了原型装置的制作与调试。通过无线、有线传感器的时频响应特性比较表明,无线传感器监测系统能够满足桥梁健康监测的要求。
