基于Pro/E平台机械液控式软启动系统设计与仿真

为了减轻重载设备骤然启动时对电网的冲击和对电机的损害,创造性地设计了周转轮系配合液压湿式离合器的结构,通过控制离合片间液体粘滞力的逐渐增大来使周转轮系的自由度由2逐渐变为1.从而使输出轴柔性加载.借助三维平台Pro/E建立了软启动系统的数字样机,为物理样机的精确运行提供保证,并通过Pro/E软件的Mechanism模块实现对该系统的动态仿真,建立了数学目标函数,对整个机构进行了优化调整,提高了设计质量.     

基于PRO/E的活塞机构运动仿真及应用

机构的运动仿真分析能够有效的解决运动过程中位移、速度、加速度、力的测量,零件间的干涉、作用力、反作用力等问题.以活塞机构的运动仿真为例介绍了Pro/E运动仿真分析的具体步骤,并对活塞机构运动仿真仿获得的数据进行分析,以对其设计的机构做出评价,检验其是否已满足设计要求.仿真结果表明设计与装配符合设计要求,活塞运动正常,没有出现卡死或漏气现象.     

Tyr/MWNTs-Chit/GCE生物传感器的制备及其在快速检测大肠杆菌中的应用

该文基于多壁碳纳米管(muhiwalled carbon nanotubes,MWNTs)-壳聚糖(Chit)复合物修饰电极制备了灵敏、稳定的酪氨酸酶(tyrosinase.Tyr)生物传感器.由于MWNTs-Chit复合物具有好的生物兼容性以及电催化能力,Tyrr/MWNTs-Chit/GCE生物传感器在苯酚的检测中具有高灵敏度(412 mA/mo1),低检测限(5.0nmol/L),较宽的线性范围(1.0×10-8～2.8×10-5mol/L)以及良好的稳定性(10天后仍保持93%的活性).把Tyr/MWNTs-Chit/GCE生物传感器进一步应用于大肠杆菌的检测,大肠杆菌在104～107 cfu/mL范围内与电流响应成正比;经过5.0 h的培养,进一步降低大肠杆菌的检测限至10 cfu/mL.     

西门子S7系列PLC在成都地铁BAS系统中的应用

本系统以西门子S7-414H冗余控制器为主站,多台S7—200PLC和S7—300PLC为从站,通过光纤链路模块OLM组成冗余光纤环网,实现地铁设备监控系统的完美控制。文章重点介绍了控制工艺背景、主／从网络组成构架、硬件配置及软件编程．要点、系统中包含的PROFIBUS-DP、MODBUS、网络读写等通讯协议出现的问题及解决方法、调试后达到的效果及应用体会。     

Secretome analysis of novel IgE-binding proteins from Penicillium citrinum

The Penicillium genus of fungi is a frequently reported cause of allergic reactions. However, only a limited number of allergens have been reported. In Penicillium spp., many allergens show higher IgE-binding activity in culture filtrate extracts than in cellular extracts. In order to investigate the IgE-reactive profile of mold-sensitized patients, secreted IgE-reactive proteins from Penicillium citrinum were identified by 2-DE, serum immunoblotting, and nanoLC-MS/MS. Among the IgE-reactive spots, one known allergen, Pen c 13, and four novel allergens were identified. The cDNAs coding for Pen c 32 and Pen c 30 were cloned using designed primers based on nanoLC-MS/MS analysis. The amino acid sequences of Pen c 32 and Pen c 30 were, respectively, found to have extensive similarity with those of pectate lyases and catalases from various fungi. Native Pen c 30 was shown to have catalase activity and to bind to serum IgE from 48% of mold-allergic patients and induced immediate type skin reactions in a sensitized patient. Here, we present a proteome approach which resulted in the identification of four novel secreted allergens. These novel allergens might be useful in allergy diagnosis and in the treatment of mold-allergic disorders.     

冗余控制系统在炼铁厂TRT发电装置中的应用

鉴于TRT高炉煤气发电装置的重要性且对其可靠性的要求较高,因而该发电装置的控制系统选用了西门子S7—400H冗余系统。文中简述了TRT高炉煤气发电装置的构成,介绍了S7—400H冗余系统的硬件结构、模块参数和各程序模块的具体功能。该控制系统投运后,TRT高炉煤气发电装置运行可靠,效果良好。     

Estimation in a linear multivariate measurement error model with a change point in the data

A linear multivariate measurement error model AX=B is considered. The errors in are row-wise finite dependent, and within each row, the errors may be correlated. Some of the columns may be observed without errors, and in addition the error covariance matrix may differ from row to row. The columns of the error matrix are united into two uncorrelated blocks, and in each block, the total covariance structure is supposed to be known up to a corresponding scalar factor. Moreover the row data are clustered into two groups, according to the behavior of the rows of true A matrix. The change point is unknown and estimated in the paper. After that, based on the method of corrected objective function, strongly consistent estimators of the scalar factors and X are constructed, as the numbers of rows in the clusters tend to infinity. Since Toeplitz/Hankel structure is allowed, the results are applicable to system identification, with a change point in the input data.     

On the Efficient Evaluation of Coalescence Integrals in Population Balance Models

The solution of population balance equations is a function f(t,r,x) describing a population density of particles of the property x at time t and space r. For instance, the additional independent variable x may denote the particle size. The describing partial differential equation contains additional sink and source terms involving integral operators. Since the coordinate x adds at least one further dimension to the spatial directions and time coordinate, an efficient numerical treatment of the integral terms is crucial. One of the more involved integral terms appearing in population balance models is the coalescence integral, which is of the form ∫ ₀ ^x κ(x–y, y) f(y) f(x–y)dy. In this paper, we describe an evaluation method of this integral which needs only operations, where n is the number of degrees of freedom with respect to the variable x. This cost can also be obtained in the case of a grid geometrically refined towards x=0.
