FEC体系高电压电解液性能研究

在常规碳酸酯基电解液中加入20％（体积百分数）氟代碳酸乙烯酯（FEC）,可将电解液电化学窗口提高至4.7V.LiNi0.5 Mn1.5 O4//Li半电池测试结果表明,FEC的加入不影响电池库伦效率和材料克容量发挥,其中含20％FEC电解液可以使锂离子电池在0.5C充放电条件下100次循环容量保持率为98.5％,远高于使用不含FEC常规电解液的锂离子电池容量保持率（81.6％）.     

MFIS and MFMIS structures using Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 films for nonvolatile memory devices

Abstract

In this work, metal / ferroelectric / insulator / semiconductor (MFIS) and metal / ferroelectric / metal / insulator / semiconductor (MFMIS) structures using Pb(Zr, Ti)O₃ (PZT) films were fabricated and characterized for nonvolatile NDRO memory device. 300nm-thick PZT films were deposited by reactive RF magnetron sputtering method on ZrTiO₄(ZT)/Si and Pt/ZT/Si substrates. C-V hysteresis were measured in both MFIS and MFMIS structures. By using a small-size MFM capacitor on a large-size MIS structure, it was found that the memory window of MFMIS structure was larger than that of the MFIS structure. There is a critical area ratio (S_MIS/S_MFM) in MFMIS structure. When an area ratio in MFMIS structure is below 12, the memory window increased with increasing area ratio. We could obtain that the memory window of MFMIS structure with a S_MIS/S_MFM of 11.8 was 2.1 V and 3.2 V with an applied voltage at 3 V and 5 V.     

Formation of Silicate-Added (Bi,La)4Ti3O12 Films on LaAlO3/Si(100) Structures

We fabricated MFIS (metal-ferroelectric-insulator-semiconductor) diodes with ((Bi,La)₄Ti₃O₁₂: BLT) films and lanthanum silicate (La₂SiO₅: LSO)-added BLT films formed on LaAlO₃/Si(100) structures. LaAlO₃ films were prepared by an MBD (molecular beam deposition) method. After the film deposition, they were subjected to ex site N₂ annealing in a rapid thermal annealing (RTA) furnace at 800°C for 1 min. BLT films and LSO-added BLT films were deposited on these LaAlO₃/Si structures using a sol-gel technique. The memory windows of BLT and LSO-added BLT films were 3.0 V and 2.1 V, respectively. It was found from the current density-voltage (I-V) characteristics that the insulation property of the LSO-added BLT film was superior to that of the BLT film. We conclude from these results that LaAlO₃ is an excellent candidate of a buffer layer for forming ferroelectric-gate FETs and that the LSO-added BLT film is suitable for low voltage operation of the FETs.     

一种用于闪频观察窗的直流步进电机控制系统设计 经济型数控化改造中主轴部分控制的设计

针对真空冶炼过程中观察熔炼状态存在的问题,设计了一种用于闪频观察窗的直流步进电机控制系统,根据在真空密封环境下电机所需的启停及运转方式等工艺要求,选择直流步进电机来拖动遮挡盘,通过PLC与汇编程序技术来构建电机运转控制系统。首先由PLC中的梯型图程序建立电机启停逻辑框架,再由汇编程序来设置电机的运转状态,最终实现了整个直流步进电机控制系统的自动化、一体化。根据现场使用情况分析,在应用了此系统拖动的遮挡盘后,观察窗在观看清晰度、运转平稳度以及系统保护上都展现出了良好的效果,大大降低了镜面清洗率,因此,该系统在真空冶炼行业的观察窗设备中具有较好的应用前景。

硅窗气调保鲜贮藏茶树菇的化学及生理变化研究

茶树菇在10% O2 、10% CO2、80% N2 和10% O2、15% CO2、75% N2 的气体浓度下,分别用有硅窗和没有硅窗的聚丙烯盒包装,在3 ± 1℃温度下贮藏20d,对贮藏期间盒内的气体组成、茶树菇的呼吸强度、VC 含量、总酸、可溶性固形物含量、电导率及蛋白质含量进行定期检测。结果表明：有硅窗和没有硅窗存在对检测指标有显著差异,硅窗有良好的气体交换性能,能保证茶树菇贮藏在适宜的气体环境中,化学和生理变化缓慢,有利于茶树菇品质的保存。初始气体浓度对茶树菇的贮藏品质保存也有一定的影响,有硅窗、10% O2 、10%CO2、80% N2 的处理条件能保证整个贮藏期间O2 浓度都在1.5% 以上,而CO2 的浓度都在12.6% 以下,最适合茶树菇的贮藏。     

Quantum chemical aided molecular design of ionic liquids as green electrolytes for electrodeposition of active metals

Quantum chemical calculation was used to estimate the reduction potentials of 25 organic cations and the oxidation potentials of 11 anions. This information was used to select promising cations and anions for the preparation of ionic liquids as green electrolytes for electrodeposition of active metals. The reasonable linear correlations between the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energies and the reduction potentials of cations, and the linear relationships between the oxidation potentials and the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energies of anions were obtained. The orders of electrochemical stability for cations and anions being obtained agree well with the experimental measurements. The suitable ionic liquids with sufficiently wide electrochemical windows for electrodeposition of active metals are suggested to be [Emim]NTf₂, [Bmim]NTf₂, [Bmim]BF₄, [Bmim]PF₆, [Bmim]CTf₃, [Emim]BF₄, [Emim]PF₆, [Emim]CTf_3..
