“材料腐蚀与防护”课程教学的创新性探索

腐蚀一直是困扰工程领域的关键问题之一,关于材料腐蚀与防护的研究至今没有停歇。在此背景下,高校材料及化工类专业将材料腐蚀与防护作为本专业的必修课,旨在向学生阐明腐蚀的基本概念、重要理论以及防护的基本原理和常用手段。需要从材料腐蚀与防护的教学内容、教学方法以及考核方式入手进行课程教学的创新性探索,将国内外腐蚀与防护领域的最新动态引入到课堂中,提高教学质量并引导学生积极思考、探索。     

A troubling trend in public utility regulation

With the increase in stakeholders in the regulatory process, it has become more difficult for regulators to protect utility-customer interests. Requiring utilities to expand their role in serving society has caused regulators to consider other objectives other than setting just and reasonable rates and assuring reliable utility service.     

Effects of fibre parameters on the ultraviolet protection of fibre assemblies

Ultraviolet (UV) radiation protection is becoming increasingly necessary for human health, and textiles play an important role. The interaction between UV light and textiles is a complex one, involving fibre, yarn and fabric parameters. In this study, an optical model is presented for examining the influences of fibre parameters on the UV protection offered by a bundle of fibres with a given mass. The effects of mean fibre diameter and fibre type on UV absorption were examined. The model was verified with results of UV–visible diffuse reflectance measurements on natural and synthetic fibres. When the mass of fibres was kept constant, within the measurement range in this study, a bundle of fibres with coarser fibres had a lower UV reflectance than that with finer ones. The model accurately predicted factors influencing UV protection, including fibre diameter, fibre transmittance, porosity and refractive index.

采用水力模型研究方法 ,针对马钢 2 0t转炉进行溅渣护炉冷态模拟试验 ,得出最佳工艺参数为 :枪位 1680mm ,氮气流量为 110 0 0m3/h ,大流渣量 ,渣粘度适中。此外 ,在满足炼钢生产的条件下 ,采用夹角为 13°的喷头溅渣效果好     

武钢110kV电网整定计算新方法的应用

根据110kV电网的变化以及计算机技术的发展，介绍110kV电网计算机整定计算的新方法，并针对武钢电网的特点，把该方法成功应用于武钢110kV电网继电保护整定计算工作中，以提高继电保护定值的准确性和整定效率，保证武钢电网保护可靠动作。
