非主动加密技术方案的研究

随着办公自动化的普及应用，机密数据的安全存取是企业在信息安全领域最为关心的问题。根据企业安全需要，通过对系统中涉及到的Windows2000操作系统文件过滤系统驱动开发原理和非主动加密技术的分析，设计了一套适合企业安全需求的网络管理解决方案，并给出了该方案开发的核心——文件过滤加密模块的设计。

随着移动存储介质的广泛应用,由移动存储介质引发的信息泄漏的安全问题越来越受到关注。论文提出一种移动存储介质安全管理系统,从移动存储介质认证和文件加密方面入手,强化对移动存储介质的安全管理,防止通过移动存储介质引起的信息泄漏。     

基于多代理系统方法的存贮路径问题研究

在分析现有研究成果的基础上,运用智能化的多代理技术建模方法,将问题抽象映射成为4类自治的Agent,构造存贮路径问题（Inventory Routing Problem,IRP）的多代理模型,通过Agent间的通信与协作完成问题的求解,为该问题的处理探索一条新的途径。     

综合资源战略规划概述

电力市场化改革打破了电力企业发输配售垄断的生产经营模式,也失去了电力企业制订综合资源规划的条件。没有综合资源规划,需求侧管理的理论依据不再存在。但是面对能源资源及环境的压力,各国政府依然把需求侧管理作为节能减排的有效工具。将综合资源规划的理念拓展为国家层面的综合资源战略规划,并进行了两者的比较研究．讨论了综合资源战略规划的基本概念及实施步骤。综合资源战略规划可作为需求侧管理的理论基础。     

Reformulation of a codeine phosphate liquid controlled-release product

Background: Ion-exchange resins have been successfully used to create drug formulations providing controlled drug release that are easy to swallow, are sufficiently stable, and have good taste-masking characteristics. The objective of the present study was to replace the ion-exchange resin in a proven delayed release codeine preparation with a new resin able to provide the beneficial properties of the original formulations without the need for Eudragit coating to comply with modern manufacturing regulations. Methods: Nine cationic exchangers with different particle meshes, form, and pore structures were optimally loaded with codeine and their respective in vitro codeine release profiles were compared using the USP XXIII paddle method. Results: The most favorable release profiles were obtained with Amberlite IR 69 F and with Dowex 50 × 8?100. The former was used to prepare the formulated drug–resin complexes as it was available in a pharmaceutically pure form. Both, the cough syrup and concentrate formulations exhibited drug release profiles equivalent to the nonformulated drug–resin complex. These profiles as well as initial free codeine levels, the purity, and the identity were moreover maintained for a storage period of at least 6 months. Conclusion: The in vitro dissolution profiles demonstrated that the use of ion exchanger is most suitable for the development of sustained release codeine formulations.     

A hybrid heuristic for the inventory routing problem under dynamic regional pricing

The inventory routing problem (IRP) seeks to meet the demands of customers during consecutive time periods. Because of the geographical distribution of customers and variations in willingness to pay of the consumers in distinct locations and time, regional and time-based pricing are powerful ways to improve profitability. In this study, a quadratic mixed-integer programming model for single product, multi-period Inventory Routing under the dynamic regional pricing problem (IRDRP) has been proposed. A hybrid heuristic approach is developed to solve it. This algorithm comprises five phases: initialization, demand generation, demand adjustment, inventory routing, and neighborhood search, which are embedded in a simulated annealing framework. Experimental results indicate as the problem size increases, the difference between CPLEX and the proposed heuristic algorithm optimality gap exhibits an upward trend and that the heuristic outperforms CPLEX. A sensitivity analysis demonstrates that by intensifying the scarce capacity, approaching an optimal solution will be more difficult.     

基于双种群入侵性杂草算法的服务型城市综合资源规划

针对服务型城市的产业特性及其相应的电力负荷特点,论述了加快建设以蓄冷蓄热技术为主的移峰填谷类能效电厂的必要性。为解决服务型城市峰谷差大的问题,引入调峰能力约束,建立了同时考虑供应侧传统机组与需求侧能效电厂,以规划期内综合成本最小为目标函数的综合资源规划模型。并且提出了一种改进双种群IWO算法进行优化求解,通过算例验证了模型和算法的有效性。应用该模型可以实现系统总成本最小、减少污染物排放及有效调峰等效果。     

用图学造型方法开发新型填料

在化工填料的研究开发工作中，笔者运用图学造型设计方法，应用面材成成理论对化工填料结构形状进行了深入的分析研究，开发出多种断续波纹填料，并已在炼油和化工等域得到了广泛应用，经济效益显著。     

电力需求侧管理对胜利油田的激励作用

胜利油田作为用电大户,电能消耗量接近山东省总用电量的十分之一,电费成本占油田生产成本的近30%。近年来,洞口结合自身实际情况,实施了IRP和DSM激励措施,通过终端用户和电网本体DSM方案的落实．取得了最高负荷连年下降的效果。
