采用正交设计法优化了浸渍法制备固体超强碱KF/A l2O3催化剂工艺参数。以丙烯腈和丙二酸二乙酯的M ichael加成反应收率为考察指标,对催化剂制备工艺进行优化,并采用SPSS统计软件包对制备工艺参数进行多元回归统计,并根据回归拟合的多项式数学模型,讨论了浸渍法制备的较佳工艺。  相似文献

Commercial fluorine production is conducted from KF.2HF melts at 85C in Monel cells that are subject to corrosion. Here we report studies of passivation and depassivation of the Monel in relation to that of Ni, its principal (65 wt % ) constituent, by means of cyclic voltammetry and recording of open-circuit potential-relaxation transients. The latter exhibit arrests at characteristic Flade-type potentials and lead to information on the kinetics of passive film breakdown. The role of diffusion processes in such breakdown and film dissolution is evaluated using the rotating disc electrode technique which enables comparisons to be made with the passivation behaviour of the separate main components of Monel, viz. 针对UG软件没有通用标准件库且一般标准件库缺乏智能性的现状,综合利用UG/KF的知识熔接模块以及两种特征创建方法--语言编程法和UDF调用法,建立基于知识熔接和数据库的标准件库. 以气门弹簧优化设计为例,利用UG/KF优化类模块,进一步开发标准件智能优化选择功能. 实践表明该方法能缩短产品开发时间,方便库管理,界面友好,能够提高机械设计效率.  相似文献

为了提高非结构化道路识别算法的有效性,提出在运用图像分类和使用归一化彩色分量进行判断的基础上,充分利用图像的边缘信息,通过将图像边界范围、边界走向趋势与区域分类的结果相融合,得到道路的边界。使用Kalman滤波器对道路进行跟踪,处理了由于石阶等原因造成的路面扩大、路与非路交界区模糊难以区分和道路受阴影影响等实际情况。实验结果表明,该方法简便有效,能适应各种不同的非结构化道路,具有一定的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Membrane catalytic reactor (MCR) combing catalytic reaction with membrane separating process has exhibited a promising pathway to improve reaction conversion and selectivity for its selective permeating products online or controlling the addition of key reactants. In this work, three types of supported membranes (i.e. silica inorganic membrane, polyimide-silica and polyimide-titania hybrid membranes) and copper catalyst supported on MgO–SiO2 composite substrate modified by KF were prepared, were used as MCRs materials and catalyst, respectively, for the direct synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from carbon dioxide and methanol. The influences of operating conditions on the conversion of methanol and the selectivity to DMC were discussed. The results show that hybrid membranes have excellent thermal and hydrophilic properties and that water vapor diffusing through them obeyed surface flow mechanism. The reaction behaviors of MCR are higher than those of CCR with the conversion of methanol improved remarkably and the selectivity to DMC increase a few under proper reaction conditions. The catalytic reaction performances are controlled mainly by the characters of catalyst, and the incorporation of MCRs has not changed the reaction mechanism, which played the primary roles as the concentration distributors in the catalytic reaction system.  相似文献

For the missile with passive seeker,the improvement of passive ranger’s precision is one of the key issues in development of the defense penetrate strategy. On the offensive warheads,the infrared imaging device was used to measure the line-of-sight angle information of the blocker,and then using the algorithm of Kalman Filter under polar coordinates,the distance from the blocker to the warheads was obtained. The simulation result under polar coordinates was compared with that of Cartesian coordinate. The validity of the method was analyzed,and the schemes of improvement were brought out.  相似文献

A control-based full state observer scheme is explored for video target tracking application, and is enhanced with a lowpass filter for improving the tracking precision, thus forming an Enhanced Full State Observer (EFSO). The whole design is based on the given lab-generated video sequence with motion of an articulate target. To evaluate the EFSO’s stochastic noise tolerance, a Kalman Filter (KF) is intentionally employed in tracking the same target with the given Gaussian white noises. The comparison results indicate that, for system noises of certain statistics, the proposed EFSO has its own noise resistance capacity that is superior to that of KF and is more advantageous for implementation.  相似文献
