Ultra water-repellent films for which contact angles of water drops exceed 150° were prepared by microwave plasma-enhanced
CVD using two kinds of organosilicon compound and fluoro-alkyl silane (FAS) at low substrate temperature. Hexamethyldisilane
(HMDS) and hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) were used as starting materials. Molecular orbital (MO) calculation suggested that
HMDS was more easily decomposable than HMDSO. The films prepared with HMDS and FAS had ultra water repellency. On the other

以油酸、聚乙二醇400(PEG400)为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,酯化合成聚乙二醇400单油酸酯(PEG400MO)。考察了反应溶剂、温度、催化剂用量、溶剂用量、萃取用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,最终确定最佳的反应条件为油酸与PEG400的摩尔比为1:1.2,对甲苯磺酸投料量为油酸质量的10%,环己烷投料量为油酸的10倍体积,在68℃加热回流反应约7 h,反应完全后加入与对甲苯磺酸等摩尔的碳酸氢钠中和,再以油酸1.0倍质量的PEG400分成等量3次萃取,萃取后减压蒸馏除去环己烷,再经过滤得到产品PEG400MO。以研发的工艺进行工业化生产,平均摩尔收率在90%左右,产品各项指标符合标准要求。 相似文献

The high-temperature sulfidation behavior of 310stainless steel (310SS) with Mo and Al additions (up to10 at.%) was studied over the temperature range700-900°C in pure-sulfur vapor over the range of 10-3 to 10-1 atm. Thecorrosion kinetics followed the parabolic rate law inall cases and the sulfidation rates increased withincreasing temperature and sulfur pressure. Thesulfidation rates decreased with increasing Mo and Al contents and it wasfound that the addition of 10 at.% Mo resulted in themost pronounced reduction among the alloys studied. Thescales formed on 310SS with Mo additions were complex, consisting of an outer layer of ironsulfide (with dissolved Cr), (Fe,Ni)9S8, andCr2S3/Cr3S4(with dissolved Fe), and an inner heterophasic layer ofFe1-xS,Cr2S3/Cr3S4,NiCr2S4,Fe1.25Mo6S7.7, FeMo2S4, andMoS2. The scales formed on 310SS with Mo andAl additions had a similar mixture as above, except thatAl0.55Mo2S4 was alsoobserved in the inner layer. The formation ofMoS2 andAl0.55Mo2S4 partly blocked the transport of cations throughthe inner scale, resulting in the reduction of thesulfidation rates compared to 310SS. 相似文献

AbstractDegradation in tensile and creep properties has been investigated for 2·25Cr–1Mo steel, after long term service at 577°C for 1·9 × 105 h. Creep tests were carried out at 550–690°C for up to about 10 000 h for the long term serviced material. The results are compared with those for virgin material tested for up to 100 000 h. The creep rupture time is shorter but creep ductility is larger for the long term serviced material than for the virgin material at high stress and short time conditions. The difference between the two materials becomes decreased with decreasing stress and increasing time. Microstructure evolution during long term service causes a softening and promotes dynamic recovery or recrystallisation during subsequent creep, which accelerates the onset of acceleration creep. This results in a higher minimum creep rate and a shorter rupture time for the long term serviced material than for the virgin material. The deviation from Monkman–Grant relationship is correlated with a decrease in total elongation. 相似文献

Modified 9CR-1MO usage has been highly increased in recent years mainly under high-temperature application. This paper focusses on microstructure without post heat treatment and hardness, stress analysis of weld zone, heat affected zone and parent metal with and without post heat treatment. Here, among many suitable welding processes, we have been chosen Tungsten Inert Gas Welding with an appropriate filler rod ER308L.The post heat treatment is been carried out by an annealing process. The study of microstructure for 9cr-1mo steel mainly describes size and shape of grains by the Scanning Electronic Microscope, micro, and macro structure examination. The tensile and hardness strength of the 9cr-1mo steel has been determined by using suitable equipment throughout the base metal and weld zone. The microstructure is uniform and free from a dendritic pattern, the ductility of material more after annealing and the hardness of material become uniform overall except in HAZ. 相似文献
