The effect of a direct electric current on the wetting behaviour of eutectic SnBi melt on Cu substrate at 220°C was investigated in the present study. It is found that the application of current enhanced the growth rate and lateral growth of interfacial reaction layer between eutectic SnBi melt and Cu substrate. Furthermore, with the increase in the current, the spread of eutectic SnBi melt on Cu is accelerated significantly and the steady state contact angle is decreased markedly. The reason for these is also discussed in the present paper.  相似文献

Quaternary ammonium geminal Brønsted acid ionic liquids (GBAILs) based on zwitterionic 1,2-bis[N-methyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl)-alkylammonium]ethane (where the carbon number of the alkyl chain is 4, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, or 18) and p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate were synthesized. The catalytic ionic liquids were applied in three-component Mannich reactions with an aldehyde, ketone, and amine at 25 °C in water. The effects of the type and amount of catalyst and reaction time as well as the scope of the reaction were investigated. Results showed that GBAIL-C14 has excellent catalytic activity and fair reusability. The catalytic procedure was simple, and the catalyst could be recycled seven times via a simple separation process without noticeable decreases in catalytic activity.  相似文献

In this article, we have established the homotopy analysis method (HAM) for solving a few partial differential equations arising in engineering. This technique provides the solutions in rapid convergence series with computable terms for the problems with high degree of nonlinear terms appearing in the governing differential equations. The convergence analysis of the proposed method is also discussed. Finally, we have given some illustrative examples to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

为确保抽水蓄能电站机组通流部件的稳定运行,对球阀与压力钢管连接位置处焊缝应力进行了测试,利用球阀全开导叶全关时的静水压力对应力测点进行标定,进而获得了甩负荷情况下焊缝位置处的应力变化特征。数据分析结果表明:焊缝处各测点环向应力与球阀前压力呈正相关,相关系数大于0.94;焊缝处顺水流方向应力与压力呈负相关,相关系数小于-0.85;稳态发电工况及甩负荷过程中应力测点中存在明显的动静干涉频率成分;受水锤影响,最大应力变化产生于甩满负荷工况;最大应力值分析表明,压力钢管可以长期安全稳态的运行。  相似文献

Indian infantry soldiers carry smaller magnitudes of loads for operational requirements. The ground reaction forces (GRFs) and impulse responses of 10 healthy male Indian infantry soldiers were collected while they walked carrying operational loads between 4.2 and 17.5 kg (6.5–27.2% of mean body weight (BW)) and a control condition of no external load (NL). The GRF and impulse components were normalised for BW, and data for each load condition were compared with NL in each side applying one-way analysis of variance followed by Dunnett's post hoc test. Right foot data were compared with corresponding left foot GRF data for all load conditions and NL. There were significant increases in vertical and anteroposterior GRFs with increase in load. Left and right feet GRF data in corresponding load conditions were significantly different in anteroposterior plane. No significant change was observed in the temporal components of support phase of gait. Changes in impulse parameter were observed in the anteroposterior and vertical planes while carrying load greater than 23 and 16.6% of BW for the right foot and left foot, respectively. Result indicates that smaller magnitudes of loads produced kinetic changes proportional to system weight, similar to heavier loads with the possibility of increased injury risk. Observed smaller asymmetric changes in gait may be considered as postural adjustment due to load. Unique physical characteristics of Indian soldiers and the probable design shortcomings of the existing backpack might have caused significant changes in GRF and peak impulse during smaller load carriage.  相似文献

A facile approach to prepare a thin film vapor sensor is demonstrated through droplet interfacial reaction on an IDA microelectrode.Scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy analyses show that the film of the vapor sensor is composed of self-assembled gold nanocrystals in an average diameter of about 4.3 nm.The as-prepared sensor was examined by potential step method and impedance measurement,which exhibited significant A/?//?,responses and excellent cycle performance to the volatile organic compound(VOC) vapors of acetone,methanol,styrene,benzene,toluene and ethanol.The selectivity to the VOCs with benzene ring or organic solvents suggests that the sensor is probably in line with the swelling and dielectric sensing mechanisms.  相似文献

A facile synthetic pathway to a multi‐arm star graft polymer has been developed via a grafting‐onto strategy using a combination of a reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) arm‐first technique and aldehyde–aminooxy click reaction. A star backbone bearing aldehyde groups was prepared by the RAFT copolymerization of acrolein (Ac), an existing commercial aldehyde‐bearing monomer, with styrene (St), followed by crosslinking of the resultant poly(St‐co‐Ac) macro‐RAFT agent using divinylbenzene. The aldehyde groups on the star backbone were then used as clickable sites to attach poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) side chains via the click reaction between the aldehyde groups and aminooxy‐terminated PEG, leading to a structurally well‐defined star graft copolymer with arms consisting of poly(St‐co‐Ac) as backbone and PEG as side chains. Crystalline morphology and self‐assembly in water of the obtained star graft copolymer were also investigated. Opportunities are open for the star graft copolymer to form either multimolecular micelles or unimolecular micelles via control of the number of grafted PEG side chains. © 2013 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Low temperature water–gas shift (WGS) reaction has been carried out at the gas hourly space velocity of 72,152 h−1 over Cu–CeO2 catalyst prepared by a co-precipitation method. Cu loading was optimized to obtain highly active co-precipitated Cu–CeO2 catalysts for low temperature WGS. 80 wt% Cu–CeO2 exhibited the highest CO conversion as well as the most stable activity (XCO > 46% at 240 °C for 100 h). The excellent catalytic performance is mainly due to a strong metal to support interaction, resulting in the prevention of Cu sintering.  相似文献
