Computer Numerical Control Machine Tool (CNCMT) Digital Twin (DT) model is a carrier for complex, time-varying, coupled data of CNCMT, which can theoretically provide a time-varying high-fidelity model. However, there are still many difficulties in its implementation process. And the key issue is how to realize the updated DT model with performance attenuation and validate it. In order to solve this problem, a model consistency retention method for CNCMT DT model is studied and proposed in this paper. Firstly, the framework of consistency retention method for DT model is designed including both digital space and physical space. The principles of data management and performance attenuation update in digital space are elaborated. Then, the implementation method for consistency retention of CNCMT DT model is studied in terms of performance attenuation update workflow for wear and other damage separately. Finally, a case study for the establishment and application of high-fidelity test bench DT model that focusing on rolling guide-rail is carried out to show the implementation flow of the proposed method and verify its operability and effectiveness. 相似文献

Clegg and Spencer's (2007) model of job design synthesizes and extends recent conceptions of the job design process by incorporating variables such as knowledge, motivation, and trust into a cyclical and dynamic system. The objective of this study was to examine the sequential organization of variables that comprise the model, as a basis from which to justify further investigations of the model's dynamic properties. Data were collected via questionnaires from 432 participants in two work organizations. Results obtained from structural equation modeling are broadly supportive of the proposed relationships between the variables. ContextTo determine the effectiveness of software testers a suitable performance appraisal approach is necessary, both for research and practice purposes. However, review of relevant literature reveals little information of how software testers are appraised in practice.Objective(i) To enhance our knowledge of industry practice of performance appraisal of software testers and (ii) to collect feedback from project managers on a proposed performance appraisal form for software testers.MethodA web-based survey with questionnaire was used to collect responses. Participants were recruited using cluster and snowball sampling. 18 software development project managers participated.ResultsWe found two broad trends in performance appraisal of software testers – same employee appraisal process for all employees and a specialized performance appraisal method for software testers. Detailed opinions were collected and analyzed on how performance of software testers should be appraised. Our proposed appraisal approach was generally well-received.ConclusionFactors such as number of bugs found after delivery and efficiency of executing test cases were considered important in appraising software testers’ performance. In this paper we introduce a multi-method multiple criteria approach for evaluating the performance of organizations. Performance analysis may include both strategic and operational performance, as well as financial and other less tangible factors. This paper introduces the use of Fuzzy C-Means and TOPSIS for organizational performance evaluation purposes. Using real company data and balanced scorecard accounting and performance dimensions the methodology is applied and evaluated. The predictive abilities of the technique from an organizational performance evaluation approach are evaluated using this data. One of the results from the illustrative application is that economic performance evaluation is not the best predictor of overall viability of some organizations, especially e-commerce based organizations. 相似文献

In the past few decades several supply chain management initiatives such as Vendor Managed Inventory, Continuous Replenishment and Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) have been proposed in literature to improve the performance of supply chains. But, identifying the benefits of collaboration is still a big challenge for many supply chains. Confusion around the optimum number of partners, investment in collaboration and duration of partnership are some of the barriers of healthy collaborative arrangements. To evolve competitive supply chain collaboration (SCC), all SC processes need to be assessed from time to time for evaluating the performance. In a growing field, performance measurement is highly indispensable in order to make continuous improvement; in a new field, it is equally important to check the performance to test conduciveness of SCC. In this research, collaborative performance measurement will act as a testing tool to identify conducive environment to collaborate, by the way of pinpointing areas requiring improvements before initializing collaboration. We use actual industrial data and simulation to help managerial decision-making on the number of collaborating partners, the level of investments and the involvement in supply chain processes. This approach will help the supply chains to obtain maximum benefit of collaborative relationships. The use of simulation for understanding the performance of SCC is relatively a new approach and this can be used by companies that are interested in collaboration without having to invest a huge sum of money in establishing the actual collaboration. 相似文献

The manycore revolution can be characterized by increasing thread counts, decreasing memory per thread, and diversity of continually evolving manycore architectures. High performance computing (HPC) applications and libraries must exploit increasingly finer levels of parallelism within their codes to sustain scalability on these devices. A major obstacle to performance portability is the diverse and conflicting set of constraints on memory access patterns across devices. Contemporary portable programming models address manycore parallelism (e.g., OpenMP, OpenACC, OpenCL) but fail to address memory access patterns. The Kokkos C++ library enables applications and domain libraries to achieve performance portability on diverse manycore architectures by unifying abstractions for both fine-grain data parallelism and memory access patterns. In this paper we describe Kokkos’ abstractions, summarize its application programmer interface (API), present performance results for unit-test kernels and mini-applications, and outline an incremental strategy for migrating legacy C++ codes to Kokkos. The Kokkos library is under active research and development to incorporate capabilities from new generations of manycore architectures, and to address a growing list of applications and domain libraries. 相似文献
