Multiporous carbons (MPCs) are prepared using ZnO as a hard template and biomass pyrolysis oil as the carbon source. It is shown that the surface area, pore volume, and mesopore/micropore ratio of the as-prepared MPCs can be easily controlled by adjusting the ZnO/oil ratio. Sulfur/MPC (S/MPC) composite is prepared by blending sulfur powder with the as-prepared MPCs followed by microwave heating at three different powers (100 W/200 W/300 W) for 60 s. The unique micro/mesostructure characteristics of the resulting porous carbons not only endow the S/MPC composite with sufficient available space for sulfur storage, but also provide favorable and efficient channels for Li-ions/electrons transportation. When applied as the electrode material in a lithium-ion battery (LIB), the S/MPC composite shows a reversible capacity (about 500 mAh g−1) and a high columbic efficiency (>95%) after 70 cycles. Overall, the method proposed in this study provides a simple and green approach for the rapid production of MPCs and S/MPC composite for high-performance LIBs. 相似文献

This paper reports the development and testing of a rotary screw compressor lubricant based on two-stage severely hydrotreated petroleum base oil, and compares the fluid's performance with that of a synthetic polyalphaolefinbased compressor fluid. It was found that performance was in most respects the same for both fluids. It is essential for a lubricating oil blender to be able to quantify the contribution that each component entering in a formulation makes to the viscosity of the finished product. In this context several studies have been devoted to the modelling of the thickening power of different types of polymers at both high (100 °C and 40°C) and low (−15°C) temperature in base oils of various origins and viscosities. To complement these earlier investigations, it is necessary to quantify the effect of the additive package on the viscosity of the formulation. The wear characteristics of metal-organic chelate additives containing tin bonded to aliphatic dicarboxylic acids were investigated on a reciprocating motion test machine in lubrication of a steel-bronze contact. It was found that both the valence state of the tin and the chain lengths of the dicarboxylic acids affected the wear results. All the compounds reduce wear effectively and, at pressures below 1.76 MPa, they assure zero ZDTP and SnDTP additives in the steel-steel concentrated contact using the standard four-ball machine. 相似文献

This paper deals with the analysis of the influence of base oil viscosity on the ability of ZDDP-containing lubricants to form protective layers (especially antiwear layers). The chemical structure of additives used was characterised according to their thermal stability, determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The additives were added to base oils of various viscosities. The prepared lubricants were tested using a four-ball machine, and analysed by DSC. The relationships between base oil viscosity and seizure load (Pt), weld load (Pw) and DSC test results are presented and discussed.
