Some fixed point theorems in 1-M-complete fuzzy metric-like spaces

Very recently, in order to unify the notions of fuzzy metric space and metric-like space, Shukla and Abbas introduced the concept of fuzzy metric-like space and proved some fixed-point results in this setting. In this article, we modify the notion of Cauchy sequence and completeness to generalize their results. Thus, we extend their theorems to a more general framework, which is also appropriate to generalize some recent, well-known results in this line of research. Furthermore, several examples are presented to illustrate the significance of our results.     

Antiviral drug acyclovir exhibits antitumor activity via targeting βTrCP1: Molecular docking and dynamics simulation study

The critical role of βTrCP1 in cancer development makes it a discerning target for the development of small drug like molecules. Currently, no inhibitor exists that is able to target its substrate binding site. Through molecular docking and dynamics simulation assays, we explored the comparative binding pattern of βTrCP1-WD40 domain with ACV and its phospho-derivatives (ACVMP, ACVDP and ACVTP). Consequently, through principal component analysis, βTrCP1-ACVTP was found to be more stable complex by obscuring a reduced conformational space than other systems. Thus based on the residual contribution and hydrogen bonding pattern, ACVTP was considered as a noteworthy inhibitor which demarcated binding in the cleft formed by βTrCP1-WD40 specific β-propeller. The outcomes of this study may provide a platform for rational design of specific and potent inhibitor against βTrCP1, with special emphasis on anticancer activity.     

AFDX网络测试技术研究与实现

近年来,航空电子全双工交换式以太网(AFDX)是使用广泛的新一代航空总线;国内对其研究缺乏相关技术支持;传统AFDX网络测试技术存在数据交互测试准确性差、测试时间长、人员开销大、测试数据层深度匮乏等问题,针对上述问题形成的原因,提出AFDX网络测试3+1整合法设计;采用数据整流测试技术(DVSER)、动态特征交互绑定技术(HDBD)与数据智能定位技术(HGYD)对产生的问题进行针对性解决;通过仿真实验测试证明,提出的AFDX网络测试3+1整合法的各项测试数据优于传统测试方法。     

基于DE1-SoC的磁性介质显示系统设计与实现

针对常规平面成像技术表现形式单一,容易视觉疲劳等问题,提出一种新型的基于FPGA/ARM异构双核控制的磁性介质显示系统,实现磁性介质的立体动态成像;本系统通过在Altera DE1-SoC的Linux平台上构建Lighttpd轻量级Web服务器和设计开发功能程序、底层驱动程序、自定义IP核和Verilog逻辑译码程序来实现该显示系统的软硬件开发;本系统具有网络设备跨平台控制能力、磁流体精确控制能力以及多种样式的汉字和图案显示能力;大量实验表明该系统能够通过控制磁流体完美的表现出立体书法、绘画图案,且系统运行稳定可靠。     

Temporal and Spatial Distribution of Ulva.prolifera in the Yellow Sea and Influence of Typhoon “CHAN-HOM” in 2015

A recurrent floating green algae bloom was detected in the Yellow Sea since 2007.The Ulva.prolifera is non\|toxic,but the massive accumulations can result in significant environmental damage and cause economic loss to marine industries.In this study,the spatial and temporal patterns of Ulva.prolifera green tides were investigated in the Yellow Sea during 2015 using HJ\|1A/1B and MODIS satellite images by means of NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index)and artificial interpretation.The results showed：(1)A little Ulva.prolifera was discovered firstly in adjacent sea of Yancheng,Jiangsu province in early May with distribution area 0.831 km².Under the action of the southeast monsoon,Ulva.prolifera was gradually drifted to Shandong peninsula waters from south to north.The influential area and range reached a peak value with 1 752.756 km² in late June,and gradually subsided from July to August.And Ulva.prolifera about 38.791 km² was monitored in the South Bay of North Korea.In conclusion,Ulva.prolifera in the Yellow Sea in 2015 has experienced five major processes including “Occur\|Development\|Outbreak\|Recession\|Disappeared”.(2)Typhoon "CHAN\|HOM" certainly influenced the northward pathway of Ulva.prolifera and shifted towards the southwest,resulting in most of Ulva.prolifera moved to the east coast of Lianyungang,and speculated that minority Ulva.prolifera drifted to the South Bay of North Korea.(3)From the monitoring data,the spatial resolution between MODIS and ENVISAT (HJ\|1A / 1B)is difference significantly,250 m and 30 m respectively.A functional relation of the two data with monitoring area difference about 2.26 times was established to make up for the shortage of the environmental satellite (HJ\|1A/1B)images. 

Radiometric Calibration and Validationof TG-1 Hyper-spectral Imager

TG-1,the first Chinese space laboratory module launched on 29 September 2011,has accumulated large numbers of high-resolution image data by the hyper-spectral imager.However,these images still can’t be applied to quantitative analysis because of the huge spectral and radiance difference between ground and onboard conditions.So a radiometric calibration is very necessary to correct these laboratory and on-board radiance calibration parameters for better quantitative application.This paper aims to calibrate TG-1 hyper-spectral imager using reflectance-based calibration method through performing ground calibration experiments on 3 February and 6 March 2011.Firstly,this study used the ground experiment data on 6 March to obtain each channel’s calibration correction coefficients,which were different a lot from laboratory and on-board ones,relative error in all channels are bigger than 10 percent.Then,the calibration experiment data on 3 February 2011 were used to validate the result.Results show that calibration correction coefficients improved the image accuracy,the calibration and validation experiments’ results are in good agreement.In most channels,the relative errors are less than 10 percent,except that bigger error appears in absorption channels.Therefore,this calibration experiment renewed the calibration coefficients,and improved the quantitative level of the TG radiance products.     

声表面波串联谐振器传感系统构建及初步应用研究

本文探索了一种声表面波串联谐振器传感系统及其初步应用。该传感器的敏感部件由丝网印刷碳电极和一个433MHz声表面波谐振器串联组成。采用真空包装的声表面波谐振器工作在较高的频率下,这有利于提高检测系统的稳定性和灵敏度。我们制备了不同浓度的小鼠肠道内分泌肿瘤细胞STC-1悬液用于检测实验,每种样品取100微升滴在丝网印刷碳电极上,实验记录了每种浓度细胞悬液的传感器响应。实验结果表明该传感器可以检测不同浓度的细胞悬液,并且具有较好的灵敏度。
