CAD OF MILLIMETER WAVE OSCILLATORS WITH THE FDHB TECHNIQUE

In this paper the modelling, analysis and optimization of millimeter wave oscillatorsare investigated by using the a frequency-domain harmonic balance technique (FDHB), where theexternal-circuit impedances looking outside from the active device are calculated with a combinedtechnique of modes expansion, Galerkin, and collocation methods. The optimization results arein agreement with the experimental ones, which show the reliability of the presented model andoptimization.     

Longitudinal elastic waves in columns due to earthquake motion

An analysis is presented of longitudinal waves in a thin elastic column. Velocity is specified at one end, and the boundary condition at the other end is expressed in terms of a range of effective impedances of an attached structure. Propagation, reflection and interference of the waves are followed by the method of characteristics. Integration of differential equations along characteristics yields the wave-induced stress, which is then applied to problems of earthquake excitation. Numerical examples are given for recorded updown ground motion of the Kobe Earthquake.     

分子束外延生长CdTe／ZnTe超晶格室温喇曼散射

首次报道了室温和非共振条件下,分子束外延(MBE)生长的CdTe/ZnTe超晶格的喇曼散射测量和分析。观察到最低级次的CdTe和ZnTe纵光学声子限制模,并用应力和限制效应精确计算了频移,得到的ZnTe纵光学声子频移理论值与实验结果符合得较好。特别指出,当CdTe和ZnTe层厚小于2nm时,声子频移的限制效应不可忽略,对所测样品的喇曼全谱作了分析。     

砷化镓声电荷转移延迟线的设计与工艺研究

由于声电荷转移(ACT)这一新颖的高速缓冲抽样技术的发明,使得新一代高速高频信号处理器件的实现成为可能。本文研究了第二代平面结构的ACT器件转移沟道的电位分布特性,给出了平面结构ACT延迟线的设计,并研究了ACT器件的工艺实现。     

二维金属凹槽填充各向异性介质时散射的边界元方法:TE情形

由各向异性介质无界空间Green函数和Green恒等式出发，推导了TE波入射时二维任意截面金属凹槽填充各向异性介质时所满足的边界积分方程，并用边界元法和广义网络原理计算了金属凹槽填充各向异性介质时的散射。用文中方法退化计算了凹槽填充各向同性介质时的散射，计算结果与解析结果一致。并给出了凹槽填充各向异性介质时的散射算例。     

正义峡坝址基础岩体灌浆质量检测

采用声波测井、地震CT等综合物探方法 ,对正义峡水库坝址基础岩体固结灌浆质量进行检测 ,基本查明了坝基岩体固结灌浆后的质量状况 ,取得了良好的应用效果     

利用短周期地脉动推断深层地基S波速度

从二维随机波场的相关理论出发，提出了如何从短周期地脉动（频率＞０．５Ｈｚ）时域信号中计算Ｒａｙｌｅｉｇｈ波弥散曲线，进而反演深层地基剪切波（Ｓ波）速度的理论方法和分析技术，并结合实测信号的分析结果，探讨了该方法的可行性和实用性。     

叠后地震剖面的线性化波阻抗反演

本文提出了由井旁道出发逐道进行的叠后地震剖面的线性化波阻抗反演方法。每一道反演采用逐次线性化对波阻抗进行修正，反演的纵向分辨率为一个采样时间间隔，并以合成记录道与实际地震道的相似系数作为迭代收敛准则，已处理的地震道波阻抗作为下一道反演初始值。实际资料处理表明，该方法具有较高的分辨率和运算速度快的优点。     

振动采油工艺在稠油区的实验研究与应用

在天然地震的影响下,油井产量发生波动,使人们受到启示,从而引进了振动采油工艺技术。本文对振动增产的机理进行了探讨,指出振动增油机理在于加快地层中流体的流速;改变储集层内油、气、水的重新分布;改变岩石表面润湿性,有利于清除油层堵塞,提高渗透率。通过分析两个试验区的振动采油效果,总结出在不同扰动力、不同激振频率、不同振动周期下的增产效果和规律,对振动采油的实施具有一定的指导意义。     

Application of Wavelet Packet De-noising in Time-Frequency Analysis of the Local Wave Method

The local wave method is a very good time-frequency method for nonstationary vibration signal analysis. But the interfering noise has a big influence on the accuracy of time-frequency analysis. The wavelet packet de-noising method can eliminate the interference of noise and improve the signal-noise-ratio. This paper uses the local wave method to decompose the de-noising signal and perform a time-frequency analysis. We can get better characteristics. Finally, an example of waveletpacket denoising and a local wave time-frequency spectrum application of diesel engine surface vibration signal is put forward.
