网络化制造环境下面向定单制造的供应链构建

供应链协同系统的安全体系的设计与实现

为了解决基于互联网的供应链协同系统的信息安全问题,提出了一种层次型安全框架。基于中间件技术设计了供应链协同系统的构架,分别论述了对供应链协同系统中的网络接入安全、数据传输安全、用户身份认证和数据库访问的安全策略等问题,并将多种安全技术集成应用到该框架中。最后,给出了该安全框架的一个具体应用案例。

全球的制造业正面临前所未有的挑战。本文认为激烈的竞争环境要求企业比以往任何时候都要更快地响应市场,实施e制造(e-Manufacturing),将制造系统与供应链集成,与供应商和客户无缝耦合连接,使用适合于多领域的工业自动化集成架构控制和信息平台,实施更好的资产管理方案。     

基于动态贝叶斯网络的手势识别

研究了动态手势的识别技术,实现人机交互。采用HSV空间的肤色模型实现手势定位,光流场算法进行手势追踪,具有较好的快速性、准确性和鲁棒性。提出应用链码描述手势运动矢量,双手相对位置标量以及双手与脸的相对位置标量,将多条链码作为动态手势的特征进行提取。建立了一个动态手势识别的动态贝叶斯网络模型,将一部分手势链码作为训练样本,通过对DBNs的推理学习实现手势识别。实验构建动态手势识别系统,可应用于多媒体、智能电器或幻灯片控制之中。

订单履行流程集成框架与实施技术

为实现高效履行订单,提出一种关注订单履行全过程的系统集成框架模型.首先,分析了订单履行系统功能需求与质量需求,指出仅通过单项企业管理系统难以单独实现订单履行功能.随后,构建了面向服务体系(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)的易于集成不同系统功能的订单履行系统集成框架模型,最后,以订单处理流程为例研究实现技术.     

TGIC副产物在纸塑复合胶黏剂中的应用

以尿素、TDI等对TGIC副产物进行改性,并将其与水性聚丙烯酸酯乳液混合,得到一种纸塑复合胶黏剂。分析了催化剂种类和用量、尿素用量和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)用量对TGIC副产物黏度的影响,得出最佳配方为:TGIC副产物400g、尿素20g、催化剂0.4g、TDI2.5g,其中催化剂选用辛酸亚锡与二月桂酸二丁基锡,两者质量比为2:1。改性后的产物与水性聚丙烯酸酯乳液以3:17的比例混合时,纸塑复合的性能最好。所制成的胶黏剂在包装材料的制作过程中得到了广泛应用,不仅降低了其成本,而且也减少了环境污染。     

Adaptive dual‐radio spectrum‐sensing scheme in cognitive radio networks

In this paper, a novel spectrum‐sensing scheme, called adaptive dual‐radio spectrum‐sensing scheme (ADRSS), is proposed for cognitive radio networks. In ADRSS, each secondary user (SU) is equipped with a dual radio. During the data transmission, with the received signal‐to‐noise ratio of primary user (PU) signal, the SU transmitter (SUT) and the SU receiver (SUR) are selected adaptively to sense one channel by one radio while communicating with each other by the other one. The sensing results of the SUR are sent to the SUT through feedback channels (e.g., ACK). After that, with the sensing results from the SUT or the SUR, the SUT can decide whether the channel switching should be carried out. The theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that the normalized channel efficiency, defined as the expected ratio of time duration without interference to PUs in data transmission to the whole frame length, can be improved while satisfying the interference constraint to PUs. After that, an enhanced ADRSS is designed by integrating ADRSS with cooperative spectrum sensing, and the performance of ADRSS under imperfect feedback channel is also discussed. Integrating carrier selection with supplier selection decisions to improve supply chain security

Supply chain security is a major concern for logistics managers who have responsibility for inbound and outbound shipments to and from both domestic and international locations. We propose here that logistics decisions concerning security in the supply chain will be made more effectively when made in concert with decisions in related supply chain processes, especially supplier and carrier selection. Indeed, managers may minimize cost, transit time, and security risk by integrating decision processes internally, as well as with their carrier's and supplier's operations. Thus, we account for both intra‐firm collaboration between logistics and purchasing managers, as well as inter‐firm collaboration among buyers, suppliers, and carriers in a supply chain. In this paper, we propose a decision process that features a set of security rules and a multi‐objective optimization model to accomplish this aim. We then provide an illustration to demonstrate the potential usefulness of these concepts in practice.     

基于分布式结构的供应链信息控制机制

对分布式供应链中的错劣信息的传播机制进行了研究,通过建立微分方程刻划错劣信息的传播模型。供应链管理者为控制错劣信息的传播应采取持久且高强度的纠偏或绩效优化措施。
