50年来,中国水利水电科学研究院水力机电专业经过几代人的艰苦努力,研发能力得到极大的提高。在水力模型开发、测试技术和相关基础理论研究等方面取得了可喜的进展,目前是我国唯一专门从事水力机械应用基础和关键技术研究的国内外知名科研机构。本文从测试技术、机电装备技术和数值模拟技术3个方面,概述了我院近50年来在水力机电研究领域的发展过程和主要成果;回顾了水力机电研究领域建立、健全和成长的历史。最后简要阐述了水力机电研究领域今后的研究重点和发展方向。 相似文献

In this paper, the authors present the first demonstration of a new class of integrated ceramic microchannel reactors for all-in-one reforming of hydrocarbon fuels. The reactor concept employs precision-machined metal distributors capable of realizing complex flow distribution patterns with extruded ceramic microchannel networks for cost-effective thermal integration of multiple chemical processes. The presently reported reactor is comprised of five methanol steam reforming channels packed with CuO/γ-Al2O3, interspersed with four methanol combustion channels washcoated with Pt/γ-Al2O3, for autothermal hydrogen production (i.e., without external heating). Results demonstrate the capability of this new device for integrating combustion and steam reforming of methanol for autothermal production of hydrogen, owing to the axially self-insulating nature of distributor-packaged ceramic microchannels. In the absence of any external insulation, stable reforming of methanol to hydrogen at conversions >90% and hydrogen yields >70% was achieved at a maximum reactor temperature of 400 °C, while simultaneously maintaining a packaging temperature <50 °C. 相似文献

The heat and mass transfer characteristics in a steam reformer are investigated via experimental and numerical approaches and a new configuration of packed catalysts is proposed for effective hydrogen production. Prior to the numerical investigation, parametric studies are carried for the furnace temperature, steam-to-carbon (S:C) ratio, and gas flow rate. After validation of the developed code, numerical work is undertaken to determine the relationship of the operating parameters. Based on the experimental and numerical results, and with the goal of obtaining optimum heat transfer characteristics and an efficient catalyst array, a new configuration for the packed bed is proposed and numerically investigated taking into account the endothermicity of the steam reforming reaction. A bed packed repeatedly with inert and active catalysts is found to be an efficient means to obtain the same, or better, hydrogen production with small amounts of the active catalysts compared with a typical steam reformer. 相似文献

In this paper a procedure on how to estimate the oxide scale growth in superheater and reheater tube utilizing the empirical formulae and the finite element modeling is proposed. An iterative procedure consisting of empirical formulae and numerical simulation is used to determine scale thickness as both temperature and time increase. Results of the scale thickness over period of time for two different design temperatures of the steam and different heat transfer parameters are presented. Major advances have been made in the development of bagasse combustion technologies and understanding the many processes involved in bagasse combustion and steam generation. CFD modeling has come to form an integral and critical part of this progression. The experience with CFD in the sugar industry through Sugar Research Institute has encompassed the full range of applications from fundamental code development, through the generation and commercialization of new ideas and technologies, to the resolution of practical plant problems. The paper summarises the numerous applications where SRI has achieved successful results utilizing CFD. It is demonstrated that the full benefits of CFD in the delivery of commercial outcomes, for new technologies and the solution of operating plant problems, are achieved through the close interaction between the code development and validation via full scale plant simulation. This two-way interaction enhances the code fundamentals by focusing on practical issues and similarly increases the confidence in the capabilities and accuracy of the CFD predictions, to an extent that justifies firm engineering decisions on commercial plant based solely on the characteristics predicted by the code. 相似文献
